11:75(ইব্ৰাহীম(আ:ছা:) অত্যন্ত সহনশীল, কোমল হৃদয়ৰ অধিকাৰী, সদায় আল্লাহ অভিমুখী আছিল।

11:77✅(Homosexual Aggression is Condemned)

11:81✅(নূহৰ(আ:ছা:) স্ত্ৰী আৰু লূতৰ(আ:ছা:) স্ত্ৰীয়ে  দুজন সৎ বান্দাৰ অধীনত আছিল, কিন্তু সিহঁত উভয়ে তেওঁলোকৰ লগত বিশ্বাসঘাতকতা কৰিছিল। ফলত আল্লাহৰ শাস্তিৰ পৰা ৰক্ষা কৰিবলৈ নূহ আৰু লূত সিহঁতৰ কোনো কামত নাহিল, আৰু সিহঁতক  জাহান্নামত প্ৰৱেশ কৰোৱা হ'ল-See Note)(see ref 11:74 at 29:32)

🟣১১:৬৯

وَلَقَدْ جَاءَتْ 🔖رُسُلُنَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ بِالْبُشْرَىٰ قَالُوا سَلَامًا ۖ قَالَ سَلَامٌ ۖ فَمَا لَبِثَ أَنْ جَاءَ بِعِجْلٍ حَنِيذٍ

আৰু অৱশ্যে আমাৰ ফিৰিস্তাসকলে🔖 সুসংবাদ লৈ ইব্ৰাহীমৰ ওচৰত আহিছিল। তেওঁলোকে ক’লে, ‘ছালাম’। তেখেতেও ক’লে, ‘ছালাম’। তাৰ পিছত পলম নকৰি তেওঁ এটা কাবাবকৃত দামুৰি লৈ আহিল।(🔖ৰছুলসকল).

[11:69] And (Wa) certainly (Laqad') Our messengers (Rusulu-naa) came to (Jaa'at') Abraham (Ib'raahiima)

with (Bi) good news (El'Bush'raa); they said (Qaalu'), "Peace (Salaaman)." He said (Qaala), "Peace (Salaamun)," 

and (Fa) did not (Maa) delay (Labitha) to (An) bring (Jaa'a Bi) roasted (Haniiz) beef (Ej'lin).

📍Note-2

(11:69-70) The people of Lot were destroyed in a similar way. Their story is thus: Allah s messengers 

came to Abraham with glad tidings and said, Peace (on you), and Abraham replied, Peace (on you 

too). To offer hospitality to his guests, Abraham served them a roasted calf. When he saw that they 

made no effort to partake of the food, he felt suspicious and became apprehensive. They said to him, Do not feel apprehensive. We have been sent by Allah to the people of Lot (*15/51-77)pz.

وَنَبِّئْهُمْ عَنْ ضَيْفِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ

আৰু তুমি সিহঁতক জনাই দিয়া, ইব্ৰাহীমৰ অতিথিসকলৰ কথা,(......).

فَلَمَّا ذَهَبَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الرَّوْعُ وَجَاءَتْهُ الْبُشْرَىٰ يُجَادِلُنَا فِي قَوْمِ لُوطٍ

তাৰ পিছত যেতিয়া ইব্ৰাহীমৰ ভীতি দূৰীভূত হ’ল আৰু তেওঁৰ ওচৰত সুসংবাদ আহিল, তেতিয়া তেওঁ লূত সম্প্ৰদায়ৰ বিষয়ে আমাৰ লগত বাদানুবাদ কৰিবলৈ ধৰিলে।

৫১:২৬-২৭(51:24-46: The Fate of Previous Nations)

فَرَاغَ إِلَىٰ أَهْلِهِ فَجَاءَ بِعِجْلٍ سَمِينٍ

তাৰ পিছত তেওঁ দ্ৰুতভাৱে গোপনে নিজ গৃহিণীৰ ওচৰলৈ গ’ল আৰু এটা স্বাস্থ্যৱান গো-পোৱালি (ভজা) লৈ উপস্থিত গ’ল,

৫১:২৭

فَقَرَّبَهُ إِلَيْهِمْ قَالَ أَلَا تَأْكُلُونَ

তাৰ পিছত তেওঁ সেইটো তেওঁলোকৰ সন্মুখত ৰাখি ক’লে, ‘আপোনালোকে নাখায় নেকি’?

🟣১১:৭০

فَلَمَّا رَأَىٰ أَيْدِيَهُمْ لَا تَصِلُ إِلَيْهِ نَكِرَهُمْ وَأَوْجَسَ مِنْهُمْ خِيفَةً ۚ قَالُوا لَا تَخَفْ إِنَّا أُرْسِلْنَا إِلَىٰ قَوْمِ لُوطٍ

এতেকে তেওঁ যেতিয়া দেখিলে যে, তেওঁলোকৰ হাত সেইটোৰ ফালে প্ৰসাৰিত হোৱা নাই, তেতিয়া তেওঁলোকক অবাঞ্ছিত বুলি ভাৱিলে আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ বিষয়ে তেওঁৰ মনত ভীতি সঞ্চাৰ হ’ল। তেওঁলোকে ক’লে, ‘ভয় নকৰিব, আমিতো লূত সম্প্ৰদায়ৰ প্ৰতিহে প্ৰেৰিত হৈছো’।

[11:70] And (Fa) when (Lammaa) he saw (Ra'aa) their hands (Ai'diya-hum') did not (Laa) touch it (Tasilu 

ilai'hi), he denied them (Nakira-hum') and (Wa) sensed (Aw'jasa) fear (Khiifatan) of them (Min'hum). They 

said (Qaalu'), "Do not (Laa) fear (Takhaf'), indeed (Innaa) We have been sent (Ur'sil'naa) to (ilaa) the people 

(Qaw'mi) of Lot (Luut)."

৫১:২৬

তাৰ পিছত তেওঁ দ্ৰুতভাৱে গোপনে নিজ গৃহিণীৰ ওচৰলৈ গ’ল আৰু এটা স্বাস্থ্যৱান গো-পোৱালি (ভজা) লৈ উপস্থিত গ’ল,

🟣১১:৭১

وَامْرَأَتُهُ قَائِمَةٌ فَضَحِكَتْ فَبَشَّرْنَاهَا بِإِسْحَاقَ وَمِنْ وَرَاءِ إِسْحَاقَ يَعْقُوبَ

আৰু তেওঁৰ স্ত্ৰী থিয় হৈ আছিল, এই শুনি তেওঁ হাঁহি উঠিল। তাৰ পিছত আমি তেওঁক ইছহাক্বৰ আৰু ইছহাক্বৰ পৰৱৰ্তী ইয়াকূবৰ সুসংবাদ দিলো।

[11:71] And (Wa) his wife (Sarah) (Em'ra'atu-hu) was standing (Qaa'imatun), and (Fa) she laughed (Dahikat')

when (Fa) We gave her good news (Basshar'naa-haa) of (Bi) Isaac (Is'haaqa), and (Wa) beyond (Min Waraa'i)

Isaac (Is'haaqa), Jacob (grandson) (Ya'quub).

📍Verse/Note:

11:71 And his wife, standing [nearby], laughed [with happiness](*) ; whereupon We gave her the glad tiding of [the birth of] Isaac and, after Isaac, of [his son] Jacob.

Note*(Differs from the Biblical statement).

I.e., on realizing that the strangers were God's messengers, and that she and Abraham had nothing to fear from them : hence the interpolation of the words "with happiness". This differs from the Biblical statement (Genesis xviii, 12-15), according to which Sarah "laughed within herself" at the announcement that she, an old woman, would give birth to a son: for in the above Qur'anic passage this announcement comes after the statement that she laughed, and is introduced by the conjunctive particle fa, which in this context denotes "and thereupon" or "whereupon"(as).

২:১৩৩

أَمْ كُنْتُمْ شُهَدَاءَ إِذْ حَضَرَ يَعْقُوبَ الْمَوْتُ إِذْ قَالَ لِبَنِيهِ مَا تَعْبُدُونَ مِنْ بَعْدِي قَالُوا نَعْبُدُ إِلَٰهَكَ وَإِلَٰهَ آبَائِكَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ وَإِسْحَاقَ إِلَٰهًا وَاحِدًا وَنَحْنُ لَهُ مُسْلِمُونَ

ইয়াকূবৰ মৃত্যুৰ সময়ত তোমালোকে উপস্থিত আছিলা নেকি? তেওঁ যেতিয়া নিজ সন্তানসকলক কৈছিল, ‘মোৰ পিছত তোমালোকে কাৰ ইবাদত কৰিবা? সিহঁতে কৈছিল, ‘আমি আপোনাৰ ইলাহ আৰু আপোনাৰ পিতৃ-পুৰুষ ইব্ৰাহীম, ইছমাঈল, ইছহাকৰ ইলাহ- সেই এজন ইলাহৰেই ইবাদত কৰিম; আৰু আমি তেওঁৰ ওচৰতেই  আত্মসমৰ্পণকাৰী’।

🟣১১:৭২ 

قَالَتْ يَا وَيْلَتَىٰ أَأَلِدُ وَأَنَا عَجُوزٌ وَهَٰذَا بَعْلِي شَيْخًا ۖ إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَشَيْءٌ عَجِيبٌ

তেওঁ ক’লে, ‘হায়, কি আচৰিত! মই সন্তান জন্ম দিম নে! অথচ মই এজনী বৃদ্ধা আৰু মোৰ স্বামীও বৃদ্ধ, এইটো অৱশ্যে এটা অদ্ভুদ কথা’!

[11:72] She said (Qaalat'), "O (Yaa) woe to me (Wai'lataa), will I beget (A'alidu) while (Wa) I am (Ana') old 

(Åjuuzun) and (Wa) this (Haaza) husband of mine (Ba'lii) is old (Shai'khan)? Indeed (Inna), this (Haaza) is 

(La) something (Shai'un) amazing (Åjiib)!"

৫১:২৯

فَأَقْبَلَتِ امْرَأَتُهُ فِي صَرَّةٍ فَصَكَّتْ وَجْهَهَا وَقَالَتْ عَجُوزٌ عَقِيمٌ

তেতিয়া তেওঁৰ স্ত্ৰীয়ে চিঞৰি চিঞৰি আগুৱাই আহিল আৰু নিজৰ মুখতে থপৰিয়াই ক’লে, বৃদ্ধা-বন্ধ্যা (ৰ সন্তান হ’ব?)।

🟣১১:৭৩

قَالُوا أَتَعْجَبِينَ مِنْ أَمْرِ اللَّهِ ۖ رَحْمَتُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ عَلَيْكُمْ 🌀أَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ ۚ إِنَّهُ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ

তেওঁলোকে ক’লে, ‘আল্লাহৰ কামত আপুনি বিস্ময় বোধ কৰিছে নেকি? হে নবীৰ পৰিয়াল🌀! আপোনালোকৰ প্ৰতি আছে আল্লাহৰ অনুগ্ৰহ আৰু কল্যাণ। নিশ্চয় তেওঁ প্ৰশংসাৰ যোগ্য আৰু অত্যন্ত সন্মানিত’।

[11:73] They (the messengers) said (Qaaluu'), "Are you amazed (A-ta'jabiina) at (Min') the command of GOD

(Am'ri-llahi)? The mercy of GOD (Rah'matu-llahi) and (Wa) HIS blessings (Barakaatu-hu) are upon you 

(Ålai'kum'), the People of the House🌀 (33:33🌀) (Ah'lal' Bai'ti). Indeed, HE (Innahu) is Praiseworthy (Hamiidun) and Glorious (Majiid)."

[🌀৩৩:৩৩

وَقَرْنَ فِي بُيُوتِكُنَّ وَلَا تَبَرَّجْنَ تَبَرُّجَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ الْأُولَىٰ ۖ وَأَقِمْنَ الصَّلَاةَ وَآتِينَ الزَّكَاةَ وَأَطِعْنَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ ۚ إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ لِيُذْهِبَ عَنْكُمُ الرِّجْسَ 🌀أَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ وَيُطَهِّرَكُمْ تَطْهِيرًا

আৰু তোমালোকে নিজ ঘৰত অৱস্থান কৰিবা। প্ৰাচীন জাহেলী যুগৰ প্ৰদৰ্শনীৰ দৰে নিজকে প্ৰদৰ্শন কৰি নুফুৰিবা। তোমালোকে ছালাত কায়েম কৰা, যাকাত প্ৰদান কৰা লগতে আল্লাহ আৰু তেওঁৰ ৰাছুলৰ অনুগত হৈ থাকা। হে 🌀নবী-পৰিয়াল! আল্লাহে তোমালোকৰ পৰা কেৱল অপৱিত্ৰতাক দূৰীভূত কৰিব বিচাৰে আৰু তোমালোকক সম্পূৰ্ণৰূপে পৱিত্ৰ কৰিব বিচাৰে।

📍Verse/Note:

11:73 Answered [the messengers]: "Dost thou deem it strange that God should decree what He wills?(*) The grace of God and His blessings be upon you, O people of this house! Verily, ever to be praised, sublime is He!"

Note*

Lit., "Art thou astonished at God's decree''" -or: "post thou find God's decree strange?" However, the real meaning of this rhetorical question can only be brought out by paraphrasing it in the manner attempted by me: namely, as an echo of the statement, repeated several times in the Qur'an: "When God wills a thing to be, He but says unto it, 'Be'-and it is."(as).

🟣১১:৭৪

فَلَمَّا ذَهَبَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الرَّوْعُ وَجَاءَتْهُ الْبُشْرَىٰ يُجَادِلُنَا فِي قَوْمِ لُوطٍ

তাৰ পিছত যেতিয়া ইব্ৰাহীমৰ ভীতি দূৰীভূত হ’ল আৰু তেওঁৰ ওচৰত সুসংবাদ আহিল, তেতিয়া তেওঁ লূত সম্প্ৰদায়ৰ বিষয়ে আমাৰ লগত বাদানুবাদ কৰিবলৈ ধৰিলে।

📍Verse/Note:

[11:74] And (Fa) when (Lammaa) the fright (Er'Raw'u) had departed (Zahaba) from (Ån') Abraham 

(Ib'raahiima), and (Wa) the good news (El'Bush'raa) had reached him (Jaa'at'hu), he argued with Us(Yujaadilu-naa) concerning (Fii) the people (Qaw'mi) of Lot (Luut).

📍Verse/Note:

11:74 And when the fear had left Abraham, and the glad tiding had been conveyed to him, he began to plead with Us for Lot's people:

Note.

According to all commentators, this means "he pleaded [lit., "argued"] with Our messengers" (who, as is evident from *29:31, had announced to him the impending doom of Sodom and Gomorrah), and not with God Himself(as).

(২৯:৩১-৩২*

وَلَمَّا جَاءَتْ رُسُلُنَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ بِالْبُشْرَىٰ قَالُوا إِنَّا مُهْلِكُو أَهْلِ هَٰذِهِ الْقَرْيَةِ ۖ إِنَّ أَهْلَهَا كَانُوا ظَالِمِينَ

আৰু যেতিয়া আমাৰ প্ৰেৰিত ফিৰিস্তাসকল সুসংবাদসহ ইব্ৰাহীমৰ ওচৰত আহিল, তেওঁলোকে ক’লে, ‘নিশ্চয় আমি এই জনপদবাসীক ধ্বংস কৰিম। নিশ্চয় ইয়াৰ অধিবাসীবিলাক যালিম’।

(History: Abraham lived in Hebron, Palestine about 2000 BC. From the heights in Hebron he could see the Valley of Sodom by the Dead Sea-sa).

২৯:৩২

قَالَ إِنَّ فِيهَا لُوطًا ۚ قَالُوا نَحْنُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَنْ فِيهَا ۖ لَنُنَجِّيَنَّهُ وَأَهْلَهُ إِلَّا امْرَأَتَهُ كَانَتْ مِنَ الْغَابِرِينَ

ইব্ৰাহীমে ক’লে, ‘নিশ্চয় এই জনপদত দেখোন লূতো আছে। তেওঁলোকে ক'লে, তাত কোন কোন আছে সেয়া আমি ভালকৈয়ে জানো, নিশ্চয় আমি লূতক আৰু তেওঁৰ পৰিয়ালবৰ্গক ৰক্ষা কৰিম, কেৱল তেওঁৰ স্ত্ৰীৰ বাহিৰে, তাই পিছত অৱস্থানকাৰী বিলাকৰ অন্তৰ্ভুক্ত।)

🟣১১:৭৫

إِنَّ إِبْرَاهِيمَ لَحَلِيمٌ أَوَّاهٌ مُنِيبٌ

নিশ্চয় ইব্ৰাহীম অত্যন্ত সহনশীল, কোমল হৃদয়ৰ অধিকাৰী, সদায় আল্লাহ অভিমুখী আছিল।

[11:75] Indeed (Inna), Abraham (Ib'raahiima) was (La) clement (Haliimun), appealing (Awwaahun) and repentant (Muniib).

.

🟣১১:৭৬

يَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ أَعْرِضْ عَنْ هَٰذَا ۖ إِنَّهُ قَدْ جَاءَ أَمْرُ رَبِّكَ ۖ وَإِنَّهُمْ آتِيهِمْ عَذَابٌ غَيْرُ مَرْدُودٍ

হে ইব্ৰাহীম! তুমি ইয়াৰ পৰা বিৰত হোৱা; নিশ্চয় তোমাৰ প্ৰতিপালকৰ বিধান আহি পৰিছে; আৰু অৱশ্যে সিহঁতৰ প্ৰতি আহিব শাস্তি যিটো অনিবাৰ্য।

[11:76] "O (Yaa) Abraham (Ib'raahiimu), avoid (A'ridu Ån') this (Haazaa). Indeed (Innahu), the command 

(Am'ru) of your LORD (Rabbi-ka) has come (Jaa'a), for (Wa) indeed (Innahum'), a punishment (Åzaabun)

without (Gai'ru) repulsion (Mar'duud) will reach them (Aatii-him')."

🟣১১:৭৭(Homosexual Aggression is Condemned).

وَلَمَّا جَاءَتْ رُسُلُنَا لُوطًا سِيءَ بِهِمْ وَضَاقَ بِهِمْ ذَرْعًا وَقَالَ هَٰذَا يَوْمٌ عَصِيبٌ

আৰু যেতিয়া আমাৰ প্ৰেৰিত ফিৰিস্তাসকল লূতৰ ওচৰত আহিলে তেতিয়া তেওঁলোকৰ আগমনত তেওঁ বিষণ্ন হ’ল আৰু নিজকে তেওঁলোকৰ ৰক্ষাত অসমৰ্থ বুলি ভাৱিলে আৰু ক’লে, ‘এইটো বৰ বিপদৰ দিন’!

[11:77] And (Wa) when (Lammaa) Our messengers (Rusulu-naa) came to (Jaa'at') Lot (Luutoan), he was 

offended (Siia) because of them (Bihim') and (Wa) was troubled (Doaqa) because of them (Bihim'), standing 

(Zar'åån), and (Wa) he (Lot) said (Qaala), "This (Haaza) is a crucial (Åsiibu) day (Yaw'mun)."

🟣১১:৭৮

وَجَاءَهُ قَوْمُهُ يُهْرَعُونَ إِلَيْهِ وَمِنْ قَبْلُ كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ السَّيِّئَاتِ ۚ قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ هَٰؤُلَاءِ بَنَاتِي هُنَّ أَطْهَرُ لَكُمْ ۖ فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَلَا تُخْزُونِ فِي ضَيْفِي ۖ أَلَيْسَ مِنْكُمْ رَجُلٌ رَشِيدٌ

আৰু তেওঁৰ সম্প্ৰদায়ৰ লোকসকল তেওঁৰ ওচৰত উদভ্ৰান্ত হৈ গুচি আহিল আৰু আগৰ পৰাই সিহঁত অসৎকৰ্মত লিপ্ত আছিল। তেওঁ ক’লে, ‘হে মোৰ সম্প্ৰদায়! ইহঁত মোৰ কন্যা, তোমালোকৰ বাবে ইহঁতেহে বেছি পৱিত্ৰ। গতিকে তোমালোকে আল্লাহৰ তাক্বৱা অৱলম্বন কৰা আৰু মোৰ অতিথি সম্বন্ধে মোক লজ্জিত নকৰিবা। তোমালোকৰ মাজত এজনো সাধু ব্যক্তি নাইনে’?

[11:78] And (Wa) his people (Qaw'mu-hu) came (Jaa'ahu) rushing (Yuh'rauuna) to him (ilai'hi); and (Wa)

earlier (Min Qab'lu) they were (Kaanu') doing (Ya'maluuna) evil deeds (Es'Sayy'iaati). He (Lot) said (Qaala), "O 

(Yaa) my people (Qaw'mi), these (Haaulaai) are my daughters (Banaatii); they (Hunna) are purer (At'haru)

for you (Lakum'). So (Fa) beware of GOD (Ettaqu'llaha) and do not (Walaa) disgrace me (Tukh'zuuni)

regarding (Fii) my guests (Doi'fii). Is there no (A-lai'sa) man (Rajulun) of common sense (Rashiid) among 

you (Minkum')?"

📍Verse/Note:

11:78 And his people came running to him, impelled towards his house [by their desire]: for they had ever been wont to commit [such], abominations. Said [Lot]: "O my people! [Take instead] these daughters of mine: they are purer for you [than men]!(*) Be, then, conscious of God, and disgrace me not by [assaulting] my guests. Is there not among you even one right-minded man?"

Note*

The phrase "these daughters of mine" signifies here "the daughters of my community" (since a prophet is the spiritual father of his people). But whether this is the case, or whether - as is more probable - Lot's words refer to his actual daughters, there is no doubt that in their wider implication they point to the natural relationship between man and woman as contrasted with the perverse desires of the men of Sodom(as).

🟣১১:৭৯

قَالُوا لَقَدْ عَلِمْتَ مَا لَنَا فِي بَنَاتِكَ مِنْ حَقٍّ وَإِنَّكَ لَتَعْلَمُ مَا نُرِيدُ

সিহঁতে ক’লে, ‘তুমিতো জানাই, তোমাৰ কন্যাসকলৰ প্ৰতি আমাৰ কোনো আগ্ৰহ নাই; আৰু আমি যিটো বিচাৰো সেয়া তুমি নিশ্চয় জানা’।

[11:79] They (the homophiles) said (Qaalu'), "You certainly (Laqad') know (Ålim'ta) that we have (Lanaa) no (Maa 

Min) right (Haqqin) to (Fii) your daughters (Banaati-ka), and (Wa) indeed, you (Lot)

(Innaka) are (La) aware 

(Ta'lamu) of what (Maa) we desire (Nuriid)."

11:79 They said, "You know we have no interest in your daughters, and you are aware of what we want!"

Note that these are not people who are committing sin in their private lives; they are aggressive homosexuals who are proud of their behavior and show the audacity to harass men around them(edip).

قَالَ لَوْ أَنَّ لِي بِكُمْ قُوَّةً أَوْ آوِي إِلَىٰ رُكْنٍ شَدِيدٍ

তেওঁ ক’লে, ‘হায়! তোমালোকৰ ওপৰত যদি মোৰ শক্তি থাকিলহেঁতেন অথবা মই যদি কোনো সুদৃঢ় স্তম্ভৰ আশ্ৰয় লব পাৰিলোহেঁতেন’!

[11:80] He (Lot) said (Qaala), "If only (Law' Anna) I had (Lii) strength (Quwwatan) against you (Bikum') or 

(Aw') could seek asylum from (Aawii ilaa) a strong (Shadiid) support (Ruk'nin)!"

قَالُوا يَا لُوطُ إِنَّا رُسُلُ رَبِّكَ لَنْ يَصِلُوا إِلَيْكَ ۖ فَأَسْرِ بِأَهْلِكَ بِقِطْعٍ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ وَلَا يَلْتَفِتْ مِنْكُمْ أَحَدٌ إِلَّا امْرَأَتَكَ ۖ إِنَّهُ مُصِيبُهَا مَا أَصَابَهُمْ ۚ إِنَّ مَوْعِدَهُمُ الصُّبْحُ ۚ أَلَيْسَ الصُّبْحُ بِقَرِيبٍ

তেওঁলোকে (ফিৰিস্তাসকলে) ক’লে, ‘হে লূত! নিশ্চয় আমি আপোনাৰ প্ৰতিপালকৰ প্ৰেৰিত ফিৰিস্তা। সিহঁতে কেতিয়াও আপোনাৰ ওচৰলৈকে আহিব নোৱাৰিব। গতিকে আপুনি ৰাতিৰ কোনো এটা ভাগত আপোনাৰ পৰিয়ালবৰ্গসহ ওলাই যাওঁক আৰু আপোনালোকৰ মাজৰ কোনেও পিছফালে ঘূৰি নাচাব কেৱল আপোনাৰ স্ত্ৰীৰ বাহিৰে। সিহঁতৰ লগত যি সংঘটিত হ’ব তাইৰ লগতো সেয়া ঘটিব। নিশ্চয় প্ৰভাত হৈছে সিহঁতৰ বাবে নিৰ্ধাৰিত সময়। প্ৰভাত অতি সন্নিকট নহয়নে বাৰু’?

[11:81] They (the Angels) said (Qaalu'), "O (Yaa) Lot (Luutu), indeed We (Innaa) are messengers (Rusulu) of your 

LORD (Rabbi-ka); they will never (Lan) touch you (Yasiluu' ilai'ka). So (Fa) travel with (As'ri Bi) your family 

(Ah'li-ka) in (Bi) a portion (Qit'e) of (Mina) the night (Ellai'li) and (Wa) let (Yal'-) none (Laa Ahadun) of you 

(Minkum') turn around (-tafit'), except (illa) your wife (Em'ra'ata-ka); indeed (Innahu), she will be afflicted 

(Musiibu-haa) by what (Maa) will strike them (Asoaba-hum'). Indeed (Inna), their appointment (Maw'eda-

humu) is early in the morning (Es'Sub'hu). Is (A-) early morning (Es'Sub'hu) not (-lai'sa Bi) near (Qariib)?"

11:81 [Whereupon the angels] said: "O Lot! Behold, we are messengers from thy Sustainer! Never shall [thy enemies] attain to thee! Depart, then, with thy household while it is yet night, and let none of you look back;(*) [and take with thee all thy family] with the exception of thy wife: for, behold, that which is to befall these [people of Sodom] shall befall her [as well].(**) Verily, their appointed time is the morning [and] is not the morning nigh?"

I.e., in an abstract sense, "to what you are leaving behind", evidently meaning the severing of all associations with the sinful city, and not a physical looking-back.

Cf. 7:83(∆) and the corresponding note, as well as 66:10(¶), where it is mentioned that Lot's wife, who was apparently a native of Sodom, had acted faithlessly towards her husband, i.e., had refused to believe in his prophetic mission; and her story was thereupon "propounded as a parable of those who are bent on denying the truth"(as).

فَأَنْجَيْنَاهُ وَأَهْلَهُ إِلَّا امْرَأَتَهُ كَانَتْ مِنَ الْغَابِرِينَ

তাৰ পিছত আমি তেওঁক আৰু তেওঁৰ পৰিয়ালক উদ্ধাৰ কৰিছিলো কেৱল তেওঁৰ স্ত্ৰীৰ বাহিৰে, তাই আছিল পিছত অৱস্থানকাৰীসকলৰ অন্তৰ্ভুক্ত।

৬৬:১০¶

ضَرَبَ اللَّهُ مَثَلًا لِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا امْرَأَتَ نُوحٍ وَامْرَأَتَ لُوطٍ ۖ كَانَتَا تَحْتَ عَبْدَيْنِ مِنْ عِبَادِنَا صَالِحَيْنِ فَخَانَتَاهُمَا فَلَمْ يُغْنِيَا عَنْهُمَا مِنَ اللَّهِ شَيْئًا وَقِيلَ ادْخُلَا النَّارَ مَعَ الدَّاخِلِينَ

যিসকলে কুফৰী কৰে, সিহঁতৰ বাবে আল্লাহে নূহৰ স্ত্ৰী আৰু লূতৰ স্ত্ৰীৰ উদাহৰণ দিছে; সিহঁত আমাৰ বান্দাসকলৰ মাজৰ দুজন সৎ বান্দাৰ অধীনত আছিল, কিন্তু সিহঁত উভয়ে তেওঁলোকৰ লগত বিশ্বাসঘাতকতা কৰিছিল। ফলত আল্লাহৰ শাস্তিৰ পৰা ৰক্ষা কৰিবলৈ নূহ আৰু লূত সিহঁতৰ কোনো কামত নাহিল, আৰু সিহঁতক কোৱা হ’ল, ‘তোমালোক উভয়ে প্ৰৱেশকাৰীসকলৰ লগত জাহান্নামত প্ৰৱেশ কৰা’।)

৫৪:৩৬

وَلَقَدْ أَنْذَرَهُمْ بَطْشَتَنَا فَتَمَارَوْا بِالنُّذُرِ

আৰু নিশ্চয় লূতে সিহঁতক আমাৰ কঠিন শাস্তিৰ পৰা সতৰ্ক কৰিছিল, তথাপিও সিহঁতে সাৱধান বাণী সম্পৰ্কে সন্দেহ পোষণ কৰিছিল।
