7:131-137(Pharaoh, dealings with Moses).

🌈৭:১৩১(Pharaoh, dealings with Moses).

فَإِذَا جَاءَتْهُمُ الْحَسَنَةُ قَالُوا لَنَا هَٰذِهِ ۖ وَإِنْ تُصِبْهُمْ سَيِّئَةٌ يَطَّيَّرُوا بِمُوسَىٰ وَمَنْ مَعَهُ ۗ أَلَا إِنَّمَا طَائِرُهُمْ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ

এতেকে যেতিয়া সিহঁতৰ ওচৰত কোনো কল্যাণ আহিছিল, তেতিয়া সিহঁতে কৈছিল, ‘এইটো আমাৰ প্ৰাপ্য’। আৰু যেতিয়া কোনো অকল্যাণে স্পৰ্শ কৰিছিল তেতিয়া সিহঁতে মুছা আৰু তেওঁৰ সঙ্গীসকলক অমঙ্গল বুলি গণ্য কৰিছিল। সাৱধান! সিহঁতৰ অকল্যাণ কেৱল আল্লাহৰ নিয়ন্ত্ৰণত, কিন্তু সিহঁতৰ বহুতেই সেয়া নাজানে।

[7:131] And (Fa) when (Izaa) good (El'Hasanatu) came to them (Jaa'at-humu), they said (Qaalu'), "This (Haazihi) is for us (Lanaa)," but (Wa) when (In) evil (Sayyiatun) afflicted them (Tusib'hum'), they saw an evil 

omen in (Yattoyyaru' Bi) Moses (Muusaa) and (Wa) those (Man) with him (Maåhu). Verily (Alaa), their omen (Toa'iru-hum') was only (Innamaa) by GOD (Endallahi), but (Walaakinna) most of them (Ak'thara-

hum') did not (Laa) know (Ya'lamuun).

📍Verse/Note:

(7:131) When good times came, the Pharaoh and his people ascribed it to themselves. But when seized by calamity they attributed it to the ill-omened presence of Moses and his followers. What they took to be ill-omened was the result of their own actions according to the law of Mukafat

(3/164, 4/62-79, 42/30). But most of them do not understand!(pz).

🌈৭:১৩২

وَقَالُوا مَهْمَا تَأْتِنَا بِهِ مِنْ آيَةٍ لِتَسْحَرَنَا بِهَا فَمَا نَحْنُ لَكَ بِمُؤْمِنِينَ

আৰু সিহঁতে কৈছিল, ‘আমাক যাদু কৰাৰ বাবে তুমি যিকোনো নিদৰ্শন আমাৰ ওচৰলৈ লৈ নাহা কিয়, আমি তোমাৰ ওপৰত কেতিয়াও বিশ্বাস স্থাপন নকৰোঁ’।

[7:132] And (Wa) they said (Qaalu'), "No matter what (Mah'maa Min') sign (miracle) (Aayatin) you bring us (Ta'ti-naa Bi-hi) in order to (Li) bewitch us (Tas'hara-naa) thereby (Biha), thus (Fa) we will never (Maa Bi)be believers (Mu'miniin) in you (Moses) (Laka)."

🌈৭:১৩৩(The Warnings Go Unheeded).

فَأَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمُ الطُّوفَانَ وَالْجَرَادَ وَالْقُمَّلَ وَالضَّفَادِعَ وَالدَّمَ آيَاتٍ مُفَصَّلَاتٍ فَاسْتَكْبَرُوا وَكَانُوا قَوْمًا مُجْرِمِينَ

তাৰ পিছত আমি সিহঁতৰ ওপৰত বিস্তাৰিত নিদৰ্শন হিচাপে ধুমুহা, পঙ্গপাল, ওকণি, ভেকুলী আৰু তেজ প্ৰেৰণ কৰিছো। ইয়াৰ পিছতো সিহঁতে অহংকাৰ কৰিলে; আৰু সিহঁত আছিল এটা অপৰাধী সম্প্ৰদায়।

[7:133] So (Fa) We sent (Ar'sal'naa) against them (Ålai'himu) flood 1

(Ettuufaana), locusts 2

(El'Jaraada), lice 3

(El'Qummala), frogs 4

(Ed'Dofaadiå), and (Wa) blood 5

(Ed'Dama) as hinge (Mufassolaatin) of signs (Aayaatin); but (Fa) they were arrogant (Es'tak'baru') and (Wa) were (Kaanu') a guilty (Muj'rimiin) people (Qaw'man).

📍Verse/Note:

7:133 So We sent them the flood, the locust, the lice, the frogs, and the blood; all detailed signs; but they turned arrogant, they were a criminal people.

وَلَمَّا وَقَعَ عَلَيْهِمُ الرِّجْزُ قَالُوا يَا مُوسَى ادْعُ لَنَا رَبَّكَ بِمَا عَهِدَ عِنْدَكَ ۖ لَئِنْ كَشَفْتَ عَنَّا الرِّجْزَ لَنُؤْمِنَنَّ لَكَ وَلَنُرْسِلَنَّ مَعَكَ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ

আৰু যেতিয়াই সিহঁতৰ ওপৰত শাস্তি আহিছিল তেতিয়াই সিহঁতে কৈছিল, ‘হে মুছা! তুমি তোমাৰ প্ৰতিপালকৰ ওচৰত আমাৰ বাবে প্ৰাৰ্থনা কৰা তোমাৰ লগত তেওঁ যি অঙ্গীকাৰ কৰিছে সেই অনুযায়ী; যদি তুমি আমাৰ পৰা শাস্তি দূৰ কৰি দিব পাৰা তেন্তে আমি নিশ্চয় তোমাৰ ওপৰত ঈমান আনিম আৰু অৱশ্যে বনী ইছৰাঈলক তোমাৰ লগত যাবলৈ দিম’।

[7:134] And (Wa) when (Lammaa) the punishment (filth) (Er'Rij'zu) came upon them (Waqaå Ålai'himu), they 

said (Qaalu'), "O (Yaa) Moses (Muusa), invoke (Ed'u) your LORD (Rabba-ka) for us (Lanaa) by what (Bimaa)

HE has entrusted (Åhida) to you (Endaka). If (Lain) you remove (Kashaf'ta) the punishment (Er'Rij'za) from 

us (Ånnaa), we will (La) believe you (Nu'minanna Laka), and (Wa) we will (La) send (Nur'silanna) the 

Children of Israel (Banii Is'raa'iil) along with you (Maåka)."

📍Verse/Note:

7:134 (The irrational Egyptians continued to remain sunken in superstition.) Whenever hardship struck, they turned to Moses for prayer stating that God had a pledge with him, and promising that they would believe and let the Children of Israel go with him.

Note.

They did not understand that the pledge of God with His Messengers was only that of obeying His commands and His blessings in return. It did not involve any supernatural phenomena such as miracles(sa).

🌈৭:১৩৫

فَلَمَّا كَشَفْنَا عَنْهُمُ الرِّجْزَ إِلَىٰ أَجَلٍ هُمْ بَالِغُوهُ إِذَا هُمْ يَنْكُثُونَ

ফলত যেতিয়াই আমি সিহঁতৰ পৰা শাস্তি দূৰ কৰি দিছিলো এটা নিৰ্দিষ্ট সময়ৰ বাবে যিটো সিহঁতৰ বাবে নিৰ্ধাৰিত আছিল, তেতিয়াই সিহঁতে সিহঁতৰ অঙ্গীকাৰ ভঙ্গ কৰিছিল।

[7:135] But (Fa) when (Lammaa) We removed (Kashaf'naa) the punishment (filth) (Er' Rij'za) from them (Ån'humu) for (ilaa) a term (Ajalin) which (-hu) they (Hum) were to reach (Baaliguu-), then (Izaa) they (Hum') violated (Yankuthuun).

🌈৭:১৩৬(The People of Fir`awn drown in the Sea; the Children of Israel inherit the Holy Land).

فَانْتَقَمْنَا مِنْهُمْ فَأَغْرَقْنَاهُمْ فِي الْيَمِّ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا وَكَانُوا عَنْهَا غَافِلِينَ

সেয়ে আমি সিহঁতৰ পৰা প্ৰতিশোধ লৈছো আৰু সিহঁতক অটল সাগৰত ডুবাই দিছো। কাৰণ সিহঁতে আমাৰ নিদৰ্শনক অস্বীকাৰ কৰিছিল আৰু এই সম্বন্ধে সিহঁত আছিল অমনোযোগী।

[7:136] So (Fa) We took vengeance on them (Entaqam'naa Min'hum'), and (Fa) We drowned them (Ag'raq'naa-hum') in (Fii) the sea (El'Yammi) because they (Bi'anna-hum') denied (Kazzabu' Bi) Our signs 

(Aayaati-naa) and (Wa) were (Kaanu') heedless (Gaafiliin) of them (Ån'haa).

🌈৭:১৩৭

وَأَوْرَثْنَا الْقَوْمَ الَّذِينَ كَانُوا يُسْتَضْعَفُونَ مَشَارِقَ الْأَرْضِ وَمَغَارِبَهَا الَّتِي بَارَكْنَا فِيهَا ۖ وَتَمَّتْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ الْحُسْنَىٰ عَلَىٰ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ بِمَا صَبَرُوا ۖ وَدَمَّرْنَا مَا كَانَ يَصْنَعُ فِرْعَوْنُ وَقَوْمُهُ وَمَا كَانُوا يَعْرِشُونَ

আৰু যি সম্প্ৰদায়ক দুৰ্বল বুলি ভৱা হৈছিল সিহঁতক আমি আমাৰ কল্যাণপ্ৰাপ্ত ৰাজ্যৰ পূৱ আৰু পশ্চিমৰ উত্তৰাধিকাৰী কৰিলো; আৰু বনী ইছৰাঈল সম্পৰ্কে তোমাৰ প্ৰতিপালকৰ শুভ বাণী সত্যত পৰিণত হ’ল, *যিহেতু সিহঁতে ধৈৰ্য ধৰিছিল; লগতে ফিৰআউন আৰু তাৰ সম্প্ৰদায়ৰ শিল্প আৰু যিবোৰ প্ৰাসাদ সিহঁতে নিৰ্মাণ কৰিছিল সেয়া ধ্বংস কৰিছো।

{*The promise of God referred to here is the one given to the children of Israel through Moses (see verses 128 and 129)}

[7:137] And (Wa) We transmitted (Aw'rath'naa) to the people (El'Qaw'ma) who (Ellaziina) were (Kaanu')oppressed (Yus'tad'åfuuna), the eastern (Mashaariqa) of the land (El'Ar'di) and (Wa) its western (Magaariba-haa), which (Ellatii) We had blessed (Baarak'naa) therein (Fiihaa). And (Wa) the good (El'Hus'naa) word 

(Kalimatu) of your LORD (Rabbi-ka) was fulfilled (Tammat') to (Ålaa) the Children of Israel (Banii Is'raa'iila)for what (Bimaa) they had endured (Sobaru'). And (Wa) We destroyed (Dammar'naa) what (Maa) Pharaoh (Fir'åaw'nu) and (Wa) his people (Qaw'mu-hu) were (Kaana) manufacturing (Yas'nau) and what (Wamaa)they were (Kaanu') erecting of trellis (Ya'rishuun).

২৮:৫

وَنُرِيدُ أَنْ نَمُنَّ عَلَى الَّذِينَ اسْتُضْعِفُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَنَجْعَلَهُمْ أَئِمَّةً وَنَجْعَلَهُمُ الْوَارِثِينَ

আৰু সেই দেশত যিসকলক দুৰ্বল কৰি ৰখা হৈছিল আমি সেই মানুহবিলাকৰ ওপৰত অনুগ্ৰহ কৰিব বিচাৰিলো লগতে তেওঁলোকক নেতৃত্ব দান কৰিবলৈ আৰু উত্তৰাধিকাৰী বনাবলৈ ইচ্ছা কৰিলো;

২৮:৬

وَنُمَكِّنَ لَهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَنُرِيَ فِرْعَوْنَ وَهَامَانَ وَجُنُودَهُمَا مِنْهُمْ مَا كَانُوا يَحْذَرُونَ

আৰু পৃথিৱীত তেওঁলোকক ক্ষমতাত অধিষ্ঠিত কৰিবলৈ বিচাৰিলো, লগতে ফিৰআউন, হামান আৰু সিহঁতৰ সৈন্যবাহিনীক সেইটো দেখুৱাবলৈ ইচ্ছা কৰিলো, যিটো সিহঁতে সেই দুৰ্বল দলৰ পৰা আশংকা কৰিছিল।
