🏵️আজিৰ-মন্তব্যঃ হে কিতাবীসকল(ইহুদী,খৃষ্টান)! তোমালোকৰ ওচৰত আল্লাহৰ ৰাছুল আহি পাইছে, তেওঁৰ তৰফৰ পৰা এটা জ্যোতি আৰু স্পষ্ট কিতাব(কোৰআন) তোমালোকৰ ওচৰত আহিছে- (৫:১৫,৭:১৫৭)।

۞ وَلَقَدْ أَخَذَ اللَّهُ مِيثَاقَ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَبَعَثْنَا مِنْهُمُ اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ نَقِيبًا ۖ وَقَالَ اللَّهُ إِنِّي مَعَكُمْ ۖ لَئِنْ أَقَمْتُمُ الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَيْتُمُ الزَّكَاةَ وَآمَنْتُمْ بِرُسُلِي وَعَزَّرْتُمُوهُمْ وَأَقْرَضْتُمُ اللَّهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًا لَأُكَفِّرَنَّ عَنْكُمْ سَيِّئَاتِكُمْ وَلَأُدْخِلَنَّكُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ ۚ فَمَنْ كَفَرَ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ مِنْكُمْ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ سَوَاءَ السَّبِيلِ

আৰু অৱশ্যে আল্লাহে বনী ইছৰাঈলৰ পৰা অঙ্গীকাৰ গ্ৰহণ কৰিছিল🚘 আৰু আমি সিহঁতৰ মাজৰ পৰা বাৰজন লোকক নেতা নিযুক্তি দি পঠিয়াইছিলো🦋। আল্লাহে কৈছিল, ‘নিশ্চয় আমি তোমালোকৰ লগত আছো, যদি তোমালোকে ছালাত কায়েম কৰা, যাকাত প্ৰদান কৰা, আৰু আমাৰ ৰাছুলসকলৰ প্ৰতি ঈমান আনা, তেওঁলোকক সন্মান সহযোগিতা কৰা আৰু আল্লাহক উত্তম ঋণ⛱️ প্ৰদান কৰা তেন্তে অৱশ্যে আমি তোমালোকৰ পাপসমূহ মোচন কৰিম আৰু তোমালোকক অৱশ্যে জান্নাতত প্ৰৱেশ কৰাম যাৰ তলেদি নদীসমূহ প্ৰবাহিত’। ইয়াৰ পিছতো যিয়ে কুফৰী কৰিব সি অৱশ্যে সৰল পথৰ পৰা আঁতৰি যাব।

[5:12] For (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) had already (Laqad') taken (Akhaza) a covenant (Miithaaqa) with the 

Children of Israel (Banii Is'raa'iila), and (Wa) We delegated (Ba'ath'naa) twelve (Eth'na' Ashara) chiefs

(Naqiiba) among them (Min'humu). And (Wa) GOD said (Qaala-llahu), "I am (Innii) with you (Maåkum), if 

(Lain') you establish (Aqam'tumu) Prayer 1

(Es'Solaata), give (Atai'tumu) Charity 2

(Ez'Zakaata), believe 

(Amantum) in (Bi) MY messengers 3

(Rusulii), honour them 4

(Åzzar'tumuu-hum) and (Wa) lend GOD (Aq'rad'tumu-llaha) a good (Hasanan) loan 5

(Qar'doan), I will (La) atone (Ukaffiranna) your bad deeds

(Sayyiaati-kum) for you (Ånkum') and (Wa) will (La) admit you (Ud'khilanna-kum) into gardens (Jannaatin)

beneath which (Min Tah'tiha) rivers (El'An'haar) flow (Taj'rii). But (Fa) whoever (Man) among you 

(Minkum') disbelieves (Kafara) after (Ba'da) that (Zaalika), then (Fa) he has (Qad') strayed (Dolla)

from the 

straight (Sawaa'a) way (Es'Sabiil).

5:12 Indeed God made a Covenant with the Children of Israel. We appointed twelve leaders among them. God said to them, "I am with you so long as you follow the Divine Commands, spend your wealth for the community, believe in My Messengers, assist them, and give a beautiful loan to God (that is paid back to you manifold in both lives 🐓2:261). I will absolve your imperfections, help you create balance in the society and admit you to Gardens with rivers flowing beneath. But, whoever among you disbelieves after this, will go astray from the right path."(sa).

📍Verse/Note-2

5:12 AND, INDEED, God accepted a [similar] solemn pledge🚘 from the children of Israel when We caused twelve of their leaders to be sent🦋 [to Canaan as spies]. And God said: "Behold, I shall be with you! If you are constant in prayer, and spend in charity, and believe in My apostles and aid them, and offer up unto God a goodly loan,⛱️ I will surely efface your bad deeds and bring you into gardens through which running waters flow. But he from among you who, after this, denies the truth, will indeed have strayed from the right path!"(as).

Note🚘

The interpolation of "similar" is justified by the obvious reference to verse 7 above. The pledge was similar in that it related to obedience to God's commandments.

Note🦋

Lit., "when We sent out twelve leaders from among them". God commanded Moses to send out one leading personality from each of the twelve tribes "to spy out the land of Canaan- before the children of Israel invaded it. (The noun naqib, here rendered as "leader", has also the meaning of "investigator" or "spy" inasmuch as it is derived from the verb naqaba, which signifies - among other things - "he scrutinized" or "investigated"). The subsequent near-revolt of the children of Israel-caused by their fear of the powerful tribes which inhabited Canaan is briefly referred to in the first sentence of verse 13 and more fully described in verses 20-26- of this surah.

مَثَلُ الَّذِينَ يُنْفِقُونَ أَمْوَالَهُمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ كَمَثَلِ حَبَّةٍ أَنْبَتَتْ سَبْعَ سَنَابِلَ فِي كُلِّ سُنْبُلَةٍ مِائَةُ حَبَّةٍ ۗ وَاللَّهُ يُضَاعِفُ لِمَنْ يَشَاءُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيمٌ

যিসকলে নিজৰ ধন-সম্পদ আল্লাহৰ পথত ব্যয় কৰে সিহঁতৰ উদাহৰণ শস্যৰ এটা বীজৰ দৰে, যিটোৰ পৰা সাতটা সিজা ওলায়, প্ৰত্যেক সিজাত এশটা শস্য দানা থাকে; আৰু আল্লাহে যাক ইচ্ছা কৰে বহু গুণে বৃদ্ধি কৰি দিয়ে; আৰু আল্লাহ সৰ্বব্যাপী-প্ৰাচুৰ্যময়, সৰ্বজ্ঞ।

🏵️৫:১৩

فَبِمَا نَقْضِهِمْ مِيثَاقَهُمْ لَعَنَّاهُمْ وَجَعَلْنَا قُلُوبَهُمْ قَاسِيَةً ۖ يُحَرِّفُونَ الْكَلِمَ عَنْ مَوَاضِعِهِ ۙ وَنَسُوا حَظًّا مِمَّا ذُكِّرُوا بِهِ ۚ وَلَا تَزَالُ تَطَّلِعُ عَلَىٰ خَائِنَةٍ مِنْهُمْ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا مِنْهُمْ ۖ فَاعْفُ عَنْهُمْ وَاصْفَحْ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ

তাৰ পিছত সিহঁতে অঙ্গীকাৰ ভঙ্গ কৰাৰ কাৰণে সিহঁতক আমি অভিসম্পাত কৰিছো আৰু সিহঁতৰ হৃদয়ক কঠিন কৰি দিছো💥, সিহঁতে শব্দবোৰক নিজ স্থানৰ পৰা বিকৃত কৰে আৰু সিহঁতক যি উপদেশ দিয়া হৈছিল তাৰ একাংশ সিহঁতে পাহৰি গৈছে🍒। তুমি সদায় সিহঁতৰ কিছুসংখ্যকৰ বাহিৰে অধিকাংশকেই বিশ্বাসঘাতকতা কৰা দেখিবলৈ পাবা, সেয়ে সিহঁতক ক্ষমা কৰা আৰু উপেক্ষা কৰা। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহে সৎকৰ্মপৰায়ণকাৰী সকলক ভাল পায়।

[5:13] Because of what (Fabimaa) they have violated (Naq'di-him) of their covenant (Miithaaqa-hum) We 

cursed them (Laånnaa-hum) and (Wa) made (Jaål'naa) their hearts (Quluuba-hum) stubborn (Qaasiyatan).

They distort (Yuharrifuuna) words (El'Kalima) out of (Ån) their places (Mawaadie-hi) and have forgotten

(Nasuu') a portion (Hazzaan) of what (Mimmaa) they were reminded (Zukkiru' Bihi). And (Wa) you will not 

(Laa) cease (Tazaalu) being surprise over (Tattaliu Ålaa) the traitors (Khaa'inatin) among them (Min'hum), 

except (illa) a few (Qaliilan) of them (Min'hum'). Therefore (Fa) excuse them (E'fu Ån'hum) and pardon 

(Es'fah'). Indeed, GOD (Innallaha) loves (Yuhibbu) those who are benevolent (El'Muh'siniin).

📍Verse/Note:

5:13 When the Bani-Israel breached the covenant, they deprived themselves of the blessings of 

Allah and their hearts were hardened (💥2/74). They tampered with the phraseology of Divine 

Revelation and even set aside a portion🍒 of their commandments. They will continue to indulge in 

similar activities and you will always discover deceit in them excepting a few of them. So forbear 

and overlook. Allah likes those who lead a balanced life(pz).

(💥২:৭৪

ثُمَّ قَسَتْ قُلُوبُكُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ ذَٰلِكَ فَهِيَ كَالْحِجَارَةِ أَوْ أَشَدُّ قَسْوَةً ۚ وَإِنَّ مِنَ الْحِجَارَةِ لَمَا يَتَفَجَّرُ مِنْهُ الْأَنْهَارُ ۚ وَإِنَّ مِنْهَا لَمَا يَشَّقَّقُ فَيَخْرُجُ مِنْهُ الْمَاءُ ۚ وَإِنَّ مِنْهَا لَمَا يَهْبِطُ مِنْ خَشْيَةِ اللَّهِ ۗ وَمَا اللَّهُ بِغَافِلٍ عَمَّا تَعْمَلُونَ

ইয়াৰ পিছতো তোমালোকৰ হৃদয় কঠিন হৈ গ’ল, যেনিবা শিল অথবা তাতোকৈ কঠিন। অথচ কিছুমান এনেকুৱা শিল আছে যিবোৰৰ পৰা নৈ-নিজৰা প্ৰবাহিত হয়, আৰু কিছুমান এনেকুৱা আছে যিবোৰ বিদীৰ্ণ হোৱাৰ পিছত তাৰ পৰা পানী নিৰ্গত হয়, আকৌ কিছুমান আল্লাহৰ ভয়ত খহি পৰে, আৰু তোমালোকে যি কৰা সেই সম্পৰ্কে আল্লাহ অমনোযোগী নহয়।)

৪:৪৬

مِنَ الَّذِينَ هَادُوا يُحَرِّفُونَ الْكَلِمَ عَنْ مَوَاضِعِهِ وَيَقُولُونَ سَمِعْنَا وَعَصَيْنَا وَاسْمَعْ غَيْرَ مُسْمَعٍ وَرَاعِنَا لَيًّا بِأَلْسِنَتِهِمْ وَطَعْنًا فِي الدِّينِ ۚ وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا وَاسْمَعْ وَانْظُرْنَا لَكَانَ خَيْرًا لَهُمْ وَأَقْوَمَ وَلَٰكِنْ لَعَنَهُمُ اللَّهُ بِكُفْرِهِمْ فَلَا يُؤْمِنُونَ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا

ইয়াহুদীসকলৰ মাজত এনেকুৱা কিছুমান লোক আছে যিসকলে কালামসমূহক তাৰ স্থানৰ পৰা পৰিবৰ্তন কৰি বিকৃত কৰে আৰু কয়, ‘আমি শুনিলো আৰু অমান্য কৰিলো, আৰু শুনা নুশুনাৰ দৰে’; আৰু নিজৰ জিভা ঘূৰাই লগতে দ্বীনৰ প্ৰতি তাচ্ছিল্য কৰি কয়, ‘ৰা-ঈনা’। কিন্তু সিহঁতে যদি ক’লেহেঁতেন, ‘আমি শুনিলো আৰু মানিলো, আৰু শুনা আৰু আমাৰ প্ৰতি লক্ষ্য কৰা’, তেন্তে এয়া সিহঁতৰ বাবে ভাল আৰু সঙ্গত হ’লহেঁতেন। কিন্তু সিহঁতৰ কুফৰীৰ বাবে আল্লাহে সিহঁতক অভিসম্পাত কৰিছে। ফলত সিহঁতৰ অতি কম সংখ্যক লোকে ঈমান আনে।).

🏵️৫:১৪

وَمِنَ الَّذِينَ قَالُوا إِنَّا نَصَارَىٰ أَخَذْنَا مِيثَاقَهُمْ فَنَسُوا حَظًّا مِمَّا ذُكِّرُوا بِهِ فَأَغْرَيْنَا بَيْنَهُمُ الْعَدَاوَةَ وَالْبَغْضَاءَ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ ۚ وَسَوْفَ يُنَبِّئُهُمُ اللَّهُ بِمَا كَانُوا يَصْنَعُونَ

আৰু যিসকলে কয়, ‘আমি নাছাৰা’, সিহঁতৰো আমি অঙ্গীকাৰ গ্ৰহণ কৰিছিলো; তাৰ পিছত সিহঁতক যি উপদেশ দিয়া হৈছিল তাৰে একাংশ সিহঁতে পাহৰি গৈছিল। ফলত আমি সিহঁতৰ মাজত কিয়ামত পৰ্যন্ত স্থায়ী শত্ৰুতা আৰু বিদ্বেষ জাগৰূক কৰি ৰাখিছো। সিহঁতে যি কৰিছিল সেয়া আল্লাহে অচিৰেই সিহঁতক জনাই দিব।

[5:14] And (Wa) among (Mina) those who (Ellaziina) say (Qaaluu'), "We (Innaa) are Christians (Nasoaraa)," 

We took (Akhaz'na) their covenant (Miithaaqa-hum), but (Fa) they forgot (Nasu') a portion (Hazzoan) of 

what (Mimmaa) they were reminded (Zukkiru' Bihi). So (Fa) We have incited (Ag'rai'na) antagonism

(El'Ådaawata) and hatred (Wal' Bag'doa'a) among them (Bai'nahumu) till (ilaa) the Day of Resurrection (Yawmil' Qiyaamati). And (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) will (Saw'fa) inform them (Yunabbiu-humu) of what (Bimaa) they have been (Kaanu') doing (Yas'nauun).

📍Verse/Note:

5:14 We also made a Covenant with those who say, “We are Christians.” But they ignored a good part of the message that was sent to them and forgot what they were told to bear in mind. As a result, Our law has caused enmity and hatred among them till the Resurrection Day, when God will inform them of what they contrived, (Rivalry based upon Sectarianism and Nationalism, a natural consequence of deviating from the True Message, whether people call themselves Jews, Christians or Muslims.)(sa).

يَا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ قَدْ جَاءَكُمْ رَسُولُنَا يُبَيِّنُ لَكُمْ كَثِيرًا مِمَّا كُنْتُمْ تُخْفُونَ مِنَ الْكِتَابِ وَيَعْفُو عَنْ كَثِيرٍ ۚ قَدْ جَاءَكُمْ مِنَ اللَّهِ نُورٌ وَكِتَابٌ مُبِينٌ

হে কিতাবীসকল! তোমালোকৰ ওচৰত আমাৰ ৰাছুল আহি পাইছে, তোমালোকে কিতাবৰ পৰা যি গোপন কৰিছিলা তাৰে বেছিভাগ তেওঁ তোমালোকৰ ওচৰত প্ৰকাশ কৰিছে আৰু বহুখিনি এৰি দিছে। অৱশ্যে আল্লাহৰ তৰফৰ পৰা এটা জ্যোতি আৰু স্পষ্ট কিতাব তোমালোকৰ ওচৰত আহিছে।

[5:15] O (Yaa) People of the Book (Ah'lal' Kitaabi), Our messenger (Rasuulu-naa) has (Qad') come to you 

(Jaa'a-kum) to clarify (Yubayyinu) to you (Lakum) much (Kathiiran) of what (Mimmaa) you have (Kuntum')

concealed (Tukh'fuuna) of (Mina) the Book (El'Kitaabi) while (Wa) overlooking (Ya'fu' Ån) much (Kathiirin). 

There has (Qad') come to you (Jaa'a-kum) from GOD (Minallahi) a light (7:157🏄) (Nuurun) and (Wa) a clear

(Mubiin) book (Kitaabun),

৭:১৫৭🏄

الَّذِينَ يَتَّبِعُونَ الرَّسُولَ النَّبِيَّ الْأُمِّيَّ الَّذِي يَجِدُونَهُ مَكْتُوبًا عِنْدَهُمْ فِي التَّوْرَاةِ وَالْإِنْجِيلِ يَأْمُرُهُمْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَاهُمْ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَيُحِلُّ لَهُمُ الطَّيِّبَاتِ وَيُحَرِّمُ عَلَيْهِمُ الْخَبَائِثَ وَيَضَعُ عَنْهُمْ إِصْرَهُمْ وَالْأَغْلَالَ الَّتِي كَانَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ ۚ فَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا بِهِ وَعَزَّرُوهُ وَنَصَرُوهُ وَاتَّبَعُوا النُّورَ الَّذِي أُنْزِلَ مَعَهُ ۙ أُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ

যিসকলে অনুসৰণ কৰে ৰাছুলৰ, উম্মী নবীৰ, যাৰ উল্লেখ সিহঁতে সিহঁতৰ ওচৰত থকা তাওৰাত আৰু ইঞ্জীলত লিপিবদ্ধ পায়, যিজনে সিহঁতক সৎ কামৰ আদেশ দিয়ে, অসৎকৰ্মৰ পৰা নিষেধ কৰে, সিহঁতৰ বাবে পৱিত্ৰ বস্তু হালাল কৰে আৰু অপৱিত্ৰ বস্তু হাৰাম কৰে। আৰু সিহঁতক সিহঁতৰ ওপৰত থকা বোজাৰ পৰা আৰু শৃংখলৰ পৰা মুক্ত কৰে। সেয়ে যিসকলে তেওঁৰ প্ৰতি ঈমান আনে, তেওঁক সন্মান কৰে, তেওঁক সহায় কৰে আৰু যি নূৰ তেওঁৰ প্ৰতি অৱতীৰ্ণ হৈছে সেইটোৰ অনুসৰণ কৰে, তেওঁলোকেই সাফল্যমণ্ডিত।
