🔵 Today's-Remarks: Whoever kills a human being, unless it be for murder or bloody crimes on the earth, it would be as if he killed all mankind.And whoever saves the life of one human being it would be as if he saved the life of all mankind-5:32

5:27-30{আদমৰ দুই পুত্ৰৰ কোৰবানীৰ কাহিনী।এজন মুত্তাকিৰ কবুল হৈছিল, নোহোৱাজনে নফ্চৰ বশত ইজনক হত্যা কৰিলে(Killing a human intentionally without justice, is equivalent to killing all of humanity (5:32)-নোট চাওঁক}।

5:32(Whoever kills a human being, unless it be for murder or bloody crimes on the earth, it would be as if he killed all mankind-Note).

🔵৫:২৭(THE SONS OF ADAM - MURDER CONDEMNED).
۞ وَاتْلُ عَلَيْهِمْ نَبَأَ ابْنَيْ آدَمَ بِالْحَقِّ إِذْ قَرَّبَا قُرْبَانًا فَتُقُبِّلَ مِنْ أَحَدِهِمَا وَلَمْ يُتَقَبَّلْ مِنَ الْآخَرِ قَالَ لَأَقْتُلَنَّكَ ۖ قَالَ إِنَّمَا يَتَقَبَّلُ اللَّهُ مِنَ الْمُتَّقِينَ
আৰু তুমি আদমৰ দুই পুত্ৰৰ কাহিনীটো সিহঁতক যথাযথভাৱে বৰ্ণনা কৰি শুনোৱা। যেতিয়া সিহঁত উভয়ে কুৰবানী কৰিছিল, ফলত এজনৰ পৰা কবুল কৰা হৈছিল আৰু আনজনৰ পৰা কবুল কৰা হোৱা নাছিল। সি ক’লে, ‘নিশ্চয় মই তোমাক হত্যা কৰিম’। আনজনে ক’লে, ‘নিশ্চয় আল্লাহে কেৱল মুত্ত্বাক্বীসকলৰ🍒 পৰাই কবুল কৰে’।

[5:27] And (Wa) recite (Et'lu) the news (Naba'a) of the two sons (Eb'nai') of Adam (Aadama) to them (Ålai'him) in truth (Bil' Haqqi); when (Iz') they offered (Qarraba) an offering (3:183💥) (Qur'baanan), and (Fa) it
was accepted (Tuqubbila) from (Min') one of them (Abel🦋) (Ahadi-himaa), but (Wa) it was not (Lam') accepted (Yutaqabbal') from (Mina) the other (Cain🦋) (El'Aakhari). He (Cain)said (Qaala), "I will (La) kill you (Aq'tulannaka)." He (Abel)said (Qaala), "GOD (Ellahu) only (Innama) accepts (Yutaqabbalu) from (Mina) the pious (El'Muttaqiin🍒).

الَّذِينَ قَالُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَهِدَ إِلَيْنَا أَلَّا نُؤْمِنَ لِرَسُولٍ حَتَّىٰ يَأْتِيَنَا بِقُرْبَانٍ تَأْكُلُهُ النَّارُ ۗ قُلْ قَدْ جَاءَكُمْ رُسُلٌ مِنْ قَبْلِي بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ وَبِالَّذِي قُلْتُمْ فَلِمَ قَتَلْتُمُوهُمْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ صَادِقِينَ
যিসকলে কয়, ‘নিশ্চয় আল্লাহে আমাক অঙ্গীকাৰ দিছিল যে, আমি যাতে কোনো ৰাছুলৰ প্ৰতি ঈমান পোষণ নকৰোঁ, যেতিয়ালৈকে তেওঁ আমাৰ ওচৰত এনেকুৱা কোৰবানী 📍উপস্থিত নকৰিব যাক অগ্নি শিখাই খাই পেলাব’। সিহঁতক কোৱা, ‘মোৰ আগত বহুতো ৰাছুল স্পষ্ট নিদৰ্শনসহ আৰু তোমালোকে যি কৈ আছা সেইটোসহ তোমালোকৰ ওচৰত আহিছিল, যদি তোমালোকে সত্যবাদী তেন্তে কিয় তেওঁলোকক হত্যা কৰিছিলা’।

5:27 Recite for them the news of Adam's two sons in truth. They had both made an offering, and it was accepted from one of them, and not accepted from the other. He said, "I will kill you!"; he said, "God only accepts from the righteous."
Note:
Killing a human intentionally without justice, is equivalent to killing all of humanity (5:32), since if one loses his respect for the life of one human being he will lose his respect for the basic principle of the unity of humanity. لَئِنْ بَسَطْتَ إِلَيَّ يَدَكَ لِتَقْتُلَنِي مَا أَنَا بِبَاسِطٍ يَدِيَ إِلَيْكَ لِأَقْتُلَكَ ۖ إِنِّي أَخَافُ اللَّهَ رَبَّ الْعَالَمِينَ
‘মোক হত্যা কৰাৰ বাবে তুমি তোমাৰ হাত প্ৰসাৰিত কৰিলেও তোমাক হত্যা কৰাৰ বাবে মই তোমাৰ প্ৰতি মোৰ হাত প্ৰসাৰিত নকৰোঁ; নিশ্চয় মই সৃষ্টিজগতৰ ৰব আল্লাহক ভয় কৰো’।

[5:28] "If (Lain) you should stretch (Basat'ta) your hands (Yada-ka) at me (ilayya) to (Li) kill me (Taq'tulanii),
I (Ana') would not (Maa Bi) stretch (Baasitin) my hands (Yadiya) at you (ilai'ka) to (Li) kill you (Aq'tula-ka).
Indeed, I (Innii) fear GOD (Akhaafu-llaha), LORD (Rabba) of the worlds (El'Åålamiin).

5:29 “I would rather have you carry two violations, mine as well as yours. For, you will be among the dwellers of the fire. That is the reward for the wrongdoers.”

Two violations or sins: First, of slaying me, and second, of slaying the person in you. 5:30(sa).

إِنِّي أُرِيدُ أَنْ تَبُوءَ بِإِثْمِي وَإِثْمِكَ فَتَكُونَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّارِ ۚ وَذَٰلِكَ جَزَاءُ الظَّالِمِينَ
‘নিশ্চয় মই বিচাৰো তুমি মোৰ আৰু তোমাৰ পাপ লৈ উভতি যোৱা ইয়াৰ ফলত তুমি জুইৰ অধিবাসী হোৱা আৰু এইটোৱেই হৈছে যালিমসকলৰ প্ৰতিদান’।

[5:29] "Indeed, I (Innii) intend (Uriidu) to (An) make you take over (Tabuua Bi) my sin (Ith'mii) and (Wa)
your sin (Ith'mi-ka), then (Fa) you will be (Takuuna) among (Min') the companions (As'haabi) of the Fire
(En'Naari). That (Zaalika) is the penalty (Jazaau) of the transgressors (Ez'Zoalimiin)."

فَطَوَّعَتْ لَهُ نَفْسُهُ قَتْلَ أَخِيهِ فَقَتَلَهُ فَأَصْبَحَ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ
অৱশেষত তাৰ ভায়েকক হত্যা কৰিবলৈ তাৰ নফছে🦠 তাক বশ কৰিলে। ফলত সি তাক হত্যা কৰিলে আৰু এইদৰে সি ক্ষতিগ্ৰস্তসকলৰ অন্তৰ্ভুক্ত হ’ল।

[5:30] And (Fa) his soul (Cain’s) (Naf'su-hu) subjected him (Tawwaåt' Lahu) to kill (Qat'la) his brother (Abel)(Akhii-hi), so (Fa) he killed him (Qatala-hu) and (Fa) became (As'baha) one of (Mina) the losers (El'Khaasiriin).

فَبَعَثَ اللَّهُ غُرَابًا يَبْحَثُ فِي الْأَرْضِ لِيُرِيَهُ كَيْفَ يُوَارِي سَوْءَةَ أَخِيهِ ۚ قَالَ يَا وَيْلَتَا أَعَجَزْتُ أَنْ أَكُونَ مِثْلَ هَٰذَا الْغُرَابِ فَأُوَارِيَ سَوْءَةَ أَخِي ۖ فَأَصْبَحَ مِنَ النَّادِمِينَ
তাৰ পিছত আল্লাহে এটা কাউৰী পঠালে, যিটোৱে তাৰ ভায়েকৰ মৃতদেহ কেনেকৈ গোপন কৰিব লাগে সেইটো দেখুৱাবৰ বাবে মাটি খুচৰিবলৈ ধৰিলে। সি ক’লে, ‘হায়! মই এই কাউৰীটোৰ দৰেও হ’ব নোৱাৰিলোনে যে মোৰ ভাতৃৰ মৃতদেহটো ঢাকিব পাৰো? ফলত সি অনুতপ্ত হ’ল।

[5:31] Then (Fa) GOD sent (Baåtha-llahu) a crow (Guraaban) searching (Yab'hathu) in the ground (Fiil'
Ar'di) in order to (Li) show him (Yuriya-hu) how (Kai'fa) to conceal (Yuwaarii) the body (Saw'ata) of his
brother (Akhii-hi). He (Cain)
said (Qaala), "O (Yaa) woe to me (Wai'latanii)! I have failed (Aåjaz'tu) to (An') be
(Akuuna) like (Mith'la) this (Haaza) crow (El'Guraabi) to (Fa) conceal (Uwaayiya) the body (Saw'ata) of my
brother (Akhii)." So (Fa) he became (As'baha) one of (Mina) the remorseful (En'Naadimiin).

📍Verse/Note:
5:31 So God sent forth a raven to scratch the land and show him how to bury his brother's body. He said, "Woes on me, I failed to be like this raven and bury my brother's body!" So he became of those who regretted.
Note:
Burying the body is not the only way of eliminating the health and psychological harms of decaying corpses. In some countries, burning the corpse is more economical than burying. Some scientists studying the intelligence level of birds consider the crow to be the bird with the highest I.Q (The I.Q. level of those scientists has not yet been investigated, though)(edip).

5:31 God then sent a raven scratching up the soil, to show him that he might have concealed and ignored the imperfections of his brother. He said, “Oh, I failed even to be like this raven to conceal my brother’s imperfections, (and hide his naked body)!” Then he became full of regrets.

Sauaat = Imperfections, faults. Uwaari sauaat = Conceal others' faults = Cover a naked body.7:20(sa).

فَوَسْوَسَ لَهُمَا الشَّيْطَانُ لِيُبْدِيَ لَهُمَا مَا وُورِيَ عَنْهُمَا مِنْ سَوْآتِهِمَا وَقَالَ مَا نَهَاكُمَا رَبُّكُمَا عَنْ هَٰذِهِ الشَّجَرَةِ إِلَّا أَنْ تَكُونَا مَلَكَيْنِ أَوْ تَكُونَا مِنَ الْخَالِدِينَ
তাৰ পিছত সিহঁতৰ লজ্জাস্থান, যিটো সিহঁতৰ ওচৰত গোপন ৰখা হৈছিল সেয়া সিহঁতৰ ওচৰত প্ৰকাশ কৰাৰ বাবে চয়তানে সিহঁতক কুমন্ত্ৰণা দিলে আৰু ক’লে, ‘তোমালোকৰ প্ৰতিপালকে তোমালোকক এই গছজোপাৰ পৰা এইবাবেই নিষেধ কৰিছে যে, (এই গছজোপাৰ ফল খালে) তোমালোক উভয়ে ফিৰিস্তা হৈ যাবা অথবা তোমালোক স্থায়ীসকলৰ অন্তৰ্ভুক্ত হৈ যাবা’।

مِنْ أَجْلِ ذَٰلِكَ كَتَبْنَا عَلَىٰ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ أَنَّهُ مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا بِغَيْرِ نَفْسٍ أَوْ فَسَادٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَكَأَنَّمَا قَتَلَ النَّاسَ جَمِيعًا وَمَنْ أَحْيَاهَا فَكَأَنَّمَا أَحْيَا النَّاسَ جَمِيعًا ۚ وَلَقَدْ جَاءَتْهُمْ رُسُلُنَا بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ ثُمَّ إِنَّ كَثِيرًا مِنْهُمْ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ فِي الْأَرْضِ لَمُسْرِفُونَ
এইকাৰণেই বনী ইছৰাঈলৰ বাবে এই বিধান দিছিলো যে, হত্যাৰ পৰিবৰ্তে নাইবা পৃথিৱীত অশান্তি সৃষ্টি ৰোধ কৰাৰ বাহিৰে যদি কোনোবাই কাৰোবাক হত্যা কৰে সি যেনিবা সমগ্ৰ মানৱ জাতিকহে হত্যা কৰিলে আৰু যিয়ে কাৰোবাৰ প্ৰাণ ৰক্ষা কৰিলে সি যেনিবা সমগ্ৰ মানুহৰ প্ৰাণ ৰক্ষা কৰিলে। নিশ্চয় সিহঁতৰ ওচৰত আমাৰ ৰাছুলসকলে স্পষ্ট প্ৰমাণাদি লৈ আহিছিল, ইয়াৰ পিছতো সিহঁতৰ অধিকাংশই পৃথিৱীত সীমালংঘন কৰিছিল।

[5:32] Because of (Min' Aj'li) that (Zaalika), We decreed to (Katab'naa Ålaa) the Children of Israel (Banii
Is'raa'iila) that (Annahu), whoever (Man) kills (Qatala) a soul (Naf'sa) other than (Bi-Gai'ri)
for another soul
(Naf'sin) or (Aw') corruption (Fasaadin) in the land (Fiil' Ar'di), then (Fa) it is as if (Ka'annama) he had killed
(Qatala) mankind (En'Naasa) all together (Jamiiån). And whoever (Waman') enlivens it (Ah'yaa-ha), then (Fa)
it is as if (Ka'annamaa) he had enlivened (Ah'yaa) mankind (En'Naasa) all together (Jamiiån). And (Wa) Our
messengers (Rusulu-naa) had certainly (Laqad') brought them (Jaa'at'hum Bi) proofs (El'Bayyinaati), but
(Thumma) indeed (Inna) many (Kathiiran) of them (Min'hum) after (Ba'da) that (Zaalika) were (La)
profligates (Mus'rifuun) in the land (Fiil' Ar'di).

5:32 On that account, We decreed to the Children of Israel (the Eternal Moral Ordinance for all humanity 2:178⛱️) that whoever kills a human being, unless it be for murder or bloody crimes on the earth, it would be as if he killed all mankind. And whoever saves the life of one human being it would be as if he saved the life of all mankind. Our Messengers came to them with evident truth, yet, even after this, many of them continue to commit excesses in the land.

Only a court of law will make decisions. No one would take the law in own hand(sa).
