💞আজিৰ-মন্ত্যব্যঃ হে' মানৱজাতিঃ কোৰআন সুস্পষ্ট জ্যোতি। যিয়েই ইয়াক সবলভাৱে ধৰিব তেওঁ সৰল পথ পাব অৰ্থাৎ আল্লাহৰ কৰুণাৰে আবৰি থাকিব।

4:174-175(Allah has sent a manifest light (Quran) which is a clear proof of the truthfulness.Those hold fast to Allah's commands, and facilitate for them the straight road to Him).

💞৪:১৭৪(Quran, a manifest light).

يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ قَدْ جَاءَكُمْ بُرْهَانٌ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ وَأَنْزَلْنَا إِلَيْكُمْ نُورًا مُبِينًا

হে মানৱ! তোমালোকৰ প্ৰতিপালকৰ তৰফৰ পৰা তোমালোকৰ ওচৰত প্ৰমাণ আহিছে আৰু আমি তোমালোকৰ প্ৰতি স্পষ্ট জ্যোতি অৱতীৰ্ণ কৰিছো।

[4:174] O you (Yaa Ayyuha) mankind (En'Naasu), a proof (Bur'haanun) has (Qad') come to you (Jaa'a-kum)

from (Min) your LORD (Rabbi-kum'), and (Wa) We have revealed (Anzal'naa) to you (ilai'kum') a clear 

(Mubiinaa) light (Nuuran).

وَمَنْ يَدْعُ مَعَ اللَّهِ إِلَٰهًا آخَرَ لَا بُرْهَانَ لَهُ بِهِ فَإِنَّمَا حِسَابُهُ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِ ۚ إِنَّهُ لَا يُفْلِحُ الْكَافِرُونَ

আৰু যিয়ে আল্লাহৰ লগতে আন কোনো উপাস্যক আহ্বান কৰে, যি বিষয়ে তাৰ ওচৰত কোনো প্ৰমাণ নাই, তাৰ হিচাপ-নিকাচ কেৱল তাৰ প্ৰতিপালকৰ ওচৰত, নিশ্চয় কাফিৰসকল সফল হ’ব নোৱাৰিব।)

📍Verse/Note:

4:174-175 O Mankind! Allah has sent to you a manifest light (Quran) which is a clear proof of the truthfulness 

of His Laws. Allah will admit those who believe in Him and hold fast to His Laws, to His Rahmat and 

Blessings and will show them the path which leads to His blessings(pz).

فَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا بِاللَّهِ وَاعْتَصَمُوا بِهِ فَسَيُدْخِلُهُمْ فِي رَحْمَةٍ مِنْهُ وَفَضْلٍ وَيَهْدِيهِمْ إِلَيْهِ صِرَاطًا مُسْتَقِيمًا

এতেকে যিসকলে আল্লাহৰ প্ৰতি ঈমান আনিছে আৰু তেওঁক দৃঢ়ভাৱে অৱলম্বন কৰিছে সিহঁতক তেওঁ নিশ্চয় তেওঁৰ দয়া আৰু অনুগ্ৰহৰ মাজত প্ৰৱেশ কৰাব আৰু সিহঁতক সৰল পথত তেওঁৰ ফালে পৰিচালিত কৰিব।

[4:175] As for (Fa Amma) those who (Ellaziina) believe (Aamanu') in GOD (Billahi) and (Wa) stick to HIM

(E'tasomu' Bi-hi); thence (Fa) HE will admit them (Sa Yud'khilu-hum') into (Fii) mercy (Rah'matin) from HIM 

(Min'hu) and (Wa) favour (Fad'lin), and (Wa) will guide them (Yah'dii-him') to Himself (ilai'hi) on a straight (Mus'taqiimaa) path (Siraatoan).

4:175 God will admit into His grace those who believe in Him and hold fast to His commands, and facilitate for them the straight road to Him.

💞৪:১৭৬(FURTHER INHERITANCE DECREE)

يَسْتَفْتُونَكَ قُلِ اللَّهُ يُفْتِيكُمْ فِي الْكَلَالَةِ ۚ إِنِ امْرُؤٌ هَلَكَ لَيْسَ لَهُ وَلَدٌ وَلَهُ أُخْتٌ فَلَهَا نِصْفُ مَا تَرَكَ ۚ وَهُوَ يَرِثُهَا إِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهَا وَلَدٌ ۚ فَإِنْ كَانَتَا اثْنَتَيْنِ فَلَهُمَا الثُّلُثَانِ مِمَّا تَرَكَ ۚ وَإِنْ كَانُوا إِخْوَةً رِجَالًا وَنِسَاءً فَلِلذَّكَرِ مِثْلُ حَظِّ الْأُنْثَيَيْنِ ۗ يُبَيِّنُ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ أَنْ تَضِلُّوا ۗ وَاللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ

মানুহে তোমাৰ ওচৰত সমাধান বিচাৰে। কোৱা, পিতৃ-মাতৃহীন নিঃসন্তান ব্যক্তি সম্পৰ্কে আল্লাহে তোমালোকক সমাধান দিছে, কোনো পুৰুষে মৃত্যুবৰণ কৰিলে সি যদি সন্তানহীন হয় আৰু তাৰ এজনী ভনীয়েক বা বায়েক থাকে তেন্তে তাই পৰিত্যক্ত সম্পত্তিৰ অৰ্ধাংশ পাব। আৰু যদি তাই (মৃত নাৰী) সন্তানহীনা হয় তেনেহ’লে তাইৰ ভায়েক বা ককায়েক তাইৰ উত্তৰাধিকাৰী হ’ব। এতেকে যদি দুজনী ভনীয়েক বা বায়েক থাকে তেন্তে সিহঁতে তাৰ পৰিত্যক্ত সম্পত্তিৰ তিনি ভাগৰ দুভাগ পাব। আৰু যদি কেইবাজনো ভাই-ককাই বা বাই-ভনী থাকে তেন্তে এজন পুৰুষৰ অংশ দুজনী নাৰীৰ অংশৰ সমান। তোমালোকে পথভ্ৰষ্ট হ’বা- এই আশংকাত আল্লাহে তোমালোকৰ বাবে স্পষ্টভাৱে বৰ্ণনা কৰিছে; আৰু আল্লাহ সকলো বস্তু সম্পৰ্কে সবিশেষ অৱগত।

[4:176] They seek your legal opinion (s) (Yas'taf'tuunaka). Say (Quli): "GOD (Ellahu) opines you (p) (Yuf'tii-

kum') regarding (Fii) one with no parents or children (single) (El'Kalaalati)." If (Ini) a man (Em'ru'un) perishes 

(Halaka), having (Lahu) no (Lai'sa) child (Waladun), but (Wa) has (Lahu) a sister (Ukh'tun), then (Fa) for her 

(Lahaa) is half (Nis'fu) of what (Maa) he bequeathed (Taraka). And (Wa) he (Huwa) will inherit her 

(Yarithu-haa) if (In) she did (Yakun) not (Lam') have (Lahaa) a child (Waladun). But (Fa) if (In) there are 

(Kaanataa) two females (Eth'natai'ni), then (Fa) for them both (Lahumaa) are two-thirds (Etthuluthaani) of 

what (Mimmaa) he bequeathed (Taraka). And (Wa) if (In) the siblings (Ikh'watan) are men (Rijaalan) and 

(Wa) women (Nisaa'an), then (Fa) for the male (Liz' Zakari) is like (Mith'lu) the share (Hazzi) of two females 

(El'Unthayai'ni). GOD (Ellahu) clarifies (Yubayyinu) to you (Lakum'), lest (An) you go astray (Tadillu'); for 

(Wa) GOD (Ellahu) is aware of (Åliim Bi) all (Kulli) things (Shai'an).

In the name of GOD (Bis'mi-llahi), the GRACIOUS (Er' Rah'maani), the MERCIFUL (Er' Rahiim).

📍Note/Verse-1

4:176 They ask you about the inheritance of a person who is survived by neither ascendants nor descendants. If one dies and leaves no children, and he had a sister, she gets half the inheritance. If she dies first, he inherits from her if she left no children. If there were two sisters they get two-thirds of the inheritance, if there are sisters and brothers, the brother would get twice the share of the sister for reasons already explained (2:80, 4:11). God clarifies the laws so that you may not go astray. God is the Knower of all things(sa).

📍Verse/Note-2

4:176 At the beginning of this Surah instructions were given regarding the distribution of inheritance of a deceased who leaves no children but has brothers, sisters and parents (4/12). The inheritance of a deceased 

who leaves neither children nor parents should be distributed as follows:- 

1. Should the deceased be a man having only one sister, she will have one-half of the inheritance;

2. Should the deceased be a woman, her brother shall be her sole heir;

3. Should the deceased be a man having two (or more) sisters, they will together have two-thirds of the inheritance (4/11).

4. If there are several brothers and sisters, distribution should be made according to the Law that share of a male is twice that of a female. 

Allah has made these Laws clear to you so that you may not err. Allah knows all things(pz).
