9:98-99(কিছুমানে সিহঁতে যি আল্লাহৰ পথত ব্যয় কৰে সেয়া জৰিমনা বুলি গণ্য কৰে আৰু তোমালোকৰ বিপৰ্যয়ৰ প্ৰতীক্ষা কৰে)(কিছুমানে আল্লাহ আৰু শেষ দিৱসৰ প্ৰতি ঈমান পোষণ কৰে লগতে সিহঁতে যি ব্যয় কৰে সেয়া আল্লাহৰ সান্নিধ্যৰ উপায় বুলি গণ্য কৰে)
9:99(👉salla-ala (to support, encourage), which has been transformed into glorifying Muhammed's name day and night-Imp.Note)
9:100(👉Radhi-Allahu ’anhum wa radhu ‘Anh also translates as, “God is well-pleased with them and they are well-pleased with Him.”)
9:101(Hypocrites among the Bedouins and Residents of Al-Madinah- the will got 2lightly+1severe=3 times punishment-Note)

الْأَعْرَابُ أَشَدُّ كُفْرًا وَنِفَاقًا وَأَجْدَرُ أَلَّا يَعْلَمُوا حُدُودَ مَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَلَىٰ رَسُولِهِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ
আ’ৰাব বা মৰুবাসীসকল কুফৰী আৰু নিফাক্বত দৃঢ়তৰ; আৰু আল্লাহে তেওঁৰ ৰাছুলৰ ওপৰত যি অৱতীৰ্ণ কৰিছে, তাৰ সীমাৰেখা সম্পৰ্কে অজ্ঞ থকাৰ অধিক উপযোগী; আৰু আল্লাহ সৰ্বজ্ঞ, প্ৰজ্ঞাময়।

[9:97] The Arabs (El'A'raabu) are worse (Ashaddu) in disbelief (Kuf'ran) and (Wa) hypocrisy (Nifaaqan) and
worthier (Aj'daru) not to (Alla) know (Ya'lamu') the limits (Huduuda) of what (Maa) GOD (Ellahu) has
revealed (Anzala) to (Ålaa) HIS messenger (*47:2) (Rasuuli-hi). And (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) is Omniscient (Åliimun)
and Wise (Hakiim).
(*৪৭:২
وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ وَآمَنُوا بِمَا نُزِّلَ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَهُوَ الْحَقُّ مِنْ رَبِّهِمْ ۙ كَفَّرَ عَنْهُمْ سَيِّئَاتِهِمْ وَأَصْلَحَ بَالَهُمْ
আৰু যিসকলে ঈমান আনিছে, সৎকৰ্ম কৰিছে লগতে মুহাম্মদৰ প্ৰতি যি অৱতীৰ্ণ হৈছে তাৰ ওপৰত বিশ্বাস স্থাপন কৰিছে আৰু সেয়া তেওঁলোকৰ প্ৰতিপালকৰ তৰফৰ পৰা (প্ৰেৰিত) সত্য, তেৱেঁই তেওঁলোকৰ বেয়া আমলসমূহ দূৰ কৰিব আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ অৱস্থাৰ সংশোধন কৰিব।)

وَمِنَ الْأَعْرَابِ مَنْ يَتَّخِذُ مَا يُنْفِقُ مَغْرَمًا وَيَتَرَبَّصُ بِكُمُ الدَّوَائِرَ ۚ عَلَيْهِمْ دَائِرَةُ السَّوْءِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ
আৰু মৰুবাসীসকলৰ কিছুমানে সিহঁতে যি আল্লাহৰ পথত ব্যয় কৰে সেয়া জৰিমনা বুলি গণ্য কৰে আৰু তোমালোকৰ বিপৰ্যয়ৰ প্ৰতীক্ষা কৰে। সিহঁতৰ ওপৰতেই হওঁক নিকৃষ্ট বিপৰ্যয়; আৰু আল্লাহ সৰ্বশ্ৰোতা, সৰ্বজ্ঞানী।

[9:98] And (Wa) among (Mina) the Arabs (El'A'raabi) are those who (Man) take (Yattakhizu) what (Maa)
they disburse (Yunfiqu) as liability (Mag'raman), and (Wa) they wait (Yatarabbasu) for you (Bikumu)
mishaps (Ed'Dawaa'ira); upon them (Ålai'him') is the mishap (Daa'iratu) of evil (Es'Saw'i). And (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) is Hearing (Samii'un) and Omniscient (Åliim).

🌔৯:৯৯
وَمِنَ الْأَعْرَابِ مَنْ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ وَيَتَّخِذُ مَا يُنْفِقُ قُرُبَاتٍ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ وَ👈صَلَوَاتِ الرَّسُولِ ۚ أَلَا إِنَّهَا قُرْبَةٌ لَهُمْ ۚ سَيُدْخِلُهُمُ اللَّهُ فِي رَحْمَتِهِ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ
আৰু কিছুমান মৰুবাসীয়ে আল্লাহ আৰু শেষ দিৱসৰ প্ৰতি ঈমান পোষণ কৰে লগতে সিহঁতে যি ব্যয় কৰে সেয়া আল্লাহৰ সান্নিধ্য আৰু ৰাছুলৰ দুআ লাভৰ উপায় বুলি গণ্য কৰে। জানি থোৱা, নিশ্চয় সেয়া সিহঁতৰ বাবে আল্লাহৰ সান্নিধ্য লাভৰ উপায়; অচিৰেই আল্লাহে সিহঁতক নিজ ৰহমতত দাখিল কৰিব। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল, পৰম দয়ালু।

[9:99] And (Wa) among (Mina) the Arabs (El'A'raabi) are those who (Man) believe (Yu'minu) in GOD
(Billahi) and the Last Day (Wal' Yaw'mil' Aakhiri), and they take (Yattakhizu) what (Maa) they disburse
(Yunfiqu) as nearness (Qur'baatin) to GOD (Endallahi) and (Wa) liturgies (*22:40) (Solawaati) of the Messenger
(Er'Rasuuli). Verily (Alaa) indeed, it (Innaha) is a pious act (Qur'batun) for them (Lahum'); GOD (Ellahu) will
admit them (Sa Yud'khilu-humu) into (Fii) HIS mercy (Rah'mati-hi). Indeed, GOD (Innallaha) is Forgiving (Gafuurun) and Merciful (Rahiim).

الَّذِينَ أُخْرِجُوا مِنْ دِيَارِهِمْ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ إِلَّا أَنْ يَقُولُوا رَبُّنَا اللَّهُ ۗ وَلَوْلَا دَفْعُ اللَّهِ النَّاسَ بَعْضَهُمْ بِبَعْضٍ لَهُدِّمَتْ صَوَامِعُ وَبِيَعٌ وَصَلَوَاتٌ وَمَسَاجِدُ يُذْكَرُ فِيهَا اسْمُ اللَّهِ كَثِيرًا ۗ وَلَيَنْصُرَنَّ اللَّهُ مَنْ يَنْصُرُهُ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَقَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ
তেওঁলোকক নিজ ঘৰ-বাৰীৰ পৰা অন্যায়ভাৱে বহিষ্কাৰ কৰা হৈছে, তেওঁলোকৰ অপৰাধ কেৱল এইটোৱে যে, তেওঁলোকে কয়, ‘আমাৰ ৰব আল্লাহ’। আল্লাহে যদি মানুহৰ এটা দলক আন এটা দলৰ দ্বাৰা প্ৰতিহত নকৰিলেহেঁতেন, তেন্তে বিধ্বস্ত হৈ গ’লহেঁতেন খৃষ্টান সন্যাসীসকলৰ উপাসনালয়, গীৰ্জা, ইয়াহুদীসকলৰ উপাসনালয়ৰ লগতে মছজিদসমূহ—য’ত বেছি বেছি আল্লাহৰ নাম স্মৰণ কৰা হয়। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহে তাক সহায় কৰে যিয়ে আল্লাহক সহায় কৰে। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ মহাশক্তিমান, পৰাক্ৰমশালী।)

9:99 From the Arabs there is he who acknowledges God and the Last day, and considers his spending as a means towards God, and the 👉support of the messenger. It indeed makes them closer. God will admit them in His mercy; God is Forgiving, Compassionate.
Note.
This verse exposes one of the most popular distortions made in the meaning of 👉salla-ala (to support, encourage), which has been transformed into glorifying Muhammed's name day and night. See *33:43 and 2:136.sa.
[৩৩:৪৩*
هُوَ الَّذِي يُصَلِّي عَلَيْكُمْ وَمَلَائِكَتُهُ لِيُخْرِجَكُمْ مِنَ الظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ ۚ وَكَانَ بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ رَحِيمًا
তেৱেঁই তোমালোকৰ প্ৰতি অনুগ্ৰহ কৰে আৰু তেওঁৰ ফিৰিস্তাসকলে তোমালোকৰ বাবে দুআ কৰে, যাতে তেওঁ তোমালোকক অন্ধকাৰৰ পৰা পোহৰলৈ উলিয়াই আনে। তেওঁ মুমিনসকলৰ প্ৰতি পৰম দয়ালু।
33:43 He is the One Who bestows His blessings upon you, as do His angels, that He may bring you forth from the depths of darkness into the light. And He is Compassionate to those who choose to believe. [2:155-157, 9:103, 14:1, 14:15, 33:56)]

قُولُوا آمَنَّا بِاللَّهِ وَمَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْنَا وَمَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَىٰ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ وَإِسْحَاقَ وَيَعْقُوبَ وَالْأَسْبَاطِ وَمَا أُوتِيَ مُوسَىٰ وَعِيسَىٰ وَمَا أُوتِيَ النَّبِيُّونَ مِنْ رَبِّهِمْ لَا نُفَرِّقُ بَيْنَ أَحَدٍ مِنْهُمْ وَنَحْنُ لَهُ مُسْلِمُونَ
তোমালোকে কোৱা, ‘আমি ঈমান আনিছো আল্লাহৰ প্ৰতি আৰু যি আমাৰ প্ৰতি অৱতীৰ্ণ হৈছে, লগতে তাৰ প্ৰতিও ঈমান আনিছো যি অৱতীৰ্ণ হৈছিল ইব্ৰাহীম, ইছমাঈল, ইছহাক্ব, ইয়াকূব আৰু তেওঁৰ বংশধৰসকলৰ প্ৰতি, আৰু মুছা, ঈছাৰ লগতে অন্যান্য নবীসকলক তেওঁলোকৰ প্ৰতিপালকৰ তৰফৰ পৰা যি প্ৰদান কৰা হৈছে (তাৰ প্ৰতিও ঈমান আনিছো)। আমি তেওঁলোকৰ মাজত কোনো পাৰ্থক্য নকৰো; আৰু আমি তেওঁৰেই ওচৰত আত্মসমৰ্পণকাৰী।)

🌔৯:১০০
وَالسَّابِقُونَ الْأَوَّلُونَ مِنَ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ وَالْأَنْصَارِ وَالَّذِينَ اتَّبَعُوهُمْ بِإِحْسَانٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ وَرَضُوا عَنْهُ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي تَحْتَهَا الْأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا أَبَدًا ۚ ذَٰلِكَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ
মুহাজিৰ আৰু আনচাৰসকলৰ মাজত যিসকল প্ৰথম অগ্ৰগামী লগতে যিসকলে ইহছানৰ সৈতে তেওঁলোকৰ অনুসৰণ কৰে, আল্লাহে তেওঁলোকৰ প্ৰতি সন্তুষ্ট হৈছে আৰু তেওঁলোকেও আল্লাহৰ প্ৰতি সন্তুষ্ট হৈছে। আল্লাহে তেওঁলোকৰ বাবে প্ৰস্তুত কৰিছে জান্নাত, যাৰ তলত নদীসমূহ প্ৰবাহিত, তাত তেওঁলোক চিৰস্থায়ী হ’ব। এইটোৱে মহাসফলতা।

[9:100] As for (Wa) the first (El'Awwaluuna) of the predecessors (Es'Saabiquuna) among (Mina) the
emigrants (El'Muhaajiriina) and the supporters (Wal' Ansoari) and those who (Ellaziina) followed them
(Ettaba'uu-hum) in (Bi) goodness (Ih'saanin), GOD (Ellahu) is pleased with them (Radiya Ån'hum'), and (Wa)
they are pleased with HIM (Radu' Ån'hu), and (Wa) HE has prepared for them (Aådda Lahum') gardens
(Jannaatin) beneath which (Tah'ta-ha) rivers (El'An'haaru) flow (Taj'rii) eternally (Khaalidiina) therein (Fiihaa) forever (Abadan); that (Zaalika) is a great (El'Åziim) achievement (El'Faw'zu).

9:100 The foremost among the emigrants and the helpers, as well as those who followed them in noble deeds: God’s will is in harmony with them and their will in harmony with Him. He has made ready for them the evergreen Gardens, wherein they will abide eternally. This is the Supreme Triumph.

Muhaajireen = Emigrants from Makkah. Ansaar = Those who hosted them in Madinah.
👉Radhi-Allahu ’anhum wa radhu ‘Anh also translates as, “God is well-pleased with them and they are well-pleased with Him.”sa.

(9:100) Those amongst the Muhajireen and Ans ar who were first and foremost in accepting Islam as
well as those who had followed their example in the most noble manner are those who harmonise
their lives with Allah's laws which are also in concord with them. Allah has prepared for them
gardens wherein streams flow to abide therein beyond the count of time. This indeed is a mighty
achievement (8/61- 64, 74, 18/28, 48/29, 57/10).pz.

🌔৯:১০১(Hypocrites among the Bedouins and Residents of Al-Madinah).
وَمِمَّنْ حَوْلَكُمْ مِنَ الْأَعْرَابِ مُنَافِقُونَ ۖ وَمِنْ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ ۖ مَرَدُوا عَلَى النِّفَاقِ لَا تَعْلَمُهُمْ ۖ نَحْنُ نَعْلَمُهُمْ ۚ سَنُعَذِّبُهُمْ مَرَّتَيْنِ ثُمَّ يُرَدُّونَ إِلَىٰ عَذَابٍ عَظِيمٍ
আৰু মৰুবাসীসকলৰ মাজত যিসকল তোমালোকৰ ওচৰে পাজৰে আছে সিহঁতৰ কিছুমান হৈছে মুনাফিক লগতে মদীনাবাসীৰ মাজতো কিছুমান আছে, সিহঁতে নিফাক্বৰ চৰম সীমাত উপনীত হৈছে। তুমি সিহঁতক নাজানা; কিন্তু 👉আমি সিহঁতক চিনি পাওঁ। অনতিপলমে আমি সিহঁতক দুবাৰ শাস্তি প্ৰদান কৰিম তাৰ পিছত সিহঁতক মহাশাস্তিৰ পিনে প্ৰত্যাৱৰ্তন কৰোৱা হ’ব।

[9:101] And (Wa) among those (Mimman') around you (Hawlakum) of (Mina) the Arabs (El'A'raabi) are
hypocrites (Munaafiquuna), also (Wa) among (Min') the people of Medina (the city) (Ah'lil' Madiinati). They are
rebellious (Maradu') through (Ålaa) hypocrisy (En'Nifaaqi), you do not (Laa) know them (Ta'lamu-hum'); but
We (Nah'nu) know them (Na'lamu-hum'). We will punish them (Sa Nuåzzibu-hum) twice (Marratai'ni), then
(Thumma) they will be returned (Yuradduuna) to (ilaa) a terrible (Aziim) punishment (Azaabin).

(9:101) There are some hypocrites amongst the Arab nomads around you and even amongst the people of al-Madina who persist in hypocrisy. You do not know them O Rasool but We know them
(9/94) We will chastise them lightly twice, but thereafter they will have a severe chastisement.pz.

যিদৰে ৯:৮৪ত জানাজা ছালাতৰ কথা নাই(*), ঠিক সেইদৰে এই আয়াতটো কবৰৰ শাস্তিৰ কথা কোৱা নাই। ৯:১০১ত শাস্তিৰ কথা কোৱা হৈছে:
(a)দুবাৰ শাস্তি(lightly) প্ৰদান কৰিম তাৰ পিছত(b) সিহঁতক মহাশাস্তিৰ পিনে প্ৰত্যাৱৰ্তন কৰোৱা হ’ব।

🌔৯:১০২(Some Believers stayed away from Battle because They were Lazy).
وَآخَرُونَ اعْتَرَفُوا بِذُنُوبِهِمْ خَلَطُوا عَمَلًا صَالِحًا وَآخَرَ سَيِّئًا عَسَى اللَّهُ أَنْ يَتُوبَ عَلَيْهِمْ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ
আৰু আন কিছুমান লোকে নিজৰ অপৰাধ স্বীকাৰ কৰিছে, সিহঁতে এটা সৎকৰ্মৰ লগত আন এটা অসৎকৰ্মৰ মিশ্ৰণ ঘটাইছে; সম্ভৱতঃ আল্লাহে সিহঁতক ক্ষমা কৰিব, নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল, পৰম দয়ালু।

[9:102] And (Wa) others (Aakharuuna) have confessed (A'tarafu' Bi) their sins (Zunuubi-him'); they had
mixed (Khalatu') righteous (Soalihan) work (Åmalan) together with (Wa) other (Aakhara) bad ones (Sayyi'an);
perhaps (Åsaa) GOD (Ellahu) will (An) forgive them (Yatuuba Ålai'him'). Indeed, GOD (Innallaha) is
Forgiving (Gafuurun) and Merciful (Rahiim).

🌔৯:১০৩
خُذْ مِنْ أَمْوَالِهِمْ صَدَقَةً تُطَهِّرُهُمْ وَتُزَكِّيهِمْ بِهَا وَصَلِّ عَلَيْهِمْ ۖ إِنَّ صَلَاتَكَ سَكَنٌ لَهُمْ ۗ وَاللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ
তুমি সিহঁতৰ সম্পদৰ পৰা চাদাক্বা গ্ৰহণ কৰা। ইয়াৰ দ্বাৰা তুমি সিহঁতক পৱিত্ৰ কৰিবা আৰু পৰিশোধিত কৰিবা। লগতে তুমি সিহঁতৰ বাবে দুআ কৰা। তোমাৰ দুআ সিহঁতৰ বাবে প্ৰশান্তিকৰ; আৰু আল্লাহ সৰ্বশ্ৰোতা, সৰ্বজ্ঞানী।

[9:103] “Take (Khuz') alms (Sodaqatan) from (Min') their wealth (Am'waali-him') to purify them (Tutahhiru-
hum') and (Wa) vindicate them (Tuzakkii-him) by it (Bihaa), and (Wa) reach out to them (*33:56) (Solli
Ålai'him); indeed (Inna), your communication (**11:87) (Solaata-ka) is calm (Sakanun) for them (Lahum). And
(Wa) GOD (Ellahu) is Hearing (Samiiun) and Omniscient (Åliim).”

إِنَّ اللَّهَ وَمَلَائِكَتَهُ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ۚ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا صَلُّوا عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيمًا
নিশ্চয় আল্লাহে নবীৰ প্ৰশংসা কৰে আৰু তেওঁৰ ফিৰিস্তাসকলে নবীৰ বাবে দুআ আৰু ইছতিগফাৰ কৰে। হে ঈমান্দাৰসকল! তোমালোকেও নবীৰ প্ৰতি দৰূদ❌ পাঠ কৰা আৰু তেওঁক যথাযথভাৱে ছালাম জনোৱা।)

قَالُوا يَا شُعَيْبُ أَصَلَاتُكَ تَأْمُرُكَ أَنْ نَتْرُكَ مَا يَعْبُدُ آبَاؤُنَا أَوْ أَنْ نَفْعَلَ فِي أَمْوَالِنَا مَا نَشَاءُ ۖ إِنَّكَ لَأَنْتَ الْحَلِيمُ الرَّشِيدُ
সিহঁতে ক’লে, ‘হে ছুআইব! তোমাৰ চালাতে তোমাক এই নিৰ্দেশ দিয়ে নেকি যে, আমাৰ পিতৃ-পুৰুষসকলে যিসকলৰ ইবাদত কৰিছিল আমি সিহঁতক বৰ্জন কৰিব লাগিব আৰু আমি আমাৰ ধন-সম্পদ সম্পৰ্কে নিজ ইচ্ছামতে যি কৰো সেয়াও (বৰ্জন কৰিব লাগিব)? কেৱল তুমিহে সহিষ্ণু, সদাচাৰী’!)

📍Verse/Note:
9:103 Accept their contribution for the community. Purify their thoughts with proper education and training so that their own ‘self’ may grow. Encourage and support them! Your support is a great source of peace in their hearts. God is Hearer, Knower.

Let the believers adopt the Divine Attributes in their human capacity. 2:103

وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ آمَنُوا وَاتَّقَوْا لَمَثُوبَةٌ مِنْ عِنْدِ اللَّهِ خَيْرٌ ۖ لَوْ كَانُوا يَعْلَمُونَ
আৰু যদি সিহঁতে ঈমান আনিলেহেঁতেন আৰু তাক্বৱা অৱলম্বন কৰিলেহেঁতেন, তেন্তে আল্লাহৰ তৰফৰ পৰা প্ৰাপ্ত ছোৱাব নিশ্চিতভাৱে (সিহঁতৰ বাবে) অধিক কল্যাণকৰ হ’লেহেঁতেন, এই কথা যদি সিহঁতে জানিলেহেঁতেন!)

أَلَمْ يَعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ يَقْبَلُ التَّوْبَةَ عَنْ عِبَادِهِ وَيَأْخُذُ الصَّدَقَاتِ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ
সিহঁতে নাজানে নেকি যে, নিশ্চয় আল্লাহে তেওঁৰ বান্দাসকলৰ তাওবা কবুল কৰে আৰু চাদাক্বাহ গ্ৰহণ কৰে? আৰু নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ তাওবা কবুলকাৰী, পৰম দয়ালু।

[9:104] Do they not (Alam') know (Ya'lamu') that GOD (Annallaha) accepts (Yaq'balu) the repentance
(Ettaw'bata) from (Ån') HIS servants (Ebaadi-hi) and (Wa) takes (Ya'khuzu) charities (Es'Sodaqaati) and (Wa)
that GOD (Annallaha) is (Huwa) the COMPASSIONATE (Et' Tawwaabu), the MERCIFUL (Er' Rahiim)?
