🟦Pre-Page (আগ-কথা):

This is the 20th Surah of the Qur’an. It has 135 verses many of which are very brief. Ta Ha is the metaphor for perfection illustrated by the full moon. All Prophets were one in purpose but their timings and jurisdictions have been different. God’s perfected, eternally preserved message was revealed to the Final Prophet Muhammad. The Title Ta Ha represents, and linguistically implies ‘The Ideal Prophet’. According to the Qur’anic style, the title of a Surah is not at all restrictive. This Surah makes a most beautiful use of allegories. The forthcoming verses give us a beautiful walk-through of the flowery concepts in this Divine forest. Let us move along in the fragrant mist of Ta Ha.

مَا أَنْزَلْنَا عَلَيْكَ الْقُرْآنَ لِتَشْقَىٰ

আমি তোমাক দুখ-কষ্টত পতিত কৰিবলৈ তোমাৰ প্ৰতি এই কোৰআন অৱতীৰ্ণ কৰা নাই;

2. We have not revealed the Quran to make your life cumbersome or to deprive 

you of the pleasant things in life. (This code will bestow a pleasant and successful life 

on you ~ 20:118. The initial stages of this revolutionary programme shall 

certainly be difficult, but ultimately it is only you who shall be successful ~ 94:1-6.)pz.

(২০:১১৮

إِنَّ لَكَ أَلَّا تَجُوعَ فِيهَا وَلَا تَعْرَىٰ

নিশ্চয় তোমাৰ বাবে জান্নাতত এই ব্যৱস্থা দিয়া হ’ল যে, তুমি ইয়াত ক্ষুধাৰ্তও নহ’বা আৰু বিবস্ত্ৰও নহ’বা।

(৯৪:১-৬

 أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ

আমি তোমাৰ (কল্যাণৰ) বাবে তোমাৰ বুকু প্ৰশস্ত কৰি দিয়া নাইনে?

৯৪:২

وَوَضَعْنَا عَنْكَ وِزْرَكَ

আৰু আমি তোমাৰ পৰা তোমাৰ বোজা অপসাৰণ কৰা নাইনে?

৯৪:৩

الَّذِي أَنْقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ

যি বোজাই তোমাৰ পিঠি ভাঙি পেলাইছিল,

৯৪:৪

وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ

আৰু আমিয়েই তোমাৰ (মৰ্যাদা বৃদ্ধিৰ) বাবে তোমাৰ স্মৰণক সমুন্নত কৰিছো।

.৯৪:৫

فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا

এতেকে দুখৰ লগতেই আছে সুখ

৯৪:৬

إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا

নিশ্চয় দুখৰ লগতেই আছে সুখ।

إِلَّا تَذْكِرَةً لِمَنْ يَخْشَىٰ

বৰং যিয়ে ভয় কৰে তাৰ বাবে উপদেশ স্বৰূপ (অৱতীৰ্ণ কৰিছোঁ),

20:3 But, only as a Reminder to those who fear (faltering in their journey of life).

Note.

Khashiyyah = Fearing = Being in awe = Being awestruck. Compare with Taqwa meaning journeying through life in security. This verse is commonly translated ending with ‘those who fear God’ ie Taqwa(sa).

تَنْزِيلًا مِمَّنْ خَلَقَ الْأَرْضَ وَالسَّمَاوَاتِ الْعُلَى

যিজনে পৃথিৱী আৰু সুউচ্চ আকাশসমূহ সৃষ্টি কৰিছে তেওঁৰ তৰফৰ পৰা নাযিলকৃত,

الرَّحْمَٰنُ عَلَى الْعَرْشِ اسْتَوَىٰ

পৰম কৰুণাময় (ৰহমান) আৰছৰ ওপৰত উঠিছে।

৭:৫৪

إِنَّ رَبَّكُمُ اللَّهُ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ ثُمَّ اسْتَوَىٰ عَلَى الْعَرْشِ يُغْشِي اللَّيْلَ النَّهَارَ يَطْلُبُهُ حَثِيثًا وَالشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ وَالنُّجُومَ مُسَخَّرَاتٍ بِأَمْرِهِ ۗ أَلَا لَهُ الْخَلْقُ وَالْأَمْرُ ۗ تَبَارَكَ اللَّهُ رَبُّ الْعَالَمِينَ

নিশ্চয় তোমালোকৰ ৰব আল্লাহ, যিজনে আকাশসমূহ আৰু পৃথিৱী ছয় দিনত সৃষ্টি কৰিছে, তাৰ পিছত তেওঁ আৰশ্বৰ ওপৰত উঠিছে। তেৱেঁই দিনক ৰাতিৰে আচ্ছন্ন কৰে। প্ৰত্যেকটোৱে এটাই আনটোক দ্ৰুতগতিত অনুসৰণ কৰে। সূৰ্য, চন্দ্ৰ আৰু নক্ষত্ৰসমূহ, যিবোৰ তেওঁৰ আদেশৰেই অনুগত। জানি থোৱা, সৃজন আৰু আদেশ কেৱল তেওঁৰেই। সৃষ্টিজগতৰ ৰব আল্লাহ কিমান বৰকতময়!)

🔴২০:৬

لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا وَمَا تَحْتَ الثَّرَىٰ

আকাশসমূহ, পৃথিৱী আৰু এই দুয়োৰে মাজত যি আছে লগতে ভূগৰ্ভত যি আছে সেই সকলো তেওঁৰেই।

6. The entire awe-inspiring universe, from the highest point to the lowest depths, 

is busy fulfilling His destined programme. (The objective of this control is that 

everything in the universe should continue receiving nourishment ~ 1:2 ~ and every 

action should produce the correct and appropriate result ~ 45:22.)pz.

🔴২০:৭

وَإِنْ تَجْهَرْ بِالْقَوْلِ فَإِنَّهُ يَعْلَمُ السِّرَّ وَأَخْفَى

আৰু যদি তুমি উচ্চ কণ্ঠত কথা কোৱা (যদিও ইয়াৰ কোনো প্ৰয়োজন নাই), তেন্তে (জানি থোৱা) তেওঁ গোপন আৰু অতি গোপন সকলো বিষয়ে জানে।

(Note-Allah knows not only man's unspoken, conscious thoughts but also all that goes on within his subconscious self).

اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۖ لَهُ الْأَسْمَاءُ الْحُسْنَىٰ

আল্লাহ, তেওঁৰ বাহিৰে আন কোনো সত্য ইলাহ নাই, সুন্দৰ নামসমূহ কেৱল তেওঁৰেই।

৫৯:২৩-২৪

هُوَ اللَّهُ الَّذِي لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْمَلِكُ الْقُدُّوسُ السَّلَامُ الْمُؤْمِنُ الْمُهَيْمِنُ الْعَزِيزُ الْجَبَّارُ الْمُتَكَبِّرُ ۚ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ

তেৱেঁই আল্লাহ, তেওঁৰ বাহিৰে আন কোনো সত্য ইলাহ নাই, তেৱেঁই অধিপতি, মহাপৱিত্ৰ, শান্তিৰ উৎস ত্ৰুটিমুক্ত, নিৰাপত্তাদানকাৰী, ৰক্ষক, মহাপৰাক্ৰমশালী, মহাপ্ৰতাপশালী, অতি মহিমান্বিত। সিহঁতে যি অংশীস্থাপন কৰে তাৰ পৰা আল্লাহ পৱিত্ৰ, মহান।

৫৯:২৪

هُوَ اللَّهُ الْخَالِقُ الْبَارِئُ الْمُصَوِّرُ ۖ لَهُ الْأَسْمَاءُ الْحُسْنَىٰ ۚ يُسَبِّحُ لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۖ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ

তেৱেঁই আল্লাহ, স্ৰষ্টা উদ্ভাৱনকৰ্তা, আকাৰ-আকৃতিদানকাৰী, সৰ্বোত্তম নামসমূহ তেওঁৰেই। আকাশমণ্ডল আৰু পৃথিৱীত যি আছে সকলোৱে তেওঁৰ পৱিত্ৰতা আৰু মহিমা ঘোষণা কৰে। তেওঁ পৰাক্ৰমশালী, প্ৰজ্ঞাময়।

وَلِلَّهِ الْأَسْمَاءُ الْحُسْنَىٰ فَادْعُوهُ بِهَا ۖ وَذَرُوا الَّذِينَ يُلْحِدُونَ فِي أَسْمَائِهِ ۚ سَيُجْزَوْنَ مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ

আৰু আল্লাহৰ বাবে আছে সুন্দৰ সুন্দৰ নাম। এতেকে তোমালোকে তেওঁক সেইবোৰ নামেৰেই আহ্বান কৰা; আৰু যিসকলে তেওঁৰ নাম বিকৃত কৰে সিহঁতক বৰ্জন কৰা; সিহঁতৰ কৃতকৰ্মৰ ফল অনতিপলমে সিহঁতক দিয়া হ’ব।

وَهَلْ أَتَاكَ حَدِيثُ مُوسَىٰ

আৰু মুছাৰ বৃত্তান্ত তোমাৰ ওচৰত আহি পাইছেনে?

20:9 AND HAS the story of Moses ever come within thy ken?

Apart from two short references to Moses in earlier surahs (53:36 and 87:19), the narrative appearing in verses 9-98 is undoubtedly the earliest Qur'anic exposition of the story of Moses as such. Its mention at this stage is connected with the reference to revelation at the beginning of this surah (verses 2-4) and, generally, with the Qur'anic doctrine of the basic ideological unity of all revealed religions.

🔴২০:১০

إِذْ رَأَىٰ نَارًا فَقَالَ لِأَهْلِهِ امْكُثُوا إِنِّي آنَسْتُ نَارًا لَعَلِّي آتِيكُمْ مِنْهَا بِقَبَسٍ أَوْ أَجِدُ عَلَى النَّارِ هُدًى

তেওঁ যেতিয়া জুই দেখা পালে তেতিয়া তেওঁ নিজ পৰিয়ালবৰ্গক ক’লে, ‘তোমালোকে অপেক্ষা কৰা, নিশ্চয় মই জুই দেখা পাইছো। আশা কৰোঁ মই তোমালোকৰ বাবে তাৰ পৰা অলপ জ্বলন্ত এঙাৰ আনিব পাৰিম নাইবা জুইৰ ওচৰত কোনো পথনিৰ্দেশ পাব পাৰোঁ’।

20:10 When he saw a fire (in the desert), he said to his family, "Wait! I perceive a fire. Perhaps I can bring you a burning torch from there or find some direction at the fire.” [27:7, 28:29](sa).

(২৭:৭

إِذْ قَالَ مُوسَىٰ لِأَهْلِهِ إِنِّي آنَسْتُ نَارًا سَآتِيكُمْ مِنْهَا بِخَبَرٍ أَوْ آتِيكُمْ بِشِهَابٍ قَبَسٍ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَصْطَلُونَ

স্মৰণ কৰা, যেতিয়া মুছাই তেওঁৰ পৰিয়ালবৰ্গক কৈছিল, ‘নিশ্চয় মই জুই দেখিছো, অনতিপলমে তাৰ পৰা তোমালোকৰ বাবে কোনো সংবাদ লৈ আহিম অথবা তোমালোকৰ বাবে লৈ আহিম জ্বলন্ত অন্ধৰা, যাতে তোমালোকে পুঁৱাব পাৰা’।

২৮:২৯

۞ فَلَمَّا قَضَىٰ مُوسَى الْأَجَلَ وَسَارَ بِأَهْلِهِ آنَسَ مِنْ جَانِبِ الطُّورِ نَارًا قَالَ لِأَهْلِهِ امْكُثُوا إِنِّي آنَسْتُ نَارًا لَعَلِّي آتِيكُمْ مِنْهَا بِخَبَرٍ أَوْ جَذْوَةٍ مِنَ النَّارِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَصْطَلُونَ

এতেকে মুছাই যেতিয়া তেওঁৰ ম্যাদ পূৰ্ণ কৰাৰ পিছত সপৰিয়ালে যাত্ৰা কৰিলে, তেতিয়া তেওঁ তূৰ পৰ্বতৰ ফালে জুই দেখা পালে। তেওঁ পৰিয়ালবৰ্গক ক’লে, ‘তোমালোকে অপেক্ষা কৰা, মই জুই দেখিছো, সম্ভৱত মই তাৰ পৰা তোমালোকৰ বাবে কোনো খবৰ আনিম নাইবা এডোখৰ অন্ধৰাকে লৈ আহিম যাতে তোমালোকে জুই পুৱাব পাৰা’।

فَلَمَّا أَتَاهَا نُودِيَ يَا مُوسَىٰ

যেতিয়া তেওঁ জুইৰ ওচৰ আহি পালে তেতিয়া তেওঁক আহ্বান কৰা হ’ল, ‘হে মুছা!

.

20:11 When Moses reached the fire, a voice called out, “O Moses!(sa).

Note.

This is the story of the days when Moses had reached the converging point of the stream of the conceptual knowledge of intellect, and the stream of the extrinsic knowledge of the Divine revelation. 18:65

(১৮:৬৫

فَوَجَدَا عَبْدًا مِنْ عِبَادِنَا آتَيْنَاهُ رَحْمَةً مِنْ عِنْدِنَا وَعَلَّمْنَاهُ مِنْ لَدُنَّا عِلْمًا

ইয়াৰ পিছত তেওঁলোকে মোৰ এজন বান্দাৰ সাক্ষাৎ পালে, যাক আমি আমাৰ ফালৰ পৰা অনুগ্ৰহ দান কৰিছিলো আৰু আমাৰ ফালৰ পৰা এটা বিশেষ জ্ঞানৰ শিক্ষা দিছিলো।)

🔴২০:১২

إِنِّي أَنَا رَبُّكَ فَاخْلَعْ نَعْلَيْكَ ۖ إِنَّكَ بِالْوَادِ الْمُقَدَّسِ طُوًى

‘নিশ্চয় ময়েই তোমাৰ ৰব, এতেকে তোমাৰ জোতাযোৰ খুলি পেলোৱা, কাৰণ তুমি এতিয়া পৱিত্ৰ তোৱা উপত্যকাত আছা।

20:12 I am your Lord! Take off your sandals. Surely, you are in the sacred valley of Tuwa.”

Note.

Your quest for the truth is over. So lighten the burdens of your search. Now you are in the ‘Sacred Valley of revelation’(sa).

20:12. It is Me, your Rabb. (You have now reached the stage where the long and 

arduous methods of quest through trial, error and intellectual guesswork are over. 

Henceforth starts the role of Wahi, whereby the absolute truth unveils on its own. 

You can now be content and leave aside this long quest; that phase is over ~ 79:16.)pz.

وَأَنَا اخْتَرْتُكَ فَاسْتَمِعْ لِمَا يُوحَىٰ

‘আৰু মই তোমাক মনোনীত কৰিছো। সেয়ে যি অহী প্ৰেৰণ কৰা হয় সেয়া মনোযোগ সহকাৰে শুনা।

20:13. I have chosen you (for an important purpose). Therefore, listen very carefully 

to what is being revealed to you (20:40-41).pz.

إِنَّنِي أَنَا اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنَا فَاعْبُدْنِي وَأَقِمِ الصَّلَاةَ لِذِكْرِي

‘নিশ্চয় ময়েই আল্লাহ, মোৰ বাহিৰে আন কোনো সত্য ইলাহ নাই। এতেকে কেৱল মোৰেই ইবাদত কৰা আৰু মোৰ স্মৰণাৰ্থে চালাত কায়েম কৰা।

🟦WORD BY WORD MEANING:

In the name of GOD (Bis'mi-llahi), the GRACIOUS (Er' Rah'maani), the MERCIFUL (Er' Rahiim).

[20:1] T (To)*, H (Ha)* ;

[20:2] We did not (Maa) reveal (Anzal'naa)the Koran (El'Qur'aana) to you (s)

(Ålai'ka) in order to (Li) suffer 

(Tash'qaa)

[20:3] except (illa) as a reminder (69:48) (Taz'kiratan) for those who (Liman) fear (Yakh'sha).

[20:4] A revelation (Tanziilan) from One who (Mimman') created (Khalaqa) the earth (El'Ar'do) and the 

highest (El'Ula) heavens (Es'Samaawaati).

[20:5] The GRACIOUS (Er' Rah'maanu), firmly seated on (Es'tawaa Åla) the Throne (El'År'shi). 

[20:6] To HIM belongs (Lahu) whatever (Maa) is in (Fii) the heavens (Es'Samaawaati) and whatever 

(Wamaa) is on earth (Fiil' Ar'di) and whatever (Wamaa) is between them (Bai'nahumaa) and whatever 

(Wamaa) is beneath (Tah'ta) the soil (Etthara).

[20:7] And (Wa) if (In) you declare (Taj'har Bi) the word (El'Qaw'li), then (Fa) indeed, HE (Innahu) knows 

(Ya'lamu) the secret (Es'Sirra) and (Wa) the hidden (Akh'fa). 

[20:8] GOD (Ellahu); there is no god (Laa ilaaha) except (illa) HIM (Huwa), to HIM belongs (Lahu) the best

(El'Hus'naa) names (El'As'maa'u). 

(59:23-24)

[20:9] And (Wa) has (Hal') the discourse (Hadiithu) of Moses (Muusa) reached you (s) (Ataa-ka)? (79:15)

[20:10] When (Iz') he saw (Ra'aa) a fire (Naaran), and (Fa) he said to (Qaala Li) his family (Ah'li-hi). "Stay 

here (Em'kuthuu), I (Innii) have perceived (Aanas'tu) a fire (Naaran); perhaps I (Laållii) will bring you (Aatii-

kum Bi) a firebrand (Qabasin) thereof (Min'ha) or (Aw') find (Ajidu) guidance (Hudaa) at (Ålaa) the fire 

(En'Naari)."

[20:11] So (Fa) when (Lammaa) he came to it (Ataa-ha), he was called (Nuudiya), "O (Yaa) Moses (Muusa), 

[20:12] indeed (Innii) I am (Ana') your LORD (Rabbu-ka); so (Fa) take off (Ekh'la') your sandals (Na'lai'ka). 

Indeed, you (Innaka) are in (Bi) the Holy (El'Muqaddasi) Valley (El'Waadi) of Tuwa (Tuwaa).

[20:13] "And (Wa) I (Anaa) have chosen you (Moses)

(Ekh'tar'tu-ka), so (Fa) listen (Es'tami' ) to what (Limaa) is 

being inspired (Yuuha).

[20:14] "Indeed, I (Innanii) am the GOD (Anaallahu); there is no god (Laa ilaaha) except (illa) ME (Ana'). So 

(Fa) worship ME (E'bud'nii) and (Wa) establish (Aqimi) Prayer (Es'Solaata) for (Li) MY remembrance (Zik'rii).
