āĻŽāύোāϝোāĻী āĻšোā§ąা āϤেāύ্āϤে āϤোāĻŽাāϞোāĻে āϝি āĻā§°া āϏেāĻ āϏāĻŽ্āĻĒā§°্āĻে āĻāϞ্āϞাāĻš āϏāĻŽ্āϝāĻ āĻ
ā§ąāĻāϤ।

[4:135] O you (Yaa Ayyuha) who (Ellaziina) believe (Aamanu'), be (Kuunu') upright (Qawwaamiina) in
justice (Bil' Qis'ti), as witnesses (5:8) (Shuhadaa'a) for GOD (Lillahi), even if (Walaw') it is against (Ã
laa)
yourselves (Anfusi-kum') or (Aw') parents (El'Waalidai'ni) and relatives (Wal' Aq'rabiina). Whether (In) he is
(Yakun') rich (Ganiyyan) or (Aw') needy (Faqiiran), for (Fa) GOD (Ellahu) is more deserving (Aw'laa) to both
of them (Bihimaa). So (Fa) do not (Laa) follow (Tattabiu') inclination (El'Hawaa), lest (An) you counteract
(Ta'dilu'). And (Wa) if (In) you distort (Tal'wuu) or (Aw') turn away (Tu'ridu'), then (Fa) indeed, GOD
(Innallaha) is (Kaana) conversant (Khabiiraa) with what (Bimaa) you do (Ta'maluuna).

đVerse/Note-1
135 For this purpose justice should prevail. Justice depends mainly on evidence. OJama at-ul-Momineen,
if you are called upon to give evidence, do not appear as a witness on behalf of either party, but for Allah. Be
truthful in giving evidence even though it be against your own-selves or your parents and kin-folk, whether
the party concerned be rich or poor. Allah safeguards the interests of both parties. Do not follow your own
inclinations lest you should swerve from justice. Do not foist your statements nor show aversion to appearing
as a witness. Allah is well aware of what you do(pz).

Justice:(đĻ).
Allah's statement,
đĻØ´ُŲَدَØ§ØĄ ŲِŲّŲِ
(as witnesses to Allah) is similar to His statement,
ŲَØŖَŲِŲŲ
ُŲØ§ْ Ø§ŲØ´َّŲَŲØ¯َØŠَ ŲِŲَّŲِ
And establish the testimony for Allah. (65:2)
Testimony should be delivered precisely, for the sake of Allah, thus making the testimony correct, truly just, and free of alterations, changes or deletions(courtesy...).

[4:136] O you (Yaa Ayyuha) who (Ellaziina) have believed (Aamanuu'), believe (Aaminu) in GOD (Billahi),
HIS messenger (Rasuuli-hi), and the Book (El'Kitaabi) which (Ellazii) HE revealed (Nazzala) to (Ã
laa) HIS
messenger (Rasuuli-hi), as well as (Wa) the Book (El'Kitaabi) which (Ellazii) was revealed (Anzala) before
(Min Qab'lu). And (Wa) whoever (Man) disbelieves (Yak'fur') in GOD 1
(Billahi), HIS Angels 2
(Malaa'ikati-
hi), HIS books 3
(Kutubi-hi), HIS messengers 4
(Rusuli-hi) and (Wa) the Last Day 5
(El'Yaw'mil' Aakhiri), then
(Fa) he has (Qad') strayed (Dolla) far (Baeedaa) astray (Dolaala).

4:136- O You who believe (and call yourselves Muslims!) Believe in God and His Messenger, and the Book He has revealed to His Messenger, and in (the existing truth in) the previous scripture. One who denies God, and His Angels, and His Books, and His Messengers, and the Last Day, has gone far astray.
Note:
Note the believers being called to belief! 2:8, 2:177, 49:15. The wishful thinking of being Muslims or believers ‘by birth’ carries no weight in the Sight of God, 2:62. See 2:101 and 3:78 for ‘the previous scripture’. Belief to the point of Conviction can only be attained through reason and not as a birth right. 3:78, 5:48, 12:108. Angels = God’s forces in nature. 2:30(sa).

[4:137] Indeed (Inna), those who (Ellaziina) believe (Aamanu'), and then (Thumma) disbelieve 1
(Kafaru'),
then (Thumma) believe (Kafaru'), and then (Thumma) disbelieve 2
(Kafaru'), and then (Thumma) increase
(Az'daadu) in disbelief 3
(Kuf'ran), GOD (Ellahu) will not have (Lam' Yakuni) to (Li) forgive them (Yag'fira
Lahum'), nor (Walaa) will (Li) HE guide them (Yah'diya-hum') to a way (Sabiila).

4:137 Those who believe, then disbelieve and again believe, then disbelieve, and thus grow stubborn in denial of the truth, God will not forgive them, nor will He walk them on to the way.
Note:
Forgiveness = Protection = Shielding against the ill effects of misdeeds. Note that God has prescribed no worldly punishment for ‘apostasy’ since there is no compulsion in religion. 2:256(sa).

[4:139] The ones who (Ellaziina) have taken (Yattakhizuuna) disbelievers (El'Kaafiriina) as allies (Aw'liyaa'a)
other than (Min Duuni) the believers (El'Mu'miniina). Do they seek (A'yab'taguuna) glory (El'Ezzata) with
them (Endahumu)? For (Fa) indeed (Inna), all (JamiiÃĨÃĨ) glory (10:65đ) (El'Ezzata) belongs to GOD (Lillahi).

4:139 Those who ally themselves with the rejecters rather than the believers: Do they seek dignity among them? Nay, all dignity is with God.

āύ্āϝāĻĨা āϤোāĻŽাāϞোāĻেāĻ āϏিāĻšঁāϤ⧰ āĻĻā§°েāĻ āĻš’āĻŦা। āύিāĻļ্āĻā§ āĻāϞ্āϞাāĻšে āĻŽুāύাāĻĢিāĻāϏāĻāϞāĻ āĻā§°ু āĻাāĻĢিā§°āϏāĻāϞāĻ āĻাāĻšাāύ্āύাāĻŽāϤ āĻāĻāϤ্ā§°িāϤ āĻā§°িāĻŦ।

[4:140] And (Wa) it has (Qad) been revealed (Nazzala) to you (p) (Ã
lai'kum) in (Fii) the Book (El'Kitaabi) that
(An') whenever (Izaa) you hear (Sami'tum') the verses of GOD (Aayaati-llahi) being blasphemed (Yuk'faru
Bihaa) and humiliated (Yus'tah'zau Bihaa); then (Fa) do not (Laa) sit (Taq'udu') with them (the hypocrites)
(MaÃĨhum') until (Hattaa) they engage (Yakhuuduu') in (Fii)
another discussion (Hadiithin) other than it
(Gai'rihi). Otherwise, you (p)
(Innakum') would then (Izan) be like them (Mith'lu-hum). Indeed, GOD
(Innallaha) will gather (Jaamiu) the hypocrites (El'Munaafiqiina) and the disbelievers (Wal' Kaafiriina) all
together (Jamii'ÃĨÃĨ) in (Fii) Hell (Jahannama).

When God's Signs/Revelation Were Insulted or Mocked in Your Presence4:140 It has been sent down to you in the book, that when you hear God's signs being rejected and ridiculed in, then do not sit with them until they move on to a different subject; if not, then you are like them. God will gather the hypocrites and the ingrates in hell all together.

4:140 He has already revealed to you in the Book that, when you hear the revelations of God being rejected and ridiculed, sit not with them unless they engage in some other conversation. Otherwise you will bear similar guilt as they bear. God will gather hypocrites and rejecters together, all of them, into Hell. [đ4:63, 6:68](sa).
