āϤোāĻŽাāϞোāĻে āϏেāĻ āϏāĻŽ্āĻĒ্ā§°āĻĻাā§ā§° āϞāĻāϤ āϝুāĻĻ্āϧ āύāĻā§°িāĻŦাāύে, āϝিāϏāĻāϞে āύিāĻā§° āĻĒ্ā§°āϤিāĻļ্ā§°ুāϤি āĻāĻ্āĻ āĻā§°িāĻে āĻā§°ু ā§°াāĻুāϞāĻ āĻāϞিā§াāĻ āĻĻিā§াā§° āĻŦাāĻŦে āϏংāĻāϞ্āĻĒ āĻā§°িāĻিāϞ? āĻā§°ু āϏিāĻšঁāϤেāĻ āĻĒ্ā§°āĻĨāĻŽে āϤোāĻŽাāϞোāĻā§° āϞāĻāϤ (āϝুāĻĻ্āϧ) āĻā§°āĻŽ্āĻ āĻā§°িāĻে। āϤোāĻŽাāϞোāĻে āϏিāĻšঁāϤāĻ āĻā§ āĻā§°া āύেāĻি? āĻāϞ্āϞাāĻšāĻ āĻā§ āĻā§°াāĻšে āϤোāĻŽাāϞোāĻā§° āĻŦাāĻŦে āĻŦেāĻি āϏāĻŽীāĻীāύ āϝāĻĻি āϤোāĻŽাāϞোāĻ (āĻĒ্ā§°āĻৃāϤ) āĻŽুāĻŽিāύ।

[9:13] Would you not (Ala) fight (-Tuqaatiluuna) a people (Qaw'man) who have violated (Nakathuu') their
oaths (Ai'maana-hum’) and had intended (Hammu') with (Bi) the eviction (Ikh'raaji) of the Messenger (Er'Rasuuli), and (Wa) they (Hum) started with you (the believers) (Badauu-kum’) the first (Awwala) time
(Marratin)? Are you afraid of them (Atakh'shaw'nahum')? And (Fa) GOD (Ellahu) is worthier (Ahaqqu) to
(An) be feared (Takh'shaw'hu), if (In) you should be (Kuntum) believers (Mu'miniin).

đVerse/Note:
9:13 Would you, perchance, fail to fight against people who have broken their solemn pledges, and have done all that they could to drive the Apostle away,* and have been first to attack you? Do you hold them in awe? Nay, it is God alone of whom you ought to stand in awe,** if you are [truly] believers!

āύ্āϤ⧰āϏāĻŽূāĻš āĻিāϤ্āϤ āĻĒ্ā§°āĻļাāύ্āϤি āĻā§°িāĻŦ,

[9:14] Fight them (Qaatiluu-hum’); GOD (Ellahu) will punish them (YuÃĨzzib'humu) by (Bi) your hands
(Ai'dii-kum) and (Wa) will disgrace them (Yukh'zi-him) and (Wa) grant you victory (Yansur'kum) over
them (Ã
lai'him), and (Wa) will heal (Yash'fi) the bosoms (Suduura) of people (Qaw'min) who believe (Mu'miniin).

đVerse/Note:
(9:14-15) So wage war against them. Allah will chastise them through your instrumentality, and put
them to shame by giving you victory over them - victory which will relieve you of the fear and
anxiety on account of your enemies. Despite all this, the doors of repentance are still open to them.
This is how Allah s Law operates. He knows and is Wise (*8/17, **22/40).pz.

ْ بِØēَŲْØąِ ØَŲٍّ ØĨِŲَّا ØŖَŲْ ŲَŲُŲŲُŲØ§ ØąَبُّŲَا اŲŲَّŲُ ۗ ŲَŲَŲْŲَا دَŲْØšُ اŲŲَّŲِ اŲŲَّØ§Øŗَ بَØšْØļَŲُŲ
ْ بِبَØšْØļٍ ŲَŲُدِّŲ
َØĒْ ØĩَŲَاŲ
ِØšُ ŲَبِŲَØšٌ ŲَØĩَŲَŲَاØĒٌ ŲَŲ
َØŗَاØŦِدُ ŲُذْŲَØąُ ŲِŲŲَا Ø§ØŗْŲ
ُ اŲŲَّŲِ ŲَØĢِŲØąًا ۗ ŲَŲَŲَŲْØĩُØąَŲَّ اŲŲَّŲُ Ų
َŲْ ŲَŲْØĩُØąُŲُ ۗ ØĨِŲَّ اŲŲَّŲَ ŲَŲَŲِŲٌّ ØšَØ˛ِŲØ˛ٌ
āϤেāĻঁāϞোāĻāĻ āύিāĻ āĻā§°-āĻŦাā§°ীā§° āĻĒā§°া āĻ
āύ্āϝাā§āĻাā§ąে āĻŦāĻšিāώ্āĻাā§° āĻā§°া āĻšৈāĻে, āϤেāĻঁāϞোāĻā§° āĻ
āĻĒā§°াāϧ āĻেā§ąāϞ āĻāĻāĻোā§ąে āϝে, āϤেāĻঁāϞোāĻে āĻā§, ‘āĻāĻŽাā§° ā§°āĻŦ āĻāϞ্āϞাāĻš’। āĻāϞ্āϞাāĻšে āϝāĻĻি āĻŽাāύুāĻšā§° āĻāĻা āĻĻāϞāĻ āĻāύ āĻāĻা āĻĻāϞ⧰ āĻĻ্āĻŦাā§°া āĻĒ্ā§°āϤিāĻšāϤ āύāĻā§°িāϞেāĻšেঁāϤেāύ, āϤেāύ্āϤে āĻŦিāϧ্āĻŦāϏ্āϤ āĻšৈ āĻ’āϞāĻšেঁāϤেāύ āĻৃāώ্āĻাāύ āϏāύ্āϝাāϏীāϏāĻāϞ⧰ āĻāĻĒাāϏāύাāϞā§, āĻীā§°্āĻা, āĻā§াāĻšুāĻĻীāϏāĻāϞ⧰ āĻāĻĒাāϏāύাāϞā§ā§° āϞāĻāϤে āĻŽāĻāĻিāĻĻāϏāĻŽূāĻš—āϝ’āϤ āĻŦেāĻি āĻŦেāĻি āĻāϞ্āϞাāĻšā§° āύাāĻŽ āϏ্āĻŽā§°āĻŖ āĻā§°া āĻšā§। āύিāĻļ্āĻā§ āĻāϞ্āϞাāĻšে āϤাāĻ āϏāĻšাā§ āĻā§°ে āϝিā§ে āĻāϞ্āϞাāĻšāĻ āϏāĻšাā§ āĻā§°ে। āύিāĻļ্āĻā§ āĻāϞ্āϞাāĻš āĻŽāĻšাāĻļāĻ্āϤিāĻŽাāύ, āĻĒā§°াāĻ্ā§°āĻŽāĻļাāϞী।)

ŲَŲُذْŲِبْ ØēَŲْظَ ŲُŲُŲØ¨ِŲِŲ
ْ ۗ ŲَŲَØĒُŲØ¨ُ اŲŲَّŲُ ØšَŲَŲٰ Ų
َŲْ ŲَØ´َØ§ØĄُ ۗ ŲَاŲŲَّŲُ ØšَŲِŲŲ
ٌ ØَŲِŲŲ
ٌ
āĻā§°ু āϤেāĻঁ āϏিāĻšঁāϤ⧰ āĻ
āύ্āϤ⧰⧰ āĻ্āώোāĻ āĻĻূā§° āĻā§°িāĻŦ āĻā§°ু āĻāϞ্āϞাāĻšে āϝাā§° āĻāĻ্āĻা āϤাā§°েāĻ āϤাāĻāĻŦা āĻāĻŦুāϞ āĻā§°িāĻŦ। āĻাā§°āĻŖ āĻāϞ্āϞাāĻš āϏ⧰্āĻŦāĻ্āĻ, āĻĒ্ā§°āĻ্āĻাāĻŽā§।

[9:15] And (Wa) HE will remove (Yuz'hib') anger (Gai'zo)
from their hearts (Quluubi-him’). And (Wa) GOD
(Ellahu) will forgive (Yatuubu Ã
laa) whomever (Man) HE wills (Yashaa'u); for (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) is Omniscient (Ã
liimun) and Wise (Hakiim).

āύ্āϤ⧰āĻ্āĻ āĻŦāύ্āϧু āĻšিāĻাāĻĒে āĻ্ā§°āĻšāĻŖ āĻā§°া āύাāĻ; āĻā§°ু āϤোāĻŽাāϞোāĻে āϝি āĻā§°া āϏেāĻ āĻŦিāώā§ে āĻāϞ্āϞাāĻš āϏāĻŽ্āϝāĻ āĻ

[9:16] Or (Am') do you think (Hasib'tum') that (An) you will be left (Tut'raku') while (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) has
not (Lamma) exposed (Ya'lami) those who (Ellaziina) strive (Jaahadu') among you (Minkum) and (Wa) do
not (Lam') take (Yattakhizu') other than GOD (Min Duuni-llahi), nor (Walaa) HIS messenger (Rasuuli-hi), nor (Walaa) the believers (El'Mu'miniina) as confidants (Waliijatan)? And (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) is conversant
(Khabiiru) with what (Bimaa) you do (Ta'maluun).

đVerse/Note:
(9:16) O Jama at-ul-Momineen, do you think that the victory promised to you will come to you even
if you do nothing? After your profession of faith, it will be made known who amongst you
struggled hard in the cause of Allah, and befriended none other than Allah, the Rasool and the Jama at-ul-Momineen. Allah is fully apprised of what you do (*2/214, 3/141, 29/1-2).pz.

ْ ŲَŲِŲ Ø§ŲŲَّØ§Øąِ ŲُŲ
ْ ØŽَاŲِدُŲŲَ
āĻŽুāĻļ্āĻŦā§°িāĻāϏāĻāϞ⧰ āĻোāύো āĻ
āϧিāĻাā§° āύাāĻ āϝে, āϏিāĻšঁāϤে āĻāϞ্āϞাāĻšā§° āĻŽāĻāĻিāĻĻāϏāĻŽূāĻšā§° āϤāϤ্āĻŦাā§ąāϧাā§āĻ āĻš’āĻŦ, āϝিāĻšেāϤু āϏিāĻšঁāϤে āύিāĻেāĻ āύিāĻā§° āĻুāĻĢā§°ীā§° āϏাāĻ্āώ্āϝ āĻĻিāĻে। āϏিāĻšঁāϤ⧰ āϏāĻāϞো āĻāĻŽāϞ āĻŦিāύāώ্āĻ āĻšৈāĻে āĻā§°ু āϏিāĻšঁāϤ āĻাāĻšাāύ্āύাāĻŽāϤেāĻ āϏ্āĻĨাā§ীāĻাā§ąে āĻ
ā§ąāϏ্āĻĨাāύ āĻā§°িāĻŦ।

[9:17] It is (Kaana) not (Maa) for the polytheists (Lil' Mush'rikiina) to (An) visit (Ya'muru') the mosques of
GOD (72:18) (Masaajida-llahi), witnessing (Shaahidiina) against (Ã
laa) themselves (Anfusi-him) with disbelief
(Bil' Kuf'ri). Those (U'laaika) are the ones whose deeds (A'maalu-hum) have become worthless (Habitot'), and (Wa) they (Hum') will be in (Fii) the Fire (En'Naari) eternally (Khaaliduun).
.
9:17 Those who associate others with God, (whether idols, dead saints, religious or temporal leaders), shall not administer God’s Masjids, the Centers of the Divine System – while they witness against their own ‘self’ - denial of truth. All their works are in vain and they will abide in the fire.

āĻāĻāĻŽাāϤ্ā§° āϤেāĻঁāϞোāĻেāĻ āĻāϞ্āϞাāĻšā§° āĻŽāĻāĻিāĻĻāϏāĻŽূāĻšā§° āϤāϤ্āĻŦাā§ąāϧাā§āύ āϞāĻŦ, āϝিāϏāĻāϞে āĻāĻŽাāύ āĻāύিāĻে āĻāϞ্āϞাāĻšā§° āĻĒ্ā§°āϤি āĻā§°ু āĻļেāώ āĻĻিā§ąāϏ⧰ āĻĒ্ā§°āϤি, āĻাāϞাāϤ āĻাā§েāĻŽ āĻā§°ে āĻā§°ু āϝাāĻাāϤ āĻĒ্ā§°āĻĻাāύ āĻā§°ে āϞāĻāϤে āĻāϞ্āϞাāĻšā§° āĻŦাāĻšিā§°ে āĻāύ āĻাāĻো āĻā§ āύāĻā§°ে। āĻāϤেāĻে āĻāĻļা āĻā§°া āϝাā§ āϝে, āϤেāĻঁāϞোāĻেāĻ āĻš’āĻŦ āϏā§āĻĒāĻĨ āĻĒ্ā§°াāĻĒ্āϤāϏāĻāϞ⧰ āĻ
āύ্āϤ⧰্āĻুāĻ্āϤ।

[9:18] The mosques of GOD (Masaajida-llahi) are only (Innama) visited (Ya'muru) by those who (Man')
believe (Aamana) in GOD (Billahi) and (Wa) the Last Day (El'Yaw'mil' Aakhiri), and they establish (Aqaama)
Prayer (Es'Solaata) and give (Aataa) Charity (Ez'Zakaata), and they do not (Walam') fear (Yakh'sha) except
(illa) GOD (Ellaha), and (Fa) perhaps (Ã
saa An) those (U'laaika) will be (Yakuunu') of (Mina) the guided
(El'Muh'tadiin).

Prosper, to give life, sustain, cultivate or flourish. (Arabic: amr root M'R. Derivatives: amaru-ha,
m'amur, đya'muru). People's umra: To give life to the Sanctioned Submissions, the Deen-Islam and
make it prosper by following the System of God through His guidance in the Quran. This means to
establish a society based on Quranic values and looking after the planet for future generations as its
custodians; this is the umra by people. God's umra: God as sustainer of the heavens and the earth
ensures it remains a living system; this is God's umra. See verse 11:61. Man did not appear on earth
as if by some magic or miracle: God evolved life through his living system. Now people too have the
responsibility to maintain the planet and ensure it prospers through good management of the environment. See verses 5:2-5; 30:9; 35:11; 52:2-6.sig.

[9:19] Have you rendered (AjaÃĨl'tum') the providing of water (Siqaayata) to a pilgrim (El'Haajji) and (Wa)
the structuring (Emaarata) of the Sacred Mosque (El'Mas'jidil' Haraami) as (Ka) one who (Man') believes
(Aamana) in GOD (Billahi) and the Last day (Wal' Yaw'mil' Aakhiri) and (Wa) strives (Jaahada) in (Fii) the
way of GOD (Sabiili-llahi)? They are not (Laa) equal (Yas'tawuuna) in front of GOD (Endallahi). And (Wa)
GOD (Ellahu) does not (Laa) guide (Yah'dii) the transgressing (Ez'Zoalimiin) people (El'Qaw'ma).

[9:20] Those who (Ellaziina) have believed (Aamanu'), emigrated (Haajaru') and (Wa) strove (Jaahadu') in
(Fii) the way of GOD (Sabiili-llahi) with (Bi) their wealth (Am'waali-him) and (Wa) their souls (Anfusi-him)
are greater (A'zomu) in degree (rank) (Darajatan) in front of GOD (Endallahi). And (Wa) they (Humu) are
those (U'laaika) who are the achievers (El'Faa'izuun).
