🟥৮:৪

أُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ حَقًّا ۚ لَهُمْ دَرَجَاتٌ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْ وَمَغْفِرَةٌ وَرِزْقٌ كَرِيمٌ

তেওঁলোকেই প্ৰকৃত মুমিন। তেওঁলোকৰ বাবে আছে তেওঁলোকৰ প্ৰতিপালকৰ ওচৰত উচ্চ মৰ্যাদাসমূহ, ক্ষমা আৰু সন্মানজনক জীৱিকা।

[8:4] Those (U'laaika) are (Humu) the true (Haqqan) believers (El'Mu'minuuna); for them (Lahum) are 

degrees (Darajaatun) at (Enda) their LORD (Rabbi-him') as well as (Wa) forgiveness (Mag'firatun) and (Wa)

generous (Kariim) sustenance (Riz'qun).

📍Verse/Note:

(8:2-4) They alone are Momineen whose hearts are deeply moved when they hear the teachings of 

the Quran and whose faith is strengthened when its laws are communicated to them. They obey 

these laws with complete trust in what Allah has revealed. They are those who establish the Nizam-

us-Salat and keep open for the use of all, the means of nurture provided to them. They are indeed, 

Momineen. They have their places of honour with their Rabb as well as His protection and 

respectable means of sustenance, (*8/62, 64, 74, 9/100, 48/29, 57/10)(pz).

🟥৮:৫(The Weak Believers).

كَمَا أَخْرَجَكَ رَبُّكَ مِنْ بَيْتِكَ بِالْحَقِّ وَإِنَّ فَرِيقًا مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ لَكَارِهُونَ

এইটো এনেকুৱা, যেনেকৈ তোমাৰ প্ৰতিপালকে ন্যায়ভাৱে তোমাক ঘৰৰ পৰা উলিয়াই আনিছিল অথচ মুমিনসকলৰ এটা দলে সেয়া অপছন্দ কৰিছিল।

[8:5] Just as (Kamaa) your LORD (Rabbu-ka) brought you (s) (Akh'raja-ka) out of (Min) your house (Bai'ti-ka)

with the truth (Bil' Haqqi), while (Wa) indeed (Inna), a group (Fariiqan) of (Mina) the believers

(El'Mu'miniina) were (La) averse (Kaarihuun),

كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْقِتَالُ وَهُوَ كُرْهٌ لَكُمْ ۖ وَعَسَىٰ أَنْ تَكْرَهُوا شَيْئًا وَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ ۖ وَعَسَىٰ أَنْ تُحِبُّوا شَيْئًا وَهُوَ شَرٌّ لَكُمْ ۗ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ وَأَنْتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ

তোমালোকৰ ওপৰত যুদ্ধৰ বিধান অনিবাৰ্য কৰা হৈছে যদিও এয়া তোমালোকৰ বাবে অপছন্দনীয়। কিন্তু তোমালোকে যিটো অপছন্দ কৰা, হয়তো সেয়া তোমালোকৰ বাবে কল্যাণকৰ আৰু যিটো তোমালোকে ভাল পোৱা হয়তো সেইটো তোমালোকৰ বাবে অকল্যাণকৰ; আৰু আল্লাহে জানে তোমালোকে নাজানা।

🟥৮:৬

يُجَادِلُونَكَ فِي الْحَقِّ بَعْدَمَا تَبَيَّنَ كَأَنَّمَا يُسَاقُونَ إِلَى الْمَوْتِ وَهُمْ يَنْظُرُونَ

সত্য স্পষ্টভাৱে প্ৰকাশিত হোৱাৰ পিছতো সিহঁতে তোমাৰ লগত বিতৰ্ক কৰে। এনে লাগে যেন সিহঁতক মৃত্যুৰ ফালে খেদি লৈ যোৱা হৈছে আৰু সিহঁতে সেয়া দেখি আছে।

[8:6] arguing with you (s) (Yujaadiluunaka) about (Fii) the truth (El'Haqqi) after (Ba'da) what (Maa) had 

become clear (Tabayyana), as if (Ka'annamaa) they were being driven (Yusaaquuna) to (ilaa) death 

(El'Maw'ti) while (Wa) they (Hum') were looking (Yanzuruun).

📍Verse:

(8:6-8) A caravan of the Quraish was passing close to Madina and was unarmed. Some of the 

Momineen were of the opinion that the caravan should be attacked to secure enormous spoils. 

However, it was Allah s plan that the Momineen should have an open confrontation with their 

enemies so that the truth of the Divine system should be established and made manifest and the 

Kafireen should be uprooted no matter how much they dislike it.

🟥৮:৭

وَإِذْ يَعِدُكُمُ اللَّهُ إِحْدَى الطَّائِفَتَيْنِ أَنَّهَا لَكُمْ وَتَوَدُّونَ أَنَّ غَيْرَ ذَاتِ الشَّوْكَةِ تَكُونُ لَكُمْ وَيُرِيدُ اللَّهُ أَنْ يُحِقَّ الْحَقَّ بِكَلِمَاتِهِ وَيَقْطَعَ دَابِرَ الْكَافِرِينَ

আৰু স্মৰণ কৰা, যেতিয়া আল্লাহে তোমালোকক প্ৰতিশ্ৰুতি দিছিল যে, দুই দলৰ যিকোনো এটা দল তোমালোকৰ আয়ত্তাধীন হ'ব, অথচ তোমালোকে বিচাৰিছিলা যে, অস্ত্ৰহীন দলটো তোমালোকৰ আয়ত্তাধীন হওঁক, কিন্তু আল্লাহে বিচাৰিছিল সত্যক তেওঁৰ বাণীৰ দ্বাৰা প্ৰতিষ্ঠিত কৰিব আৰু কাফিৰসকলক নিৰ্মূল কৰিব।

[8:7] And (Wa) when (Iz') GOD (Ellahu) promised you (the believers)

(Yaedu-kumu) that (Annaha) one (Ih'daa) of 

the two factions (Ettoa'ifatai'ni) will be yours (Lakum'), and you wished (Tawadduuna) that (Anna) the other 

one (Gai'ra) with (Zaati) might (Es'Shaw'kati) would be (Takuunu) yours (Lakum), but (Wa) GOD intends

(Yuriidu-llahu) to (An) enforce (Yuhiqqa) the truth (El'Haqqa) with (Bi) HIS words (Kalimaati-hi) and (Wa)

sever (Yaq'taå) the root (Daabira) of the disbelievers (El'Kaafiriin)

🟥৮:৮

لِيُحِقَّ الْحَقَّ وَيُبْطِلَ الْبَاطِلَ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُجْرِمُونَ

এইটো এইবাবে যে, তেওঁ সত্যক সত্যৰূপে আৰু বাতিলক বাতিলৰূপে প্ৰতিপন্ন কৰে, যদিও অপৰাধীসকলে এয়া পছন্দ নকৰে।

[8:8] that (Li) HE may enforce (Yuhiqqa) the truth (*43:78) (El'Haqqa) and (Wa) abolish (Yub'tila) falsehood 

(El'Baatila), even if (Walaw') the criminals (El'Muj'rimuun) disliked it (Kariha).

(৪৩:৭৮*

لَقَدْ جِئْنَاكُمْ بِالْحَقِّ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَكُمْ لِلْحَقِّ كَارِهُونَ

আল্লাহে ক’ব, ‘অৱশ্যে আমি তোমালোকৰ ওচৰত সত্য লৈ আহিছিলো, কিন্তু তোমালোকৰ সৰহভাগেই আছিল সত্য অপছন্দকাৰী’।)

🟥৮:৯(The Invisible Soldiers of God).

إِذْ تَسْتَغِيثُونَ رَبَّكُمْ فَاسْتَجَابَ لَكُمْ أَنِّي مُمِدُّكُمْ بِأَلْفٍ مِنَ الْمَلَائِكَةِ مُرْدِفِينَ

স্মৰণ কৰা, যেতিয়া তোমালোকে তোমালোকৰ প্ৰতিপালকৰ ওচৰত উদ্ধাৰ প্ৰাৰ্থনা কৰিছিলা, ফলত তেওঁ তোমালোকৰ প্ৰাৰ্থনাত সহাঁৰি দিছিল যে, ‘অৱশ্যে আমি তোমালোকক সহায় কৰিম এহেজাৰ ফিৰিস্তাৰ দ্বাৰা, যিসকলে দলে দলে এটাৰ পিছত এটাকৈ আহিব’।

[8:9] When (Iz') you (the believers) sought for the help (Tas'tagiithuuna) of your LORD (Rabba-kum'), thus (Fa)

HE responded to you (Es'tajaaba Lakum'), "Indeed, I will (Annanii) reinforce you (Mumiddu-kum) with (Bi) a 

thousand (Al'fin) of (Mina) the Angels (El'Malaaikati) in succession (Mur'difiin)."

📍Verse/Note:

(8:9-10) At that stage you sought succour from your Rabb. He answered saying: Surely I will aid you 

with a thousand Malaika coming rank in rank. By this, Allah meant to offer you glad tidings and to 

put your hearts at rest. Succour comes only from Allah who is Mighty and Wise. (*9/26, 40, 33/9, 

41/30)(pz).

🟥৮:১০(Victory Guaranteed for the Believers).

وَمَا جَعَلَهُ اللَّهُ إِلَّا بُشْرَىٰ وَلِتَطْمَئِنَّ بِهِ قُلُوبُكُمْ ۚ وَمَا النَّصْرُ إِلَّا مِنْ عِنْدِ اللَّهِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ

আৰু আল্লাহে এইটো কৰিছে কেৱল সুসংবাদস্বৰূপে আৰু যাতে তোমালোকৰ অন্তৰসমূহে ইয়াৰ দ্বাৰা প্ৰশান্তি লাভ কৰে; সহায় কেৱল আল্লাহৰ পৰাই আহে; নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ প্ৰবল পৰাক্ৰমশালী, প্ৰজ্ঞাময়।

[8:10] And (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) only (Maa illa) made it (Jaåla-hu) as good news (Bush'raa) and (Wa) to (Li)

reassure (Tat'mainna) your hearts (Quluubu-kum') with it (Bihi). For (Wa) victory (En'Nas'ru) is only (Maa

illa) from GOD (Min' Endi-llahi). Indeed, GOD (Innallaha) is Almighty (Åziizun) and Wise (Hakiim).

📍Verse/Note-1

8:10 God made this as good news and contentment to your hearts. And there is no help except from God. Certainly, God is Mighty, Wise.

These Divine Attributes should draw attention to organized force and sound planning(sa).

📍Note-2

The above Qur'an-verse was revealed in response to the Prophet's prayer-whereupon he recited another, much earlier verse (54:45): 

 - As regards the promise of aid through thousands of angels, see 3:124, where a similar promise - made on the occasion of the battle. The spiritual nature of this angelic aid is clearly expressed by the words, "and God ordained this only as a glad tiding. . .", etc. (See also surah 🌾3:125-126)(Pt.as).

🟥৮:১১

إِذْ يُغَشِّيكُمُ النُّعَاسَ أَمَنَةً مِنْهُ وَيُنَزِّلُ عَلَيْكُمْ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً لِيُطَهِّرَكُمْ بِهِ وَيُذْهِبَ عَنْكُمْ رِجْزَ الشَّيْطَانِ وَلِيَرْبِطَ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتَ بِهِ الْأَقْدَامَ

স্মৰণ কৰা, যেতিয়া তেওঁ তেওঁৰ ফালৰ পৰা স্বস্তিৰ বাবে তোমালোকক তন্দ্ৰাচ্ছন্ন* কৰিছিল আৰু আকাশৰ পৰা তোমালোকৰ বাবে পানী বৰ্ষাইছিল যাতে ইয়াৰ দ্বাৰা তেওঁ তোমালোকক পৱিত্ৰ কৰে, আৰু তোমালোকৰ পৰা চয়তানৰ কুমন্ত্ৰণা দূৰ কৰে, তোমালোকৰ হৃদয়সমূহ দৃঢ় ৰাখে আৰু ইয়াৰ মাধ্যমত তোমালোকৰ ভৰিসমূহ স্থিৰ ৰাখে।

[8:11] Then (Iz') HE (God) covered you (Yugas'shii-kumu) with safe (Amanatan) drowsiness (En'Nu'ååsa) from 

HIM (Min'hu) and (Wa) sent down (Yunazzilu) water (Maa'an) from (Mina) the sky (Es'Samaai) upon you 

(Ålai'kum) in order to (Li) purify you (Yutohhira-kum) with it (Bihi) and remove (Yuz'hiba) the filthiness

(Rij'za) of the devil (Es'Shai'toani) from you (Ånkum') and (Wa) to (Li) unite (Yar'bito Ålaa) your hearts 

(Quluubi-kum') and reinforce (Yuthabbita) your foothold (El'Aq'daam) thereby (Bihi).

📍Verse/Note:

8:11 Remember He caused calmness to overtake you to give you inner peace from Himself(*). And He sent down from the sky water upon you, that He might refresh you, and remove from you the fear of Satan - And that He might, thus, strengthen your hearts and make firm your foothold.

Note.

Fear of Satan: Concern about the satanic act of the enemy as they had confiscated the water wells(sa).

(৩:১৫৪*

ثُمَّ أَنْزَلَ عَلَيْكُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ الْغَمِّ أَمَنَةً نُعَاسًا يَغْشَىٰ طَائِفَةً مِنْكُمْ ۖ وَطَائِفَةٌ قَدْ أَهَمَّتْهُمْ أَنْفُسُهُمْ يَظُنُّونَ بِاللَّهِ غَيْرَ الْحَقِّ ظَنَّ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ ۖ يَقُولُونَ هَلْ لَنَا مِنَ الْأَمْرِ مِنْ شَيْءٍ ۗ قُلْ إِنَّ الْأَمْرَ كُلَّهُ لِلَّهِ ۗ يُخْفُونَ فِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ مَا لَا يُبْدُونَ لَكَ ۖ يَقُولُونَ لَوْ كَانَ لَنَا مِنَ الْأَمْرِ شَيْءٌ مَا قُتِلْنَا هَاهُنَا ۗ قُلْ لَوْ كُنْتُمْ فِي بُيُوتِكُمْ لَبَرَزَ الَّذِينَ كُتِبَ عَلَيْهِمُ الْقَتْلُ إِلَىٰ مَضَاجِعِهِمْ ۖ وَلِيَبْتَلِيَ اللَّهُ مَا فِي صُدُورِكُمْ وَلِيُمَحِّصَ مَا فِي قُلُوبِكُمْ ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُورِ

দুখৰ পিছত তেওঁ তোমালোকক তন্দ্ৰাৰূপে প্ৰশান্তি প্ৰদান কৰিলে, যিটোৱে তোমালোকৰ এটা দলক আচ্ছন্ন কৰিছিল আৰু এটা দলে অজ্ঞতা যুগৰ অজ্ঞতাৰ দৰে আল্লাহ সম্পৰ্কে অবাস্তৱ ধাৰণা কৰি নিজেই নিজকে উদ্বিগ্ন কৰিছিল এই কথা কৈ যে, ‘আমাৰো কিবা অধিকাৰ আছেনে? কোৱা, ‘সকলো বিষয় আল্লাহৰেই ইখতিয়াৰত’। সিহঁতে যিটো তোমাৰ ওচৰত প্ৰকাশ নকৰে, সেয়া সিহঁতে অন্তৰত গোপন ৰাখে। সিহঁতে কয়, ‘এই বিষয়ে আমাৰ কিবা অধিকাৰ থাকিলে আমি ইয়াত এইদৰে নিহত নহ'লোহেঁতেন’। কোৱা, ‘যদি তোমালোকে নিজ ঘৰতো অৱস্থান কৰিলাহেঁতেন তথাপিও নিহত হোৱা যিসকলৰ বাবে অৱধাৰিত আছিল সিহঁতে নিজৰ মৃত্যুস্থানত ওলাই আহিলেহেঁতেন’। এইটো এই বাবে যে, তোমালোকৰ অন্তৰত যি আছে সেয়া যাতে আল্লাহে পৰীক্ষা কৰে আৰু তোমালোকৰ মনত যি আছে সেয়া পৰিশোধন কৰে; আৰু অন্তৰত যি আছে সেই সম্পৰ্কে আল্লাহ সবিশেষ অৱগত।).

🟥৮:১২(আক্রমণাত্মক শত্রুৰ বিৰুদ্ধে মানুহক ৰক্ষা কৰা-Defending People Against an Aggressive Enemy).

إِذْ يُوحِي رَبُّكَ إِلَى الْمَلَائِكَةِ أَنِّي مَعَكُمْ فَثَبِّتُوا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا ۚ سَأُلْقِي فِي قُلُوبِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا الرُّعْبَ فَاضْرِبُوا فَوْقَ الْأَعْنَاقِ وَاضْرِبُوا مِنْهُمْ كُلَّ بَنَانٍ

স্মৰণ কৰা, যেতিয়া তোমাৰ প্ৰতিপালকে ফিৰিস্তাসকলৰ প্ৰতি অহী প্ৰেৰণ কৰিছিল যে, ‘নিশ্চয় মই তোমালোকৰ লগত আছো, এতেকে তোমালোকে মুমিনসকলক অবিচলিত ৰাখা’। যিসকলে কুফৰী কৰিছে অচিৰেই মই সিহঁতৰ হৃদয়ত ভীতিৰ সঞ্চাৰ কৰিম; সেয়ে তোমালোকে আঘাত কৰা সিহঁতৰ গলধনত আৰু আঘাত কৰা সিহঁতৰ প্ৰত্যেক গাঁঠিয়ে গাঁঠিয়ে।

[8:12] Then (Iz') your LORD (Rabbu-ka) inspired (Yuuhii) to (ilaa) the Angels (El'Malaaikati), "I am (Annii)

with you (Maåkum'); so (Fa) reinforce (Thabbitu') those who (Ellaziina) have believed (Aamanu'). I (God) will 

cast (Sa'ul'qii) terror (Er'Ru'ba) into (Fii) the hearts (Quluubi) of those who (Ellaziina) disbelieve (Kafaru'), so

(Fa) strike (Ed'ribu') above (Faw'qa) their necks (El'A'naaqi) and strike (Ed'ribu') every (Kulla) fingertip

(Banaan) of theirs (Min'hum')."

8:12 Recall that your Lord inspired the angels, “I am with you. So make the believers stand firm. I will instill awe in the hearts of the unbelievers.” Then (O believers) launch a swift strike to disillusion their command and scatter their soldiers.

Note-1

Fawq al-a’naaq and Kulla banan are exactly similar allegories as we find in *47:4. No commander, during active combat with swords and arrows, would order his soldiers to aim only for ‘above the necks’ and ‘at every one of their finger tips’. Would not that be a sure way to lose the battle?(sa).

(৪৭:৪

فَإِذَا لَقِيتُمُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا فَضَرْبَ الرِّقَابِ حَتَّىٰ إِذَا أَثْخَنْتُمُوهُمْ فَشُدُّوا الْوَثَاقَ فَإِمَّا مَنًّا بَعْدُ وَإِمَّا فِدَاءً حَتَّىٰ تَضَعَ الْحَرْبُ أَوْزَارَهَا ۚ ذَٰلِكَ وَلَوْ يَشَاءُ اللَّهُ لَانْتَصَرَ مِنْهُمْ وَلَٰكِنْ لِيَبْلُوَ بَعْضَكُمْ بِبَعْضٍ ۗ وَالَّذِينَ قُتِلُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَلَنْ يُضِلَّ أَعْمَالَهُمْ

এতকে যেতিয়া তোমালোকে কাফিৰসকলৰ লগত যুদ্ধত মুকাবিলা কৰা তেতিয়া (সিহঁতৰ) ঘাৰত আঘাত কৰিবা, অৱশেষত যেতিয়া তোমালোকে সিহঁতক সম্পূৰ্ণৰূপে পৰ্যুদস্ত কৰিবা তেতিয়া সিহঁতক কটকটীয়াকৈ বান্ধিবা; তাৰ পিছত হ’লে অনুকম্পা, নহ’লে মুক্তিপণ। যেতিয়ালৈকে (সিহঁতে) যুদ্ধৰ ভাৰ (অস্ত্ৰ-শস্ত্ৰ) নমাই নথয়। এইদৰেই, আৰু আল্লাহে ইচ্ছা কৰিলে সিহঁতৰ পৰা প্ৰতিশোধ লব পাৰিলেহেঁতেন, কিন্তু তেওঁ তোমালোকৰ এজনক আনজনৰ দ্বাৰা পৰীক্ষা কৰিব বিচাৰে। যিসকলে আল্লাহৰ পথত নিহত হয় তেওঁ কেতিয়া তেওঁলোকৰ আমল বিনষ্ট হ’ব নিদিয়ে।)

(৬০:৮**

لَا يَنْهَاكُمُ اللَّهُ عَنِ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يُقَاتِلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجُوكُمْ مِنْ دِيَارِكُمْ أَنْ تَبَرُّوهُمْ وَتُقْسِطُوا إِلَيْهِمْ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُقْسِطِينَ

দ্বীনৰ বিষয়ে যিসকলে তোমালোকৰ বিৰুদ্ধে যুদ্ধ কৰা নাই আৰু তোমালোকক স্বদেশৰ পৰা বহিষ্কাৰো কৰা নাই, সিহঁতৰ প্ৰতি মহানুভৱতা দেখুৱাবলৈ আৰু ন্যায়বিচাৰ কৰিবলৈ আল্লাহে তোমালোকক নিষেধ নকৰে। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহে ন্যায়পৰায়ণসকলক ভালপায়।)

قَاتِلُوا الَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَلَا بِالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ وَلَا يُحَرِّمُونَ مَا حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ وَلَا يَدِينُونَ دِينَ الْحَقِّ مِنَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْكِتَابَ حَتَّىٰ يُعْطُوا الْجِزْيَةَ عَنْ يَدٍ وَهُمْ صَاغِرُونَ

যিসকলক কিতাব প্ৰদান কৰা হৈছে সিহঁতৰ মাজত যিসকলে আল্লাহৰ প্ৰতি বিশ্বাস নকৰে আৰু শেষ দিৱসৰ প্ৰতিও ঈমান পোষণ নকৰে লগতে আল্লাহ আৰু তেওঁৰ ৰাছুলে যি হাৰাম কৰিছে সেয়া হাৰাম বুলি গণ্য নকৰে; আৰু সত্য দ্বীনৰ অনুসৰণ নকৰে; সিহঁতে নত হৈ নিজ হাতে জিযিয়া[1] নিদিয়ালৈকে সিহঁতৰ লগত যুদ্ধ কৰা।).

ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ شَاقُّوا اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ ۚ وَمَنْ يُشَاقِقِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ

এইটো এইবাবে যে, সিহঁতে আল্লাহ আৰু তেওঁৰ ৰাছুলৰ বিৰোধিতা কৰিছে; আৰু যিয়ে আল্লাহ আৰু তেওঁৰ ৰাছুলৰ বিৰোধিতা কৰিব তেন্তে (জানি থোৱা) নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ শাস্তি দানত অতি কঠোৰ।

[8:13] That (Zaalika) is because they (Bi'anna-hum') were opposing GOD (Shaaqqu'llaha) and (Wa) HIS 

messenger (Rasuula-hu). And (Wa) whosoever (Man) opposes GOD (Yushaaqiqi-llaha) and HIS messenger 

(Rasuula-hu), then (Fa) indeed, GOD (Innallaha) is severe (Shadiidu) in penalty (El'Eqaab).
