đĻPre-Page (āĻāĻ-āĻāĻĨা):
This is the 20th Surah of the Qur’an. It has 135 verses many of which are very brief. Ta Ha is the metaphor for perfection illustrated by the full moon. All Prophets were one in purpose but their timings and jurisdictions have been different. God’s perfected, eternally preserved message was revealed to the Final Prophet Muhammad. The Title Ta Ha represents, and linguistically implies ‘The Ideal Prophet’. According to the Qur’anic style, the title of a Surah is not at all restrictive. This Surah makes a most beautiful use of allegories. The forthcoming verses give us a beautiful walk-through of the flowery concepts in this Divine forest. Let us move along in the fragrant mist of Ta Ha.

you of the pleasant things in life. (This code will bestow a pleasant and successful life
on you ~ 20:118. The initial stages of this revolutionary programme shall

Khashiyyah = Fearing = Being in awe = Being awestruck. Compare with Taqwa meaning journeying through life in security. This verse is commonly translated ending with ‘those who fear God’ ie Taqwa(sa).

6. The entire awe-inspiring universe, from the highest point to the lowest depths,
is busy fulfilling His destined programme. (The objective of this control is that
everything in the universe should continue receiving nourishment ~ 1:2 ~ and every
action should produce the correct and appropriate result ~ 45:22.)pz.

Apart from two short references to Moses in earlier surahs (53:36 and 87:19), the narrative appearing in verses 9-98 is undoubtedly the earliest Qur'anic exposition of the story of Moses as such. Its mention at this stage is connected with the reference to revelation at the beginning of this surah (verses 2-4) and, generally, with the Qur'anic doctrine of the basic ideological unity of all revealed religions.

20:12 I am your Lord! Take off your sandals. Surely, you are in the sacred valley of Tuwa.”
Note.
Your quest for the truth is over. So lighten the burdens of your search. Now you are in the ‘Sacred Valley of revelation’(sa).

20:12. It is Me, your Rabb. (You have now reached the stage where the long and
arduous methods of quest through trial, error and intellectual guesswork are over.
Henceforth starts the role of Wahi, whereby the absolute truth unveils on its own.
You can now be content and leave aside this long quest; that phase is over ~ 79:16.)pz.

In the name of GOD (Bis'mi-llahi), the GRACIOUS (Er' Rah'maani), the MERCIFUL (Er' Rahiim).
[20:1] T (To)*, H (Ha)* ;
[20:2] We did not (Maa) reveal (Anzal'naa)the Koran (El'Qur'aana) to you (s)

lai'ka) in order to (Li) suffer
(Tash'qaa)
[20:3] except (illa) as a reminder (69:48) (Taz'kiratan) for those who (Liman) fear (Yakh'sha).
[20:4] A revelation (Tanziilan) from One who (Mimman') created (Khalaqa) the earth (El'Ar'do) and the
highest (El'Ula) heavens (Es'Samaawaati).
[20:5] The GRACIOUS (Er' Rah'maanu), firmly seated on (Es'tawaa Ã
la) the Throne (El'Ã
r'shi).
[20:6] To HIM belongs (Lahu) whatever (Maa) is in (Fii) the heavens (Es'Samaawaati) and whatever
(Wamaa) is on earth (Fiil' Ar'di) and whatever (Wamaa) is between them (Bai'nahumaa) and whatever
(Wamaa) is beneath (Tah'ta) the soil (Etthara).
[20:7] And (Wa) if (In) you declare (Taj'har Bi) the word (El'Qaw'li), then (Fa) indeed, HE (Innahu) knows
(Ya'lamu) the secret (Es'Sirra) and (Wa) the hidden (Akh'fa).
[20:8] GOD (Ellahu); there is no god (Laa ilaaha) except (illa) HIM (Huwa), to HIM belongs (Lahu) the best
(El'Hus'naa) names (El'As'maa'u).

[20:9] And (Wa) has (Hal') the discourse (Hadiithu) of Moses (Muusa) reached you (s) (Ataa-ka)? (79:15)
[20:10] When (Iz') he saw (Ra'aa) a fire (Naaran), and (Fa) he said to (Qaala Li) his family (Ah'li-hi). "Stay
here (Em'kuthuu), I (Innii) have perceived (Aanas'tu) a fire (Naaran); perhaps I (LaÃĨllii) will bring you (Aatii-
kum Bi) a firebrand (Qabasin) thereof (Min'ha) or (Aw') find (Ajidu) guidance (Hudaa) at (Ã
laa) the fire
(En'Naari)."
[20:11] So (Fa) when (Lammaa) he came to it (Ataa-ha), he was called (Nuudiya), "O (Yaa) Moses (Muusa),
[20:12] indeed (Innii) I am (Ana') your LORD (Rabbu-ka); so (Fa) take off (Ekh'la') your sandals (Na'lai'ka).
Indeed, you (Innaka) are in (Bi) the Holy (El'Muqaddasi) Valley (El'Waadi) of Tuwa (Tuwaa).
[20:13] "And (Wa) I (Anaa) have chosen you (Moses)
(Ekh'tar'tu-ka), so (Fa) listen (Es'tami' ) to what (Limaa) is
being inspired (Yuuha).
[20:14] "Indeed, I (Innanii) am the GOD (Anaallahu); there is no god (Laa ilaaha) except (illa) ME (Ana'). So
(Fa) worship ME (E'bud'nii) and (Wa) establish (Aqimi) Prayer (Es'Solaata) for (Li) MY remembrance (Zik'rii).
