🌈৫:৮৭(Do not Transgress by Fabricating Prohibitions in the Name of God).

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تُحَرِّمُوا طَيِّبَاتِ مَا أَحَلَّ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ وَلَا تَعْتَدُوا ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْمُعْتَدِينَ

হে মুমিনসকল! আল্লাহে তোমালোকৰ বাবে উৎকৃষ্ট যিবোৰ বস্তু হালাল কৰিছে সেইবোৰক তোমালোকে হাৰাম নকৰিবা আৰু সীমালংঘন নকৰিবা। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহে সীমালংঘনকাৰী সকলক পছন্দ নকৰে।

[5:87] O you (Yaa Ayuhha) who (Ellaziina) believe (Aamanu'), do not (Laa) prohibit (Tuharrimu') good 

things (Toyyibaati) which (Maa) GOD (Ellahu) has made lawful for you (Ahalla Lakum') and do not (Walaa)

trespass (Ta'taduu'). Indeed, GOD (Innallaha) does not (Laa) like (Yuhibbu) the trespassers (El'Mu'tadiin).

5:87 O you who acknowledge, do not forbid the good things that God has made lawful to you, and do not transgress; God does not like the transgressors.

Note:

The Quran condemns those who decree laws in the name of God as the worst people. Throughout history, Perverse used clergymen of all sorts as his favorite tool to fight against God's system by introducing a myriad of man-made rules and prohibitions in the name of God. They turned God's system into a theo-fiction consisting of superstitions, collections of silly rituals, frivolous rules, absurd doctrines, numerous prohibitions, opium of masses, intellectual slavery and wishful thinking. See 6:21; 7:17; 42:21.

🌈৫:৮৮

وَكُلُوا مِمَّا رَزَقَكُمُ اللَّهُ حَلَالًا طَيِّبًا ۚ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ الَّذِي أَنْتُمْ بِهِ مُؤْمِنُونَ

আৰু আল্লাহে তোমালোকক যি হালাল আৰু উৎকৃষ্ট জীৱিকা প্ৰদান কৰিছে তাৰ পৰা খোৱা আৰু আল্লাহৰ তাক্বৱা অৱলম্বন কৰা, যাৰ প্ৰতি তোমালোকে বিশ্বাস স্থাপন কৰিছা।

[5:88] And (Wa) eat (Kulu') from what (Mimmaa) GOD (Ellahu) has provided for you (Razaqa-kumu)

lawful (Halaalan) and good (Toyyiban). And beware of GOD (Wa’ttaqu'llaha), in (Bihi) Whom (Ellazii) you 

(Antum) are believers (Mu'minuun).

لَا يُؤَاخِذُكُمُ اللَّهُ بِاللَّغْوِ فِي أَيْمَانِكُمْ وَلَٰكِنْ يُؤَاخِذُكُمْ بِمَا عَقَّدْتُمُ الْأَيْمَانَ ۖ فَكَفَّارَتُهُ إِطْعَامُ عَشَرَةِ مَسَاكِينَ مِنْ أَوْسَطِ مَا تُطْعِمُونَ أَهْلِيكُمْ أَوْ كِسْوَتُهُمْ أَوْ تَحْرِيرُ رَقَبَةٍ ۖ فَمَنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ فَصِيَامُ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ كَفَّارَةُ أَيْمَانِكُمْ إِذَا حَلَفْتُمْ ۚ وَاحْفَظُوا أَيْمَانَكُمْ ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ آيَاتِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ

তোমালোকৰ অনৰ্থক শপতৰ বাবে আল্লাহে তোমালোকৰ দোষ নধৰিব🚘, কিন্তু যিবোৰ শপত তোমালোকে ইচ্ছাকৃতভাৱে কৰা সেইবোৰৰ বাবে তেওঁ তোমালোকৰ দোষ ধৰিব। এতেকে ইয়াৰ কাফফাৰা হৈছে, দহজন মিছকীনক মধ্যম ধৰণৰ খাদ্য প্ৰদান কৰা যিবোৰ তোমালোকে নিজ পৰিয়ালত খোৱা, অথবা সিহঁতক বস্ত্ৰ দান কৰিবা নাইবা এজন দাস💐 মুক্ত কৰিবা। যাৰ সামৰ্থ নাই সি তিনি দিন ছিয়াম🦋 পালন কৰিব। তোমালোকে শপত কৰিলে এইটোৱে তোমালোকৰ শপতৰ কাফফাৰা। তোমালোকে নিজৰ শপত ৰক্ষা কৰিবা। এইদৰে আল্লাহে তোমালোকৰ বাবে তেওঁৰ আয়াতসমূহ বৰ্ণনা কৰে, যাতে তোমালোকে কৃতজ্ঞতা জ্ঞাপন কৰা।

[5:89] GOD (Ellahu) does not (Laa) blame you (Yu'aakhizu-kumu) for (Bi) the nonsense (Ellag'wi) in (Fii)your oaths (2:225) (Ai'maani-kum'); but (Walaakin) HE blames you (Yuaakhizu-kum) for what (Bimaa) you 

complicate (Åqqadttumu) of oaths (El'Ai'maana). So (Fa) its atonement (Kaffaaratu-hu) is feeding (It'ååmu)

ten (Åsharati) poor people (Masaakiina) from (Min') the average (Aw'sati) of what (Maa) you feed (Tut'emuuna) your family 1

(Ah'lii-kum') or (Aw') clothing them 2

(Kis'watu-hum') or freeing (Tah'riiru) a 

slave 3(Raqabatin). But (Fa) whoever (Man) does not (Lam') find (Yajid'), then (Fa) fast (Siyaamu)for three(Thalaathati) days (Ayyaamin). That (Zaalika) is the atonement (Kaffaaratu) for your oaths (Ai'maani-kum')

when (Izaa) you have sworn (Halaf'tum'); so (Wa) guard (Eh'fazuu') your oaths (Ai'maana-kum'). GOD (Ellahu) thus (Kazaalika) clarify (Yubayyinu) HIS verses (Aayaati-hi) to you (Lakum') perhaps you (Laållakum)will be thankful (Tash'kuruun).

5:89 God will not call you to account for vain utterances of your oaths🚘. He will hold you accountable for your deliberate and intentional oaths. If you violate such oaths, that would be a transgression against your own ‘self’. If you do violate an oath, the expiation for that is: Feeding ten needy persons of what is standard for your own family, or clothing them - Or, freeing one human being from bondage, whether it is slavery, extreme poverty, heavy debt, or oppression. If you do not have the means to do so, then observe ‘Saum🦋’ for three days. This is the expiation of your (breaking of) intentional oaths. But be mindful of your oaths. God explains His messages, so that you may have reason to be grateful.

 "for🚘 vain utterances word (laghw) in your oaths". This refers primarily to oaths aiming at denying to oneself something which the Law of Islam does not prohibit (i.e.. "the good things of life"); and, generally, to all oaths uttered without premeditation, e.g., under the influence of anger (2:224-225; also 38:44 ).

২:২২৪-২২৫

وَلَا تَجْعَلُوا اللَّهَ عُرْضَةً لِأَيْمَانِكُمْ أَنْ تَبَرُّوا وَتَتَّقُوا وَتُصْلِحُوا بَيْنَ النَّاسِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ

তোমালোকে সৎকৰ্ম আৰু তাক্বৱা আৰু মানুহৰ মাজত শান্তি স্থাপনৰ পৰা বিৰত থকাৰ বাবে আল্লাহৰ নামৰ শপতসমূহক প্ৰতিবন্ধক হিচাপে ব্যৱহাৰ নকৰিবা; আৰু আল্লাহ সৰ্বশ্ৰোতা, সৰ্বজ্ঞ।

২:২২৫

لَا يُؤَاخِذُكُمُ اللَّهُ بِاللَّغْوِ فِي أَيْمَانِكُمْ وَلَٰكِنْ يُؤَاخِذُكُمْ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ قُلُوبُكُمْ ۗ وَاللَّهُ غَفُورٌ حَلِيمٌ

তোমালোকৰ অনৰ্থক শপতৰ বাবে আল্লাহে তোমালোকক সোধ-পোচ নকৰিব; কিন্তু তেওঁ সেইবোৰ শপতৰ বিষয়ে সোধ-পোচ কৰিব, যিবোৰ তোমালোকৰ অন্তৰে সংকল্পবদ্ধভাৱে অৰ্জন কৰিছে, আৰু আল্লাহ ক্ষমাপৰায়ণ, পৰম সহনশীল।

Slavery💐 is prohibited by the Quran. See 4:3;92; 3:79; 5:89; 8:67; 24:32; 58:3; 90:13; 2:286; 12:39; 79:24.

🌈৫:৯০(Stay Away from Alcohol, Drugs, Gambling).

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنَّمَا الْخَمْرُ وَالْمَيْسِرُ وَالْأَنْصَابُ وَالْأَزْلَامُ رِجْسٌ مِنْ عَمَلِ الشَّيْطَانِ فَاجْتَنِبُوهُ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ

হে মুমিনসকল! মদ, জুৱা, মূৰ্তিপূজাৰ বেদী আৰু ভাগ্য নিৰ্ণয় কৰা তীৰ এইবোৰ কেৱল ঘৃণাৰ বস্তু, চয়তানৰ কাম। সেয়ে তোমালোকে এইবোৰ বৰ্জন কৰা, যাতে তোমালোকে সফল হ’ব পাৰা।

[5:90] O you (Yaa Ayyuha) who (Ellaziina) have believed (Aamanuu'), wine 1

(El'Kham'ru), gambling 2

(El'Mai'siru), idols 3

(El'Ansoabu), and (Wa) divination arrows 4

(El'Az'laamu) are only (Innama) filth (Rij'su)

from (Min') the work (Åmali) of the devil (Es'Shai'toani); so (Fa) avoid such (Ej'tanibuu-hu) so that you 

(Laållakum) may succeed (Tuf'lihuun).

5:90-91- O Jama at-ul-Momineen those things which benumb the human intellect e.g. wine etc. and easily acquired money e.g. through games of chance (2/219🐓), animals sacrificed upon altars and 

divining arrows (5/3🐞) are abominable and devised by Shaitan, so refrain from them in order that you may be prosperous. Shait an only wants to breed enmity and spite amongst you by means of wine and games of chance and to hold you back from adhering to Allah s laws, particularly Salat. 

Will you not refrain from them?(pz).

حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَيْتَةُ وَالدَّمُ وَلَحْمُ الْخِنْزِيرِ وَمَا أُهِلَّ لِغَيْرِ اللَّهِ بِهِ وَالْمُنْخَنِقَةُ وَالْمَوْقُوذَةُ وَالْمُتَرَدِّيَةُ وَالنَّطِيحَةُ وَمَا أَكَلَ السَّبُعُ إِلَّا مَا ذَكَّيْتُمْ وَمَا ذُبِحَ عَلَى النُّصُبِ وَأَنْ تَسْتَقْسِمُوا بِالْأَزْلَامِ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ فِسْقٌ ۗ الْيَوْمَ يَئِسَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ دِينِكُمْ فَلَا تَخْشَوْهُمْ وَاخْشَوْنِ ۚ الْيَوْمَ أَكْمَلْتُ لَكُمْ دِينَكُمْ وَأَتْمَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعْمَتِي وَرَضِيتُ لَكُمُ الْإِسْلَامَ دِينًا ۚ فَمَنِ اضْطُرَّ فِي مَخْمَصَةٍ غَيْرَ مُتَجَانِفٍ لِإِثْمٍ ۙ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ

তোমালোকৰ বাবে হাৰাম কৰা হৈছে মৃত জন্তু, তেজ, গাহৰিৰ মাংস, আল্লাহৰ বাহিৰে আনৰ নামত জবেহ কৰা পশু, ডিঙি চেপি বধ কৰা জন্তু, প্ৰহাৰ কৰি বধ কৰা জন্তু, ওপৰৰ পৰা পৰি মৰা পশু, অন্য প্ৰাণীৰ শিঙৰ আঘাতত মৰা জন্তু আৰু হিংস্ৰ পশুৱে খোৱা জন্তু কিন্তু যিটো তোমালোকে জবেহ কৰিব পাৰিছা সেইটোৰ বাহিৰে, আৰু সেইটোও হাৰাম কৰা হৈছে যিটো মূৰ্তি পূজাৰ বেদীত বলি দিয়া হয়। তীৰ খেলৰ জুৱাৰে ভাগ্য নিৰ্ণয় কৰাও নিষিদ্ধ কৰা হৈছে। এই সকলোবোৰ মহাপাপ। আজি কাফিৰসকল তোমালোকৰ বিৰুদ্ধাচৰণত হতাশ হৈছে, সেয়ে সিহঁতক ভয় নকৰিবা কেৱল মোকেই ভয় কৰা। আজি মই তোমালোকৰ বাবে তোমালোকৰ দ্বীনক পৰিপূৰ্ণ কৰিলো আৰু তোমালোকৰ ওপৰত মোৰ অনুগ্ৰহ সম্পূৰ্ণ কৰিলো, আৰু তোমালোকৰ বাবে ইছলামক দ্বীন হিচাপে মনোনীত কৰিলো। এতেকে যিয়ে পাপ কৰ্মৰ ফালে ধাৱিত নহৈ কেৱল ভোকৰ তাড়নাত বাধ্য হৈ (ভক্ষণ কৰিলে) তেন্তে নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল, পৰম দয়ালু।

২:২১৯🐓

۞ يَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْخَمْرِ وَالْمَيْسِرِ ۖ قُلْ فِيهِمَا إِثْمٌ كَبِيرٌ وَمَنَافِعُ لِلنَّاسِ وَإِثْمُهُمَا أَكْبَرُ مِنْ نَفْعِهِمَا ۗ وَيَسْأَلُونَكَ مَاذَا يُنْفِقُونَ قُلِ الْعَفْوَ ۗ كَذَٰلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللَّهُ لَكُمُ الْآيَاتِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَفَكَّرُونَ

সিহঁতে তোমাক মদ আৰু জুৱা সম্পৰ্কে প্ৰশ্ন কৰে। কোৱা, ‘দুয়োটাৰ মাজতে আছে মহা পাপ আৰু মানুহৰ বাবে উপকাৰো আছে; আৰু দুয়োটাৰে পাপ উপকাৰতকৈ বহু গুণে ডাঙৰ’। আৰু সিহঁতে তোমাক সোধে, সিহঁতে কি ব্যয় কৰিব? কোৱা, ‘যিটো প্ৰয়োজনৰ অতিৰিক্ত’। এনেকৈ আল্লাহ তাআলাই তোমালোকৰ বাবে আয়াতসমূহ স্পষ্টভাৱে বৰ্ণনা কৰে, যাতে তোমালোকে চিন্তা-গৱেষণা কৰা,

إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ الشَّيْطَانُ أَنْ يُوقِعَ بَيْنَكُمُ الْعَدَاوَةَ وَالْبَغْضَاءَ فِي الْخَمْرِ وَالْمَيْسِرِ وَيَصُدَّكُمْ عَنْ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ وَعَنِ الصَّلَاةِ ۖ فَهَلْ أَنْتُمْ مُنْتَهُونَ

চয়তানে তোমালোকৰ মাজত মদ আৰু জুৱাৰ দ্বাৰা শত্ৰুতা ও বিদ্বেষ সঞ্চাৰ কৰিব বিচাৰে আৰু তোমালোকক আল্লাহৰ স্মৰণত লগতে ছালাতত🏄 বাধা প্ৰদান কৰিব বিচাৰে। তথাপিও তোমালোকে বিৰত নেথাকিবানে?

[5:91] The devil (Es'Shai'toanu) only (Innamaa) intends (Yuriidu) to (An) inflict (Yuuqiå) antagonism 

(El'Ådaawata) and hatred (Wal' Bag'doa'a) between you (Bai'nakumu) through (Fii) wine (El'Kham'ri) and gambling (2:219🐓) (Wal' Mai'siri) and (Wa) to repel you (Yasudda-kum) from (Ån) the remembrance of GOD(Zik'ri-llahi) and from (Åni) the Prayer (20:14🏄) (Es'Solaati). So (Fa) will (Hal') you (Antum) refrain (Mun'tahuun)?

إِنَّنِي أَنَا اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنَا فَاعْبُدْنِي وَأَقِمِ الصَّلَاةَ لِذِكْرِي

‘নিশ্চয় ময়েই আল্লাহ, মোৰ বাহিৰে আন কোনো সত্য ইলাহ নাই। এতেকে কেৱল মোৰেই ইবাদত কৰা আৰু মোৰ স্মৰণাৰ্থে চালাত কায়েম কৰা।
