🍇 POINTS TO BE NOTED:81(4:52-59)

4:51-52[Those believe in JIBT(False doctrines) and TAAGHOOT(Any forces believed to have Divine powers), they deprive themselves of Allah's Blessings).

4:54(God does not favor any nation arbitrarily.He is the Lord of all humanity -114:1).

4:55(In Abraham - implying that they are faithful to his message. It is to be borne in mind that the Prophet Muhammad, too, was a direct-line descendant of Abraham, whose message is confirmed and continued in the Qur'an).

4:55-57(Momineen will achieve success after success because as a result of following Allah s Laws, they possess both power and vision-see note).

4:58(To establish the Quranic System, it is necessary to entrust responsibility to those who are 

capable of discharging it).

4:59(obey God and obey the messenger and those entrusted amongst you-SEE V.SPECIAL NOTES).

أُولَٰئِكَ الَّذِينَ لَعَنَهُمُ اللَّهُ ۖ وَمَنْ يَلْعَنِ اللَّهُ فَلَنْ تَجِدَ لَهُ نَصِيرًا

ইহঁতেই সেইসকল লোক যিসকলৰ ওপৰত আল্লাহে অভিসম্পাত কৰিছে আৰু আল্লাহে যাক অভিসম্পাত কৰে তুমি কেতিয়াও তাৰ কোনো সহায়কাৰী নাপাবা।

[4:52] Those (U'laa'ika) are the ones (Ellaziina) whom (-humu) GOD (Ellahu) has cursed (Laåna-), and 

whoever (Waman) GOD (Ellahu) curses (Yal'åni), then (Fa) you will never (Lan) find (Tajida) a helper 

(Nasiiraa) for him (Lahu).

📍Verse/Note:

4:51-52 Have you not marked those who were given a portion of the Book but they follow self-made rituals 

and obey authorities which they have set up alongside Allah? They say that the K afireen are better guided 

than the Momineen. They deprive themselves of Allah s Blessings. Those who are thus deprived can have no 

helper(pz).

أَمْ لَهُمْ نَصِيبٌ مِنَ الْمُلْكِ فَإِذًا لَا يُؤْتُونَ النَّاسَ نَقِيرًا

ৰাষ্ট্ৰ শক্তিত সিহঁতৰ কোনো অংশ🦋 আছে নেকি? যদি থাকিলহেঁতেন তেতিয়া সিহঁতে খেজুৰৰ গুটিৰ ওপৰত থকা আৱৰণ পৰিমাণো কোনো বস্তু মানুহক নিদিলেহেঁতেন।

(🦋An allusion to the Jewish belief that they occupy a privileged position in the sight of God)(sa).

[4:53] Or (Am') do they have (Lahum') a share (Nasiibun) of (Mina) the dominion (El'Mul'ki)? Then (Fa) in 

that case (Izaa), they would not (Laa) give (Yu'tuuna) the people (En'Naasa)

as much as a hilum (Naqiiraa).

4:53 Do the people who make claims of divination and clairvoyance have a share in the Divine Kingdom? But if they did, they would not give humanity as much as a grain. [4:124, 35:13]

(৪:১২৪

وَمَنْ يَعْمَلْ مِنَ الصَّالِحَاتِ مِنْ ذَكَرٍ أَوْ أُنْثَىٰ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ فَأُولَٰئِكَ يَدْخُلُونَ الْجَنَّةَ وَلَا يُظْلَمُونَ نَقِيرًا

আৰু পুৰুষ বা নাৰীৰ মাজত কোনোবাই ঈমানৰ অৱস্থাত সৎকৰ্ম কৰিলে, তেওঁলোক জান্নাতত প্ৰৱেশ কৰিব আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ প্ৰতি অণু পৰিমাণো অন্যায় কৰা নহ’ব।

৩৫:১৩

يُولِجُ اللَّيْلَ فِي النَّهَارِ وَيُولِجُ النَّهَارَ فِي اللَّيْلِ وَسَخَّرَ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ كُلٌّ يَجْرِي لِأَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى ۚ ذَٰلِكُمُ اللَّهُ رَبُّكُمْ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ ۚ وَالَّذِينَ تَدْعُونَ مِنْ دُونِهِ مَا يَمْلِكُونَ مِنْ قِطْمِيرٍ

তেৱেঁই ৰাতিক দিনৰ মাজত প্ৰৱেশ কৰায় আৰু দিনক প্ৰৱেশ কৰায় ৰাতিত, তেৱেঁই সূৰ্য আৰু চন্দ্ৰক কৰিছে নিয়মাধীন; প্ৰত্যেকটোৱে পৰিভ্ৰমণ কৰে এটা নিৰ্দিষ্ট সময়লৈকে। তেৱেঁই আল্লাহ তোমালোকৰ ৰব। আধিপত্য তেওঁৰেই। তোমালোকে তেওঁৰ পৰিবৰ্তে যিবোৰক আহ্বান কৰা সিহঁতে এটা খেজুৰ গুটিৰ পাতল আৱৰণৰো অধিকাৰী নহয়।)

🍇৪:৫৪

أَمْ يَحْسُدُونَ النَّاسَ عَلَىٰ مَا آتَاهُمُ اللَّهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ ۖ فَقَدْ آتَيْنَا آلَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْكِتَابَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ وَآتَيْنَاهُمْ مُلْكًا عَظِيمًا

অথবা আল্লাহে নিজ অনুগ্ৰহত মানুহক যি প্ৰদান কৰিছে সেইবাবে সিহঁতে মানুহক ঈৰ্ষা কৰে নেকি? তেনেহ’লে আমিতো ইব্ৰাহীমৰ বংশধৰসকলকো কিতাব আৰু হিকমত প্ৰদান কৰিছিলো আৰু আমি তেওঁলোকক বিশাল ৰাজ্য দান কৰিছিলো।

[4:54] Or (Am') do they envy (Yah'suduuna) the people (En'Naasa) for (Ålaa) what (Maa) GOD (Ellahu) has 

given them (Aataa-humu) of (Min) HIS favour (Fad'li-hi)? For (Fa) We had already (Qad') given (Aatai'naa)

the family (Aala) of Abraham (Ib'raahiima) the Book (El'Kitaaba) and Wisdom (Wal' Hik'mata), and (Wa) We 

gave them (Aatai'naa-hum) a great (Åziimaa) kingdom (Mul'kan).

📍Verse/Note:

4:54 The reason for their attitude is that they are envious of those to whom Allah has bestowed His 

bounties. Allah had given the people of Abraham not only the revealed Code of life but also wisdom and had 

conferred upon them a great kingdom(pz).

4:54 Or do they envy other people whom God has given of His bounty? (But, God does not favor any nation arbitrarily. He is the Lord of all humanity. 114:1). We gave the Children of Abraham the scripture, the law and wisdom, and We gave them a great kingdom(pz).

🍇৪:৫৫

فَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ آمَنَ بِهِ وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ صَدَّ عَنْهُ ۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِجَهَنَّمَ سَعِيرًا

তাৰ পিছত সিহঁতৰ কিছুমানে ঈমান আনিছিল আৰু আন কিছুমানে ইয়াৰ পৰা বিমুখ হৈছিল; দগ্ধকাৰী হিচাপে জাহান্নামেই যথেষ্ট।

[4:55] Thus (Fa) among them (Min'hum) were those who (Man') believed (Aamana), and (Wa) among them 

(Min'hum) were those who (Man) turned away from it (Sodda Ån'hu), but (Wa) Hell (Jahannama) is 

sufficient (Kafaa Bi) as an inferno (Saeeraa).

📍Verse/Note:

4:55-57- Some of them believed in Allah and some of them turned away from Him. For the latter, the life of hell is appropriate. 

 Tell those who discredit Our Laws, that they will be ruined. Gathering all their forces they will come 

to the battlefield and be defeated. They will again amass their forces and return to the battle-field and be defeated again. Surely, Allah is mighty and wise. 

 (The Jamaat-ul-Momineen will achieve success after success because as a result of following Allah s Laws, they possess both power and vision.) They will be admitted into gardens in which streams flow and 

where there is a deep shade, to abide therein forever. There they shall have companions of pure and sublime 

character(pz).

🍇৪:৫৬

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِآيَاتِنَا سَوْفَ نُصْلِيهِمْ نَارًا كُلَّمَا نَضِجَتْ جُلُودُهُمْ بَدَّلْنَاهُمْ جُلُودًا غَيْرَهَا لِيَذُوقُوا الْعَذَابَ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَزِيزًا حَكِيمًا

নিশ্চয় যিসকলে আমাৰ আয়াতসমূহক অস্বীকাৰ কৰে আমি সিহঁতক জুইত প্ৰৱেশ কৰাম; যেতিয়াই সিহঁতৰ ছাল জুইত পুৰি পকি যাব তেতিয়াই ইয়াৰ ঠাইত নতুন ছাল সলনি কৰি দিম, যাতে সিহঁতে শাস্তি ভোগ কৰিব পাৰে। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ পৰাক্ৰমশালী, প্ৰজ্ঞাময়।

[4:56] Indeed (Inna), those who (Ellaziina) disbelieved (Kafaru') in (Bi) Our verses (Aayaati-naa); We will 

(Saw'fa) burn them (-Nus'lii-him') in fire (Naaran). Whenever (Kullamaa) their skins (Juluudu-hum) have

roasted (Nadijat'), We will replace them (Baddal'naa-hum') with other (Gai'rahaa) skins (Juluudan) that (Li)

they may taste (Yazuuqu') the punishment (El'Åzaaba). Indeed, GOD (Innallaha) is Almighty (Åziizan) and 

Wise (Hakiimaa).

🍇৪:৫৭

وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ سَنُدْخِلُهُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا أَبَدًا ۖ لَهُمْ فِيهَا أَزْوَاجٌ مُطَهَّرَةٌ ۖ وَنُدْخِلُهُمْ ظِلًّا ظَلِيلًا

আৰু যিসকলে ঈমান আনিছে আৰু নেক আমল কৰিছে, অতি শীঘ্ৰে আমি সিহঁতক এনেকুৱা জান্নাতত প্ৰৱেশ কৰাম, যাৰ তলত নিজৰাসমূহ প্ৰবাহিত; তাত সিহঁত চিৰস্থায়ী হ’ব, তাত সিহঁতৰ বাবে পৱিত্ৰ স্ত্ৰী থাকিব আৰু সিহঁতক আমি বিস্তৃত ঘন ছাঁত আশ্ৰয় দান কৰিম।

[4:57] As for (Wa) those who (Ellaziina) believed (Aamanu') and (Wa) did (Åmilu) good deeds (Es'Soalihaati), 

We will admit them (Sa Nud'khilu-hum') into gardens (Jannaatin) beneath which (Min Tah'ti-ha) rivers 

(El'An'haaru) flow (Taj'rii); eternally (Khaalidiina) therein (Fiihaa) forever (Abadan). They will have (Lahum')

purified (Mutohharatun) mates (Az'waajun) therein (Fiihaa), and (Wa) We will admit them (Nud'khilu-hum')

to a shaded (Zoliilaa) shelter (Zillan).

🍇৪:৫৮(Elect/Appoint Qualified People and Observe Justice).

۞ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَأْمُرُكُمْ أَنْ تُؤَدُّوا الْأَمَانَاتِ إِلَىٰ أَهْلِهَا وَإِذَا حَكَمْتُمْ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ أَنْ تَحْكُمُوا بِالْعَدْلِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ نِعِمَّا يَعِظُكُمْ بِهِ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ سَمِيعًا بَصِيرًا

নিশ্চয় আল্লাহে তোমালোকক আমানতসমূহ তাৰ গৰাকীলৈ ঘূৰাই দিয়াৰ নিৰ্দেশ দিছে। তোমালোকে যেতিয়া মানুহৰ মাজত বিচাৰকাৰ্য পৰিচালনা কৰিবা তেতিয়া তোমালোকে ন্যায়পৰায়ণতাৰ সৈতে বিচাৰ কৰিবা। আল্লাহে তোমালোকক যি উপদেশ দিয়ে সেয়া কিমান যে উৎকৃষ্ট! নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সৰ্বশ্ৰোতা, সৰ্বদ্ৰষ্টা।

[4:58] Indeed, GOD (Innallaha) commands you (Ya'muru-kum') to (An) return (Tuaddu') loyalties

(El'Amaanaati) to (ilaa) their people (Ah'li-haa), and (Wa) when (Izaa) you judge (Hakam'tum) among 

(Bai'na) people (En'Naasi) to (An) judge (Tah'kumu') with justice (Bil' Åd'li). Indeed, GOD (Innallaha)

admonishes you (Yaezu-kum) with (Bihi) comfort (Niemmaa). Indeed, GOD (Innallaha) is (Kaana) Hearing 

(Samiiån) and Seeing (Basiiraa).

📍Verse/Note:

4:58- In order to establish the Quranic System, it is necessary to entrust responsibility to those who are 

capable of discharging it. All matters should be decided justly. This is excellent counsel which Allah is giving 

you for Allah hears and sees all(pz).

🍇৪:৫৯

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْكُمْ ۖ فَإِنْ تَنَازَعْتُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَالرَّسُولِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ خَيْرٌ وَأَحْسَنُ تَأْوِيلًا

হে মুমিনসকল! তোমালোকে আল্লাহৰ আনুগত্য কৰা আৰু ৰাছুলৰ আনুগত্য কৰা লগতে আনুগত্য কৰা তোমালোকৰ মাজৰ ক্ষমতাশীলসকলৰ, তাৰ পিছত তোমালোকৰ মাজত কোনো বিষয় লৈ মতভেদ ঘটিলে সেয়া উপস্থাপন কৰা আল্লাহ আৰু তেওঁৰ ৰাছুলৰ ওচৰত, যদি তোমালোকে আল্লাহ আৰু আখিৰাতক বিশ্বাস কৰা। এই পন্থাই উত্তম আৰু পৰিণামত প্ৰকৃষ্টতৰ।

[4:59] O you (Yaa Ayyuha) who (Ellaziina) have believed (Aamanuu'), obey GOD (Atiiu'llaha) and (Wa) obey 

(Atiiu') the Messenger (Er'Rasuula), as well as (Wa) those in authority (U'liil' Am'ri) among you (Minkum'). 

And (Fa) if (In) you dispute with each other (Tanaaza'tum) about (Fii) anything (Shai'in), then (Fa) refer it 

(Rudduu-hu) to GOD (ilaallahi) and (Wa) the Messenger (Er'Rasuuli), if (In) you should (Kuntum') believe 

(Tu'minuuna) in GOD (Billahi) and the Last Day (Wal' Yaw'mil' Aakhiri). That (Zaalika) is better (Khai'run)

and (Wa) best (Ah'sanu) in interpretation (Ta'wiilaa).

📍Verse/Note-1

4:59 O you who acknowledge, obey God and obey the messenger and those entrusted amongst you. But if you dispute in any matter, then you shall refer it to God and His messenger, if you acknowledge God and the Last day. That is better and a more suitable solution.

Obeying a messenger while he is a leader or obeying elected or appointed officers does not mean taking their words or commands as "God's commandment" or absolute, infallible, unchangeable and universal law.

One of the most frequently cited Quranic instructions by the followers of hadith and sunna is "obey God and His Messenger" (4:59). Let us briefly discuss this example to see better the nature of abuse, and how thousands of hadith rabbits are produced from empty hats. Obeying Bukhari, a narrator of hearsay, is not obeying the messenger. Obeying the messenger is obeying the complete, perfect and fully detailed Quran. Verse 25:73 describes the attitude of believers towards God's revelations. But the followers of hadith and sunna are very good in ignoring them. They do not see 6:19, 7:3, and 50:45, which say that the only teaching delivered by God's messenger was the Quran. They do not think that Muhammed practiced the Quran, and the Quran alone (5:48, 49). They do not hear Muhammed's only complaint about his people (25:30). They do not understand that Muhammed disowns those who do not understand that the Quran is enough and fully detailed (6:114). The first verse of Chapter 9 states that an ultimatum is issued from God and His messenger. Muslims acknowledge that verses about the ultimatum are entirely from God. God did not consult Muhammed about the ultimatum. Muhammed's only mission was to deliver God's message (16:35; 24:54). Thus, the reason that God included the messenger in 9:1 is not because he was another authority in issuing it, but because he participated as the deliverer of the ultimatum. Similarly, because people receive God's message through messengers, we are ordered to obey the messengers. We also know that the Quran is a permanent messenger (65:11), and the Quran is a reminder and deliverer of good news (41:4; 11:2).
