4:60-63(HYPOCRITES AVOID INTERACTION WITH BELIEVERS)(Indeed it is Shaitan who leads
them astray).
4:61(Hypocrites don't want to settle their disputes to the Divine Order).
4:63(You(Prophet) shall ignore the hypocrites, enlighten them, and give them good advice that may save their souls).
4:64(Unquestioning Submission: Quality of the True Believers)(Obey the Messenger; Accept the Rule of Divine Law-See Notes).
4:65(Rasool judged through divine revelation ie Quran-see Note).
4:66-68(Those have Eiman more firm, Allah has surely given them

أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّهُمْ آمَنُوا بِمَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْكَ وَمَا أُنْزِلَ مِنْ قَبْلِكَ يُرِيدُونَ أَنْ يَتَحَاكَمُوا إِلَى الطَّاغُوتِ وَقَدْ أُمِرُوا أَنْ يَكْفُرُوا بِهِ وَيُرِيدُ الشَّيْطَانُ أَنْ يُضِلَّهُمْ ضَلَالًا بَعِيدًا
তুমি সিহঁতক দেখা নাইনে? যিসকলে দাবী কৰে যে, তোমাৰ প্ৰতি যি অৱতীৰ্ণ হৈছে আৰু তোমাৰ পূৰ্বে যি অৱতীৰ্ণ হৈছে তাত সিহঁতে ঈমান আনিছে, অথচ সিহঁতে তাগুতৰ ওচৰত বিচাৰপ্ৰাৰ্থী হ’ব বিচাৰে, যদিও সেইটোক প্ৰত্যাখ্যান কৰাৰ বাবে সিহঁতক নিৰ্দেশ দিয়া হৈছিল; আৰু চয়তানে সিহঁতক ভীষণভাৱে পথভ্ৰষ্ট কৰিব বিচাৰে।

[4:60] Have you not (Alam') considered (Tara ilaa) those who (Ellaziina) are claiming (Yaz'umuuna) that
they (Annahum) believe (Aamanu') in what (Bimaa) has been revealed (Unzila) to you (s) (ilai'ka) and what
(Wamaa) was revealed (Unzila) before you (Min Qab'li-ka), desiring (Yuriiduuna) to (An) be litigating
(Yatahaakamuu') to (ilaa) idols (Ettoaguuti), while (Wa) they have been (Qad') commanded (Umiruu') to (An)
disbelieve (Yak'furu') in such (Bihi)? But (Wa) the devil (Es'Shai'toanu) intends (Yuriidu) to (An) mislead
them (Yudilla-hum’) far (Baeedaa) astray (Dolaala).

📍Verse/Note
4:60- This is the way of the true Momineen. On the other hand, you will find people who assert that they
believe in what has been revealed to you and what was revealed before but desire to take their disputes to
authorities other than Allah although they were asked to reject such authorities. Indeed it is Shaitan who leads
them astray(pz).

وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ تَعَالَوْا إِلَىٰ مَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ وَإِلَى الرَّسُولِ رَأَيْتَ الْمُنَافِقِينَ يَصُدُّونَ عَنْكَ صُدُودًا
সিহঁতক যেতিয়া কোৱা হয়, আল্লাহে যি অৱতীৰ্ণ কৰিছে তাৰ পিনে আৰু ৰাছুলৰ পিনে আহা, তেতিয়া তুমি মুনাফিকসকলক দেখিবা যে, সিহঁতে তোমাৰ পৰা ফালৰি কাটি আঁতৰি গৈছে।

[4:61] And (Wa) when (Izaa) it is said (Qiila) to them (Lahum'), "Come (Ta'åålaw') to (ilaa) what (Maa) GOD
has sent down (Anzala-llahu) and (Wa) to (ilaa) the Messenger (Er'Rasuuli)," you see (Ra'ai'ta) the hypocrites
(El'Munaafiqiina) turning away (Yusudduuna) from you (Ånka) in refusal (Suduudaa).

4:61 When these Munafiqeen are asked that they should refer their disputes to the Divine Order, they turn away in disgust(pz).

4:61 When they are told, “Come to what God has revealed and come to the Messenger”, you see the hypocrites shunning you completely(as).

🏵️৪:৬২
فَكَيْفَ إِذَا أَصَابَتْهُمْ مُصِيبَةٌ بِمَا قَدَّمَتْ أَيْدِيهِمْ ثُمَّ جَاءُوكَ يَحْلِفُونَ بِاللَّهِ إِنْ أَرَدْنَا إِلَّا إِحْسَانًا وَتَوْفِيقًا
এতেকে তেতিয়া সিহঁতৰ কি অৱস্থা হ’ব, যেতিয়া সিহঁতৰ কৃতকৰ্মৰ বাবে সিহঁতে কোনো মুছিবতত পতিত হ’ব? তাৰ পিছত সিহঁতে আল্লাহৰ শপত লৈ তোমাৰ ওচৰত আহি ক’ব, ‘আমি কল্যাণ আৰু সম্প্ৰীতিৰ বাহিৰে আন একো বিচৰা নাছিলো’।

[4:62] So (Fa) how (Kai'fa)
will it be when (Izaa) a misfortune (Musiibatu) strikes them (Asoabat'hum) for what
(Bimaa) their hands (Ai'dii-him') have sent forth (Qaddamat'), and then (Thumma) they will come to you (s) (Jaa'uu-ka) swearing (Yah'lifuuna) by GOD (Billahi), "We only (In' illaa) intended (Arad'naa) goodness
(Ih'saanan) and (Wa) conformation (Taw'fiiqaa)!"

أُولَٰئِكَ الَّذِينَ يَعْلَمُ اللَّهُ مَا فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ فَأَعْرِضْ عَنْهُمْ وَعِظْهُمْ وَقُلْ لَهُمْ فِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ قَوْلًا بَلِيغًا
ইহঁতৰ অন্তৰত কি আছে সেয়া আল্লাহে ভালদৰে জানে। সেয়ে তুমি সিহঁতক বৰ্জন কৰা, সিহঁতক সদুপদেশ দিয়া আৰু সিহঁতৰ লগত সিহঁতৰ নিজৰ বিষয়ে মৰ্মস্পৰ্শকাৰী কথা কোৱা।

[4:63] Those (U'laaika) are the ones whom (Ellaziina) GOD will expose (Ya'lamu-llahu) what (Maa) is in
(Fii) their hearts (Quluubi-him'), so (Fa) turn away from them (A'rid' Ån'hum'), admonish them (Ez'hum'),
and (Wa) speak to them (Qul Lahum') about (Fii) their souls (Anfusi-him') a speech (Qaw'la) of eloquence
(Baliigaa).

🏵️৪:৬৪(Obey the Messenger; Accept the Rule of Law).
وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا مِنْ رَسُولٍ إِلَّا لِيُطَاعَ بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ ۚ وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ إِذْ ظَلَمُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ جَاءُوكَ فَاسْتَغْفَرُوا اللَّهَ وَاسْتَغْفَرَ لَهُمُ الرَّسُولُ لَوَجَدُوا اللَّهَ تَوَّابًا رَحِيمًا
আৰু আমি যিকোনো ৰাছুল প্ৰেৰণ কৰিছো সেয়া কেৱল এইবাবে যে, যাতে আল্লাহৰ অনুমতিক্ৰমে তেওঁলোকৰ আনুগত্য কৰা হয়, যেতিয়া সিহঁতে নিজৰ প্ৰতি অন্যায় কৰে তেতিয়া সিহঁতে তোমাৰ ওচৰত আহিলে আৰু আল্লাহৰ ওচৰত ক্ষমা প্ৰাৰ্থনা কৰিলে আৰু ৰাছুলেও সিহঁতৰ বিষয়ে ক্ষমা বিচাৰিলে সিহঁতে নিশ্চয় আল্লাহক পৰম ক্ষমাশীল আৰু পৰম দয়ালুৰূপে পাব।

[4:64] And (Wa) We do not (Maa) send (Ar'sal'naa) any (Min) messenger (Rasuulin) except (illa) to (Li) be
obeyed (Yutoa'å) by (Bi) the permission of GOD (Iz'ni-llahi). And (Wa) if only (Law' Anna-) when (Iz) they
(-hum') wronged (Zolamuu') their souls (Anfusa-hum'), they had come to you (s)
(Jaa'uu-ka) to (Fa) seek the
forgiveness of GOD (Estag'faru'llaha), and (Wa) the Messenger (Er'Rasuulu) had sought forgiveness
(Estag'fara) for them (Lahumu), they would have (La) found GOD (Wajadu'llaha) Compassionate
(Tawwaaban) and Merciful (Rahiimaa).

📍Verse/Note-1
4:64 We do not send a messenger except to be obeyed by God's leave. Had they come to you when they had wronged themselves and sought God's forgiveness, and the messenger sought forgiveness for them, they would have then found God to be Pardoning, Compassionate.

The divine message delivered by the messenger should be acknowledged and obeyed. Additionally, when the messenger is alive as an elected leader, his instructions and judgment should be obeyed, as long as his instructions are in conformity with known facts (60:12). The live messenger, as a fallible human, must consult people around him (3:159). The messenger of God cannot issue rules in the name of God, and like everyone else he is also responsible for following God's judgment (5:48). We may pray for the forgiveness of our friends and subordinates if their mistake involves us. Also, see 12:98(edip).

📍Verse/Note-2
4:64 We have sent no Messenger but that he should be obeyed in accordance with God’s will. If they come to you (O Messenger) when they have wronged themselves, and ask God for the protection of forgiveness and the Messenger prays for their forgiveness, they will find God Acceptor of repentance, Merciful.

The Messengers were not sent with empty hypotheses, but to show people how to establish an equitable society in which people flourish individually and collectively. They attain personal development and become worthy of immortal life in the Paradise 89:29. If anyone transgresses His laws, he or she must come to the Central Authority of the Divine System to make amends by restoring human rights. Sitting back at home and praying in hiding would not help 9:102, 20:82, 5:10. The Messenger had inculcated such moral order in the hearts and in the society where one became the watcher over one's own ‘self’ 8:74, 9:100, 48:29, 58:4, 59:8. There is plenty of room for making amends, and for mercy in the Divine System(sa).

فَلَا وَرَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ حَتَّىٰ يُحَكِّمُوكَ فِيمَا شَجَرَ بَيْنَهُمْ ثُمَّ لَا يَجِدُوا فِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ حَرَجًا مِمَّا قَضَيْتَ وَيُسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيمًا
কিন্তু নহয়, তোমাৰ প্ৰতিপালকৰ শপত! সিহঁত মুমিন হ’ব নোৱাৰে যেতিয়ালৈকে সিহঁতে সিহঁতৰ মাজত সৃষ্টি হোৱা বিবাদ-বিসম্বাদৰ বিচাৰ কাৰ্যত তোমাক মীমাংসাকাৰী হিচাপে মানি নলয়; তাৰ পিছত তোমাৰ মীমাংসা সম্পৰ্কে সিহঁতৰ মনত কোনো দ্বিধা থাকিব নালাগে আৰু যেতিয়ালৈকে সেয়া সৰ্বান্তকৰণে মানি নলয়।

[4:65] But (Fa) no (Laa), by (Wa) your LORD (Rabbi-ka), they do not (Laa) believe (Yu'minuuna) until
(Hattaa) they make you judge (4:105*) (Yuhakkimuu-ka) in whatever (Fiimaa) they dispute (Shajara) among
themselves (Bai'nahum') and (Thumma) should find (Yajidu') no (Laa) difficulty (Harajan) within (Fii)
themselves (Anfusi-him') from what (Mimmaa) you have decided (Qadoi'ta) and (Wa) to submit (Yusallimu')
with submission (📍33:56) (Tas'liimaa).
(৪:১০৫*
إِنَّا أَنْزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ بِالْحَقِّ لِتَحْكُمَ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ بِمَا أَرَاكَ اللَّهُ ۚ وَلَا تَكُنْ لِلْخَائِنِينَ خَصِيمًا
নিশ্চয় আমি তোমাৰ প্ৰতি সত্যসহ কিতাব অৱতীৰ্ণ কৰিছো, যাতে আল্লাহে তোমাক যি জনাইছে সেই অনুযায়ী তুমি মানুহৰ মাজত বিচাৰ মীমাংসা কৰিব পাৰা; আৰু তুমি বিশ্বাস ভঙ্গকাৰীসকলৰ সমৰ্থনত তৰ্ক নকৰিবা।

৩৩:৫৬📍
إِنَّ اللَّهَ وَمَلَائِكَتَهُ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ۚ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا صَلُّوا عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيمًا
🔵নিশ্চয় আল্লাহে নবীৰ প্ৰশংসা কৰে আৰু তেওঁৰ ফিৰিস্তাসকলে নবীৰ বাবে দুআ আৰু ইছতিগফাৰ কৰে। হে ঈমান্দাৰসকল! তোমালোকেও নবীৰ প্ৰতি দৰূদ❌ পাঠ কৰা আৰু তেওঁক যথাযথভাৱে ছালাম জনোৱা।
কোৰআন অনুসৰি শুদ্ধ অনুবাদ:
🔵আল্লাহ আৰু তেওঁৰ ফেৰেস্তাসকলে নবীক ‘য়াছালুন’ (সহায়) কৰে। হে মুমিন সকল! তেওঁক ‘ছাল্লু আলাইহি’ আৰু ‘ছল্লীমু তাছলিমান’ৰে সমৰ্থন কৰক (তেওঁক সম্পূৰ্ণ হৃদয়েৰে গ্ৰহণ কৰক)। ৩৩:৫৬
(God and His Controllers Supported the
Prophet:
33:56 God and His controllers support the prophet. O you who acknowledge, you shall support him, and yield completely.
Note.
This verse is one of the most distorted and abused verses. We translated the word salli ala as "support/encourage." The same word occurs at 33:43 and 9:99. When these verses are studied comparatively, the traditional abuse and distortion becomes evident. Through this distortion, Muslim masses are led to commemorate and praise Muhammed's name day and night, rather than his Lord's and Master's name (33:41). Also, see 2:157; 2:136; and 3:84.edip.)

4:65 Allah stands witness that these persons cannot claim to be Momineen until they make you (O Rasool) the judge in their disputes and thereafter do not find any vexation in their hearts over what you decide, and
submit to your decisions wholeheartedly(pz).

وَأَنْزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ بِالْحَقِّ مُصَدِّقًا لِمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ مِنَ الْكِتَابِ وَمُهَيْمِنًا عَلَيْهِ ۖ فَاحْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ ۖ وَلَا تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ عَمَّا جَاءَكَ مِنَ الْحَقِّ ۚ لِكُلٍّ جَعَلْنَا مِنْكُمْ شِرْعَةً وَمِنْهَاجًا ۚ وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ لَجَعَلَكُمْ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً وَلَٰكِنْ لِيَبْلُوَكُمْ فِي مَا آتَاكُمْ ۖ فَاسْتَبِقُوا الْخَيْرَاتِ ۚ إِلَى اللَّهِ مَرْجِعُكُمْ جَمِيعًا فَيُنَبِّئُكُمْ بِمَا كُنْتُمْ فِيهِ تَخْتَلِفُونَ
আৰু আমি তোমাৰ প্ৰতি সত্যসহ কিতাব অৱতীৰ্ণ কৰিছো, ইয়াৰ পূৰ্বে অৱতীৰ্ণ হোৱা কিতাবসমূহৰ সত্যতা প্ৰতিপন্নকাৰী আৰু সেইবোৰৰ তদাৰককাৰীৰূপে। এতেকে আল্লাহে যি অৱতীৰ্ণ কৰিছে সেই অনুযায়ী তুমি সিহঁতৰ বিচাৰ নিষ্পত্তি কৰা আৰু যি সত্য তোমাৰ ওচৰলৈ আহিছে সেইটো এৰি সিহঁতৰ প্ৰবৃত্তিৰ অনুসৰণ নকৰিবা। তোমালোকৰ প্ৰত্যেকৰে বাবে আমি একোটাকৈ চৰীয়ত আৰু স্পষ্ট পথ নিৰ্ধাৰণ কৰি দিছো। আৰু আল্লাহে ইচ্ছা কৰিলে তোমালোকক এটা উম্মত কৰিব পাৰিলেহেঁতেন, কিন্তু তেওঁ তোমালোকক যি প্ৰদান কৰিছে তাৰ দ্বাৰা তোমালোকক পৰীক্ষা কৰিব বিচাৰে। সেয়ে তোমালোকে সৎকামত প্ৰতিযোগিতা কৰা। আল্লাহৰ পিনেই তোমালোক সকলোৰেই প্ৰত্যাৱৰ্তনস্থল। এতেকে তোমালোকে যি বিষয়ত মতভেদ কৰিছিলা, সেই বিষয়ে তেওঁ তোমালোকক অৱগত কৰাব।

🏵️৪:৬৬
وَلَوْ أَنَّا كَتَبْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ أَنِ اقْتُلُوا أَنْفُسَكُمْ أَوِ اخْرُجُوا مِنْ دِيَارِكُمْ مَا فَعَلُوهُ إِلَّا قَلِيلٌ مِنْهُمْ ۖ وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ فَعَلُوا مَا يُوعَظُونَ بِهِ لَكَانَ خَيْرًا لَهُمْ وَأَشَدَّ تَثْبِيتًا
আৰু যদি আমি সিহঁতক আদেশ কৰিলোহেঁতেন যে, তোমালোকে নিজেই নিজকে হত্যা কৰা অথবা নিজ ঘৰৰ পৰা ওলাই যোৱা তেন্তে সিহঁতৰ কিছু সংখ্যকেই এই আদেশ পালন কৰিলেহেঁতেন। যিটো সিহঁতক আদেশ কৰা হৈছিল সেয়া সিহঁতে পালন কৰিলে সিহঁতৰ ভাল হ’লহেঁতেন আৰু চিত্তস্থিৰতাত সিহঁত দৃঢ়তৰ হ’লহেঁতেন।

[4:66] And (Wa) if (Law) We had (Anna) decreed to them (Katab'naa Ålai'him) that (Ani), "Kill (Eq'tuluu')
yourselves (Anfusa-kum)" or (Awi) "Go out (Ekh'ruju') of (Min) your homes (Diyaari-kum)," they would not
(Maa) have done it (Faåluu-hu), except (illa) a few (Qaliilun) of them (Min'hum). And (Wa) if only they
(Law' Anna-hum) had done (Faålu') what (Maa) they were exhorted (Yuu'åzuuna Bihi), it would have (La)
been (Kaana) better (Khai'ran) for them (Lahum) and stronger (Ashadda) in stabilization (Tath'biitaa).

📍Verse/Note:
4:66-68 Those who do not accept Deen in this way, if asked to leave their homes or go to the battlefield for the cause of Allah, will not do so, excepting a few. If they had done what Allah had counselled them to do, it
would have been better for them and their
Eiman would have become more firm. Allah has surely given them
a great reward and guided them to the straight path(pz).

4:66 Had We decreed for them, "Face yourselves," or "Leave your land," they would not have done so except for a few of them. If they had done what they were advised with, it would have been better for them and helped to strengthen them.
.
The phrase traditionally being translated as "kill yourselves" can be read as "faqbilu anfusakum", that is "face yourselves" or "accept yourselves." Here, it is an alternative to leaving the land. It means, either look at the mirror and change yourselves or leave the land. See 2:54(Kill Your Ego)(edip).

🏵️৪:৬৭
وَإِذًا لَآتَيْنَاهُمْ مِنْ لَدُنَّا أَجْرًا عَظِيمًا
আৰু অৱশ্যে তেতিয়া আমি সিহঁতক আমাৰ তৰফৰ পৰা মহাপুৰষ্কাৰ প্ৰদান কৰিলোহেঁতেন।

[4:67] And (Wa) then (Izan) We would have (La) given them (Aatai'naa-hum) a great (Åziiman) reward
(Aj'ran) from Us (Min Ladunnaa).

🏵️৪:৬৮
وَلَهَدَيْنَاهُمْ صِرَاطًا مُسْتَقِيمًا
আৰু অৱশ্যে আমি সিহঁতক সৰল পথত পৰিচালিত কৰিলোহেঁতেন।
.
[4:68] And (Wa) We would have (La) guided them (Hadai'naa-hum') to a straight (Mus'taqiimaa) path (Siraatoan).
