4:127(Support Orphans and their Mothers){এই আ‌য়াতটো এতিম সৰু ছোৱালীৰ বিধবা মাকক বিয়া কৰোৱাৰ পৰিবৰ্তে এতিম ছোৱালীজনীক বিয়া কৰোৱাৰ পৰামৰ্শ দিয়া বুলি তথাকথিত পণ্ডিতে ভুল ব্যাখ্যা(misinterpretation) কৰে। তলৰ নোট পঢ়ক।}

🍒৪:১২৭(Support Orphans and their Mothers).

وَيَسْتَفْتُونَكَ فِي النِّسَاءِ ۖ قُلِ اللَّهُ يُفْتِيكُمْ فِيهِنَّ وَمَا يُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ فِي الْكِتَابِ فِي يَتَامَى النِّسَاءِ اللَّاتِي لَا تُؤْتُونَهُنَّ مَا كُتِبَ لَهُنَّ وَتَرْغَبُونَ أَنْ تَنْكِحُوهُنَّ وَالْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنَ الْوِلْدَانِ وَأَنْ تَقُومُوا لِلْيَتَامَىٰ بِالْقِسْطِ ۚ وَمَا تَفْعَلُوا مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ بِهِ عَلِيمًا

আৰু মানুহে তোমাৰ ওচৰত নাৰীসকলৰ বিষয়ে সমাধান বিচাৰে। কোৱা, ‘আল্লাহে তোমালোকক সিহঁতৰ বিষয়ে সমাধান দিছে আৰু ইয়াতীম সম্পৰ্কে যিসকলৰ প্ৰাপ্য তোমালোকে প্ৰদান নকৰা, অথচ তোমালোকে সিহঁতক বিবাহ কৰিব বিচৰা আৰু অসহায় শিশুসকলৰ বিষয়ে লগতে ইয়াতীমসকলৰ প্ৰতি তোমালোকৰ ন্যায় বিচাৰ সম্পৰ্কে যিবোৰ পুথিৰ পৰা তোমালোকক শুনোৱা হয়, আৰু পৰিষ্কাৰভাৱে জনাই দিয়ে’। আৰু যিকোনো সৎকৰ্ম তোমালোকে কৰা নিশ্চয় সেই সম্পৰ্কে আল্লাহ সবিশেষ অৱগত।

[4:127] And (Wa) they seek your legal opinion (s) (Yas'taf'tuunaka) concerning (Fii) the women (En'Nisaai). 

Say (Quli): "GOD (Ellahu) opines you (p) (Yuf'tii-kum') concerning them (Fiihinna) and what (Wamaa) has

been recited (Yut'laa) to you (Ålai'kum') in (Fii) the Book (El'Kitaabi) regarding (Fii) the orphaned (Yataamaa)

women (adult females) (En'Nisaai) whom (Ellatii) you did not (Laa) give (Tu'tuunahunna) what (Maa) was decreed 

(Kutiba) for them (Lahunna), and (Wa) you wished (Tar'gabuuna) to (An) marry them (Tankihuu-hunna), as 

well as (Wa) the oppressed (El'Mus'tad'åfiina) among (Mina) children (El'Wil'daani), and (Wa) that (An) you 

should stand (Taquumu') for the orphans (Lil' Yataamaa) in justice (Bil' Qis'ti). And whatever (Wamaa) you 

do (Taf'ålu') of (Min') good (Khai'rin), then (Fa) indeed, GOD (Innallaha) is (Kaana) aware of it (Åliima Bi-hi)."

📍Verse/Note-1

4:127 They ask you for divine instruction concerning women. Say, "God instructs you regarding them, as has been recited for you in the book about the rights of orphans whose mothers you want to marry without giving them their legal rights. You shall observe the rights of powerless children, and your duty to treat orphans with equity. Whatever good you do, God has full knowledge of it.

📍Note-2

Once the orphaned girls reach the age of maturity, the age of marriage, and are given their money, they do not need a guardian anymore. They are no longer orphans. Only then would they be lawful to marry (see 4:127).Read more...

🍒৪:১২৮(Divorce Discouraged).

وَإِنِ امْرَأَةٌ خَافَتْ مِنْ بَعْلِهَا نُشُوزًا أَوْ إِعْرَاضًا فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِمَا أَنْ يُصْلِحَا بَيْنَهُمَا صُلْحًا ۚ وَالصُّلْحُ خَيْرٌ ۗ وَأُحْضِرَتِ الْأَنْفُسُ الشُّحَّ ۚ وَإِنْ تُحْسِنُوا وَتَتَّقُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرًا

যদি কোনো স্ত্ৰীয়ে তাইৰ স্বামীৰ দুৰ্ব্যৱহাৰ অথবা উপেক্ষাৰ আশংকা কৰে তেন্তে সিহঁত উভয়ে আপোচ-নিষ্পত্তি কৰিব বিচাৰিলে সিহঁতৰ কোনো গুণাহ নাই; আৰু আপোচ-নিষ্পত্তি কৰাটোৱেই শ্ৰেয়। মানুহৰ অন্তৰত লোভণীয় কৃপণতা আছে। যদি তোমালোকে সৎকৰ্মপৰায়ণ হোৱা আৰু মুত্তাক্বী হোৱা, তেন্তে তোমালোকে যি কৰা সেই সম্পৰ্কে আল্লাহেতো জানেই।

[4:128] And (Wa) if (Ini) a wife (woman) (Em'ra'atun) fears (Khaafat') discord (4:34) (Nushuuzan) from (Min) her 

husband (Ba'li-haa) or (Aw') avoidance (I'raadoan), then (Fa) there is no (Laa) blame on them both (Junaaha 

Ålai'himaa) to (An) reconcile between themselves (Yus'lihan Bai'na-humaa) by reconciliation (Sul'haan); for 

(Wa) reconciliation (Es'Sul'hu) is best (Khai'run), but (Wa) the souls (An'fusu) bring in (Uh'dirati) greed 

(Shuhha). And (Wa) if (In) you do well (Tuh'sinuu) and become pious (Tattaquu), then (Fa) indeed GOD 

(Innallaha) is conversant (Khabiiran) with what (Bimaa) you do (Ta'maluuna).

📍Verse/Note:

4:128 If a woman experiences ill-treatment from her husband or fears that he might turn away from her, there should be no hesitation in taking corrective action and resolving the matter between them amicably. Conciliation is best. Selfishness is ever present in human psyche. And if you take care to benefit each other and be mindful of God, certainly God is ever Aware of all you do.

🍒৪:১২৯(Polygamy Discouraged-Note-2).

وَلَنْ تَسْتَطِيعُوا أَنْ تَعْدِلُوا بَيْنَ النِّسَاءِ وَلَوْ حَرَصْتُمْ ۖ فَلَا تَمِيلُوا كُلَّ الْمَيْلِ فَتَذَرُوهَا كَالْمُعَلَّقَةِ ۚ وَإِنْ تُصْلِحُوا وَتَتَّقُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ غَفُورًا رَحِيمًا

আৰু তোমালোকে যিমানেই ইচ্ছা নকৰা কিয় তোমালোকৰ স্ত্ৰীসকলৰ মাজত তোমালোকে কেতিয়াও সমান ব্যৱহাৰ কৰিব নোৱাৰিবা, কিন্তু তোমালোকে কোনো এজনীৰ প্ৰতি সম্পূৰ্ণৰূপে ঢলি নপৰিবা আৰু আনজনীক ওলোমা অৱস্থাত এৰি নিদিবা; যদি তোমালোকে নিজকে সংশোধন কৰা আৰু তাক্বৱা অৱলম্বন কৰা তেন্তে নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল, পৰম দয়ালু।

[4:129] And (Wa) you will never (Lan) be able (Tas'tatiiuu') to (An) act justly (4:3) (Ta'dilu') between (Bai'na)

women (wives) (En'Nisaai), even if (Walaw') you desire (Haras'tum’). So (Fa) do not (Laa) be partial (Tamiiluu')

entirely (Kulla) by inclining (El'Mai'li) to (Fa) leave her (Tazaruu-ha) as if (Ka) she is pending (suspended)

(El'Muållaqati). But (Wa) if (In) you reform (Tus'lihuu') and (Wa) become pious (Tattaqu'), then (Fa) indeed, 

GOD (Innallaha) is Forgiving (Gafuuran) and Merciful (Rahiimaa).

📍Verse/Note-1

4:129 You will not be able to be fair regarding the women even if you make every effort; so do not sway too greatly and leave her as one hanging in a void. If you reconcile and be aware, then God is Forgiving, Compassionate.

🍒৪:১৩০

وَإِنْ يَتَفَرَّقَا يُغْنِ اللَّهُ كُلًّا مِنْ سَعَتِهِ ۚ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ وَاسِعًا حَكِيمًا

আৰু যদি সিহঁতে পৰস্পৰে পৃথক হৈ যায় তেন্তে আল্লাহে তেওঁৰ প্ৰাচুৰ্যৰ দ্বাৰা প্ৰত্যেককে অভাৱমুক্ত কৰিব; আল্লাহ প্ৰাচুৰ্যময়, প্ৰজ্ঞাময়।

[4:130] And (Wa) if (In) they should separate (Yatafarraqaa), GOD will enrich (Yug'ni-llahu) each (Kullan)

from (Min) HIS abundance (Saåti-hi). For (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) is (Kaana) Encompassing (Waasiån) and Wise 

(Hakiimaa).

📍Verse/Note:

4:130 If the efforts for settlement are unsuccessful then you may separate in accordance with the 

instructions given by Allah (4/35🦋). Do not let the fear of being left without provision become a hurdle in 

separation. The Divine System will provide for you in abundance. Allah is Bountiful and Wise(pz).(🦋see Part-78:verse4:35 notes).

🍒৪:১৩১(Trust in God).

وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ ۗ وَلَقَدْ وَصَّيْنَا الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْكِتَابَ مِنْ قَبْلِكُمْ وَإِيَّاكُمْ أَنِ اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ ۚ وَإِنْ تَكْفُرُوا فَإِنَّ لِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ ۚ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَنِيًّا حَمِيدًا

আকাশমণ্ডলত যি আছে আৰু পৃথিৱীত যি আছে সেই সকলো আল্লাহৰেই, তোমালোকৰ পূৰ্বে যিসকলক কিতাব দিয়া হৈছিল সিহঁতক আৰু তোমালোককো নিৰ্দেশ দিছো যে, তোমালোকে আল্লাহৰ তাক্বৱা অৱলম্বন কৰা। আৰু যদি তোমালোকে কুফৰী কৰা তথাপিও আকাশমণ্ডলত যি আছে আৰু পৃথিৱীত যি আছে সেই সকলো আল্লাহৰেই, আল্লাহ অভাৱমুক্ত, প্ৰশংসিত।

[4:131] And (Wa) to GOD belongs (Lillahi) whatever (Maa) is in (Fii) the heavens (Es'Samaawaati) and 

whatever (Wamaa) is on earth (Fiil' Ar'di). And (Wa) We have certainly (Laqad') advised (Wassoi'naa) those 

who (Ellaziina) were given (Uutu') the Book (El'Kitaaba) before you (Min Qab'li-kum') as well as (Wa) you 

(Iyyakum') that (Ani) beware of GOD (Ettaqu'llaha), but (Wa) if (In) you disbelieve (Tak'furu'), then (Fa)

indeed (Inna), to GOD belongs (Lillahi) whatever (Maa) is in (Fii) the heavens (Es'Samaawaati) and the earth 

(Wal' Ar'di). And (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) is (Kaana) Rich (Ganiyyan) and Praiseworthy (Hamiidaa).

🍒৪:১৩২(Verses reminding us to trust in God).

وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ ۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِاللَّهِ وَكِيلًا

আকাশমণ্ডলত যি আছে আৰু পৃথিৱীত যি আছে সেই সকলো আল্লাহৰেই, আৰু কাৰ্যোদ্ধাৰত আল্লাহেই যথেষ্ট।

[4:132] And (Wa) to GOD belongs (Lillahi) whatever (Maa) is in (Fii) the heavens (Es'Samaawaati) and 

whatever (Wamaa) is on earth (Fiil' Ar'di). And (Wa) sufficient is GOD (Kafaa Bi-llahi) as a Representative 

(Wakiilaa).

🍒৪:১৩৩

إِنْ يَشَأْ يُذْهِبْكُمْ أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ وَيَأْتِ بِآخَرِينَ ۚ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ قَدِيرًا

হে মানৱ! তেওঁ ইচ্ছা কৰিলে তোমালোকক অপসাৰিত কৰি আন লোকক আনিব পাৰে; আৰু আল্লাহে এই কাম কৰিবলৈ সম্পূৰ্ণ সক্ষম।

[4:133] If (In) HE wills (Yasha'), HE can remove you (Yuz'hib'kum'), O (Ayyuha) people (En'Naasu), and (Wa)

bring (Ya'ti Bi) others (Aakhariina). And (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) is (Kaana) capable of (Qadiira Ålaa) that (Zaalika).

🍒৪:১৩৪

مَنْ كَانَ يُرِيدُ ثَوَابَ الدُّنْيَا فَعِنْدَ اللَّهِ ثَوَابُ الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ ۚ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ سَمِيعًا بَصِيرًا

যিয়ে পৃথিৱীৰ প্ৰতিদান বিচাৰে তেন্তে (সি জানি লোৱা উচিত যে) পৃথিৱী আৰু আখিৰাতৰ পুৰষ্কাৰ কেৱল আল্লাহৰ ওচৰতেই; আৰু আল্লাহ সৰ্বশ্ৰোতা, সৰ্বদ্ৰষ্টা।

[4:134] Whoever (Man Kaana) desires (Yuriidu) the reward (Thawaaba) of the world (Ed'Dun'ya), then (Fa)

with GOD (Endallahi) is the reward (Thawaabu) of the world (Ed'Dun'ya) and the hereafter (Wal' Aakhirati). 

And (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) is (Kaana) Hearing (Samiiå) and Seeing (Basiira).

4:134 Whoever desires the reward of the world, let him know that with God is the reward of the world and the Hereafter. God is ever Hearer, Seer.
