🌈৫:১০৬(Witnessing A Will).
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا شَهَادَةُ بَيْنِكُمْ إِذَا حَضَرَ أَحَدَكُمُ الْمَوْتُ حِينَ الْوَصِيَّةِ اثْنَانِ ذَوَا عَدْلٍ مِنْكُمْ أَوْ آخَرَانِ مِنْ غَيْرِكُمْ إِنْ أَنْتُمْ ضَرَبْتُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَأَصَابَتْكُمْ مُصِيبَةُ الْمَوْتِ ۚ تَحْبِسُونَهُمَا مِنْ بَعْدِ الصَّلَاةِ فَيُقْسِمَانِ بِاللَّهِ إِنِ ارْتَبْتُمْ لَا نَشْتَرِي بِهِ ثَمَنًا وَلَوْ كَانَ ذَا قُرْبَىٰ ۙ وَلَا نَكْتُمُ شَهَادَةَ اللَّهِ إِنَّا إِذًا لَمِنَ الْآثِمِينَ
হে মুমিনসকল! তোমালোকৰ কাৰোবাৰ যেতিয়া মৃত্যু উপস্থিত হয় তেতিয়া অছিয়ত কৰাৰ সময়ত তোমালোকৰ মাজৰ দুজন ন্যায়পৰায়ণ লোকক সাক্ষী ৰাখিবা; অথবা যদি তোমালোক ভ্ৰমণত থাকোতে তোমালোকক মৃত্যুৰ বিপদে আহি ধৰে তেন্তে আন মানুহৰ (অমুছলিমসকলৰ) পৰা দুজন মানুহক সাক্ষী মনোনীত কৰিবা। যদি তোমালোকৰ সন্দেহ হয় তেন্তে উভয়কে ছালাতৰ পিছত অপেক্ষাত ৰাখিবা। তাৰ পিছত সিহঁতে আল্লাহৰ নামত শপত কৰি ক’ব, ‘আমি ইয়াৰ বিনিময়ত কোনো মূল্য গ্ৰহণ নকৰোঁ যদিও সি আমাৰ কোনো আত্মীয়ই নহওঁক কিয় আৰু আমি আল্লাহৰ সাক্ষী গোপন নকৰোঁ, (যদি আমি এনেকুৱা কৰো তেন্তে) নিশ্চয় আমি পাপিষ্ঠসকলৰ অন্তৰ্ভূক্ত হম’।

[5:106] O you (Yaa Ayyuha) who (Ellaziina) believe (Aamanu'), there should be a testimony (Shahaadatu)
among you (Bai'nikum') when (Izaa) death (El'Maw'tu) appears to (Hadora) one of you (Ahada-kumu) at the
time (Hiina) of legal will (🦋2:180) (El'Wasiyyati), two (Eth'naani) of those (Zawaa) of justice (Åd'lin) among you
(Minkum') or (Aw') two others (Aakharaani) from (Min') other than you (Gai'rikum') in case (In') you
(Antum) are travelling (Darab'tum') through the land (Fiil' Ar'di) and (Fa) the misfortune (Musiibatun) of
death (El'Maw'ti) strikes you (Asoabat'kum). You shall obstruct them both (Tah'bisuunahumaa) after (Min
Ba'di) Prayer (Es'Solaati) and (Fa)
let them both swear (Yuq'simaani) by GOD (Billahi) if (Ini) you doubt
(Er'tab'tum'), "We will not (Laa) exchange it for (Nash'tarii Bi-hi) a price (Thamanan), even if (Walaw') one
should be (Kaana) a relative (Zaa Qur'baa), nor (Walaa) will we conceal (Nak'tumu) the testimony of GOD
(Shahaadata-llahi). Indeed, we (Innaa) in that case (Izan) would be of (Lamina) the sinners (El'Aathimiin)."

كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذَا حَضَرَ أَحَدَكُمُ الْمَوْتُ إِنْ تَرَكَ خَيْرًا الْوَصِيَّةُ لِلْوَالِدَيْنِ وَالْأَقْرَبِينَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ ۖ حَقًّا عَلَى الْمُتَّقِينَ
তোমালোকৰ মাজত যাৰ মৃত্যুৰ সময় উপস্থিত হ’ব, সি যদি ধন-সম্পদ ৰাখি যায়, তেন্তে প্ৰচলিত ন্যায়-নীতি অনুযায়ী তাৰ পিতৃ-মাতৃ আৰু আত্মীয় স্বজনৰ বাবে অছিয়ত কৰাৰ বিধান তোমালোকক দিয়া হ’ল। এইটো মুত্তাক্বীসকলৰ কৰ্তব্য।)

🌈৫:১০৭
فَإِنْ عُثِرَ عَلَىٰ أَنَّهُمَا اسْتَحَقَّا إِثْمًا فَآخَرَانِ يَقُومَانِ مَقَامَهُمَا مِنَ الَّذِينَ اسْتَحَقَّ عَلَيْهِمُ الْأَوْلَيَانِ فَيُقْسِمَانِ بِاللَّهِ لَشَهَادَتُنَا أَحَقُّ مِنْ شَهَادَتِهِمَا وَمَا اعْتَدَيْنَا إِنَّا إِذًا لَمِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ
কিন্তু যদি এইটো প্ৰকাশ হয় যে, সিহঁত দুজন অপৰাধত লিপ্ত হৈছে তেন্তে যিসকলৰ স্বাৰ্থহানী হৈছে সিহঁতৰ মাজৰ পৰা নিকটতম দুজন সিহঁত দুজনৰ স্থলাভিষিক্ত হ’ব আৰু আল্লাহৰ নামত শপত কৰি ক’ব, ‘আমাৰ সাক্ষ্য অৱশ্যে সিহঁতৰ সাক্ষ্যৰ পৰা অধিক সত্য আৰু আমি সীমালংঘন কৰা নাই, (আৰু যদি আমি এনেকুৱা কৰি থাকো তেন্তে) অৱশ্যে আমি যালিমসকলৰ অন্তৰ্ভূক্ত হম’।

[5:107] But (Fa) if (In') both of them (Annahumaa) are found (Uthira) to (Ålaa) deserve (Es'tahaqqaa) sin
(Ith'man), then (Fa) two others (Aakharaani) shall stand (Yaquumaani) in their place (Maqaama-humaa) as
the foremost (El'Aw'layaani) of (Mina) those who (Ellaziina) deserve (Es'tahaqqa) over them (Ålai'himu). And
(Fa)
let them both swear (Yuq'simaani) by GOD (Billahi) that (La), "Our testimony (Shahaadatu-naa) is worthier (Ahaqqu) than (Min) their testimony (Shahaadati-himaa), and (Wa) we would not (Maa) trespass
(E'tadai'naa). Indeed, we (Innaa) in that case (Izan) would be of (Lamina) the transgressors (Ez'Zoalimiin)."

📍Verse/Note:
5:107- If it is discovered later that the evidence given by them was not true, the party against whom
they have testified may bring two witnesses from amongst them who would swear by Allah and say
We affirm that what we will say is more correct than what the previous witnesses have said and we
will not transgress the limits imposed by Allah. If we do this we will be reckoned amongst the
Zalimeen(pz).

🌈৫:১০৮
ذَٰلِكَ أَدْنَىٰ أَنْ يَأْتُوا بِالشَّهَادَةِ عَلَىٰ وَجْهِهَا أَوْ يَخَافُوا أَنْ تُرَدَّ أَيْمَانٌ بَعْدَ أَيْمَانِهِمْ ۗ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَاسْمَعُوا ۗ وَاللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الْفَاسِقِينَ
এই পদ্ধতিয়েই অতি নিকটতম যে, সিহঁতে সাক্ষ্য সঠিকভাৱে উপস্থাপন কৰিব অথবা সিহঁতে (মিছা সাক্ষ্য প্ৰদানকাৰীসকলে) ভয় কৰিব যে, সিহঁতৰ (নিকটাত্মীসকলৰ) শপতৰ পিছত (পূৰ্বোক্ত) শপত প্ৰত্যাখ্যান কৰা হ’ব। তোমালোকে আল্লাহৰ তাক্বৱা অৱলম্বন কৰা আৰু শুনা, আল্লাহে ফাছিক সম্প্ৰদায়ক হিদায়ত নকৰে।

[5:108] That (Zaalika) is the least (Ad'naa) that (An) they will produce (Ya'tu' Bi) a testimony (Shahaadati)
for (Ålaa) its countenance (Waj'hi-haa), or (Aw') they would fear (Yakhaafuu') that (An) the oaths
(Ai'maanu) would be reverted (Turadda) after (Ba'da) their oaths (Ai'maan-him'). And (Wa) beware of GOD
(Ettaqu'llaha) and (Wa) listen (Es'mau'); for (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) does not (Laa) guide (Yah'dii) the immoral
(El'Faasiqiin) people (El'Qaw'ma).

📍Verse/Note:
5:108- In this way it will be more likely that the witnesses will be true to facts since they will be
afraid that they might be contradicted by others under an equally solemn oath. O Jama at-ul-
Momineen you should keep in mind Allah's laws, hearken to His command and remember that those
who disobey His laws cannot follow the right path(pz).

🌈৫:১০৯(Dead Messengers and Saints Cannot Hear You).
۞ يَوْمَ يَجْمَعُ اللَّهُ الرُّسُلَ فَيَقُولُ مَاذَا أُجِبْتُمْ ۖ قَالُوا لَا عِلْمَ لَنَا ۖ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ عَلَّامُ الْغُيُوبِ
(স্মৰণ কৰা) যিদিনা আল্লাহে ৰাছুলসকলক একত্ৰিত কৰিব আৰু সুধিব🦋, ‘তোমালোকক কি উত্তৰ🐞 দিয়া হৈছিল’? তেওঁলোকে ক’ব(Note-2), ‘এই বিষয়ে আমাৰ কোনো জ্ঞান নাই, তুমিয়েইতো গায়েব সম্পৰ্কে সৰ্বজ্ঞানী’।

[5:109] The day (Yaw'ma) GOD will gather (Yaj'mau-llahu) the messengers (Er'Rusula) and (Fa) say
(Yaquulu), "What (Maazaa) was the response to you (Ujib'tum')?" They (the messengers) will say (Qaalu'), "We
have (Lanaa) no (Laa) knowledge (il'ma). Indeed (Innaka), YOU (Anta) are the Knower (Ållaamu) of all
unseen (El'Guyuub)."

📍Verse/Note-1
5:109 The day God will gather the messengers and He will say, "What was the response you received?"; they said, "We have no knowledge, you are the Knower of all the unseen."
Note:
What about those who believe that Muhammed would save them on the Day of Judgment? They will be rejected by their idol on that day, and they will be surprised to hear his intercession in the form of testimony to the truth (25:30). Also, see 2:48(edip).

৫:৯৯
مَا عَلَى الرَّسُولِ إِلَّا الْبَلَاغُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ مَا تُبْدُونَ وَمَا تَكْتُمُونَ
ৰাছুলৰ দায়িত্ব কেৱল প্ৰচাৰ কৰা; আৰু তোমালোকে যি প্ৰকাশ কৰা আৰু যি গোপন কৰা সেয়া আল্লাহে জানে।
৪:৪১
فَكَيْفَ إِذَا جِئْنَا مِنْ كُلِّ أُمَّةٍ بِشَهِيدٍ وَجِئْنَا بِكَ عَلَىٰ هَٰؤُلَاءِ شَهِيدًا
এতেকে যেতিয়া আমি প্ৰত্যেক উম্মতৰ পৰা এজন সাক্ষী উপস্থিত কৰাম আৰু তোমাক সিহঁতৰ বিৰুদ্ধে সাক্ষীৰূপে উপস্থিত কৰাম তেতিয়া কি অৱস্থা হ’ব?

فَلَنَسْأَلَنَّ الَّذِينَ أُرْسِلَ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلَنَسْأَلَنَّ الْمُرْسَلِينَ
এতেকে যিসকলৰ ওচৰত ৰাছুল প্ৰেৰণ কৰা হৈছিল অৱশ্যে আমি সিহঁতক সোধ-পোছ কৰিম আৰু ৰাছুলসকলোকো প্ৰশ্ন কৰিম।

فَوَرَبِّكَ لَنَسْأَلَنَّهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ
এতেকে তোমাৰ প্ৰতিপালকৰ শপত! নিশ্চয় আমি সিহঁত সকলোকে জেৰা কৰিম,
১৫:৯৩
عَمَّا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ
সেই বিষয়ে, যিটো সিহঁতে আমল কৰিছিল।
