يَسْأَلُونَكَ مَاذَا أُحِلَّ لَهُمْ ۖ قُلْ أُحِلَّ لَكُمُ الطَّيِّبَاتُ ۙ وَمَا عَلَّمْتُمْ مِنَ الْجَوَارِحِ مُكَلِّبِينَ تُعَلِّمُونَهُنَّ مِمَّا عَلَّمَكُمُ اللَّهُ ۖ فَكُلُوا مِمَّا أَمْسَكْنَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَاذْكُرُوا اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ ۖ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَرِيعُ الْحِسَابِ

মানুহে তোমাক প্ৰশ্ন কৰে, সিহঁতৰ বাবে কি কি হালাল কৰা হৈছে? কোৱা, ‘তোমালোকৰ বাবে সকলো ধৰণৰ পৱিত্ৰ বস্তু হালাল কৰা হৈছে, আৰু চিকাৰী জন্তু🎖️ যিবোৰক তোমালোকে চিকাৰৰ প্ৰশিক্ষণ দিছা আৰু যিবোৰক তোমালোকে সেই শিক্ষা দিয়া যিটো আল্লাহে তোমালোকক শিকাইছে। এতেকে এনেকুৱা জন্তুৱে তোমালোকৰ বাবে যি ধৰি আনে সেয়া তোমালোকে খোৱা, অৱশ্যে তাৰ ওপৰত আল্লাহৰ নাম ল’বা আৰু আল্লাহৰ তাক্বৱা অৱলম্বন কৰা। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ অতি দ্ৰুত হিচাপ গ্ৰহণকাৰী।

[5:4] They ask you (s) (Yas'aluunaka), what (Maaza) is lawful (Uhilla) for them (Lahum). Say (Qul): "Lawful 

for you (Uhilla Lakumu) are good things (Ettoyyibaatu), and what (Wamaa) you have taught (Ållam'tum) of

(Min) predatory (El'Jawaarihi) dogs (Mukallibiina). You teach them (Tuållimuunahunna) from what 

(Mimmaa) GOD (Ellahu) has taught you (p) (Ållama-kumu). So (Fa) eat (Kulu') from what (Mimma) they 

catch for you (Am'sak'na Ålai'kum), and (Wa) mention (Ez'kuru') the name of GOD (Es'ma-llahi) upon it 

(Ålai'hi), and beware of GOD (Ettaqu'llaha)." Indeed, GOD (Innallaha) is swift (Sariiu) in reckoning (El'Hisaab).

Dogs are shown here to be perfectly acceptable as pets and hunters and muslims are permitted

২:১৬৮

يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ كُلُوا مِمَّا فِي الْأَرْضِ حَلَالًا طَيِّبًا وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا خُطُوَاتِ الشَّيْطَانِ ۚ إِنَّهُ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ مُبِينٌ

হে মানৱ সম্প্ৰদায়! পৃথিৱীত যি আছে তাৰ পৰা হালাল আৰু পৱিত্ৰ বস্তু তোমালোকে আহাৰ কৰা; আৰু তোমালোকে চয়তানৰ পদানুসৰণ নকৰিবা। নিশ্চয় সি তোমালোকৰ প্ৰকাশ্য শত্ৰু।

[2:168] O people, eat from all that is lawful and good and do not follow the steps of those who do wrong; they are your most ardent enemies.

Note:

God lists only four things that that are restricted as food. Excess blood means all blood except 

that which naturally remains in the meat. Everything that is not forbidden in the Quran and seems 

good, can be eaten without fear of breaking the law. Muslims have a much wider choice of food 

than is generally assumed. Pigs are genetically similar to human beings, and to eat pork would almost be like cannibalism. Do not prohibit, or accept a ruling from an imam or priest that any 

food that God has not made 'haram' is forbidden. This is 'shirk', and the same as accepting an 

authority to rank with God. See verses 4:48; 6:16; 6:144; 10:59. Food: see verses 2:172-3; 3:93; 5:3-5; 5:93-96; 6:121; 6:145; 10:36; 16:115-116; 22:30; 24:61. See also 4:43; 12:49; 16:67(sig)

Note:🎖️ "such of the trained beasts of chase"(min al-jawarih mukallibin). The term mukallib signifies "trained like a [hunting) dog",and is applied to every animal used for hunting -a hound,a falcon, a cheetah,etc(as).

الْيَوْمَ أُحِلَّ لَكُمُ الطَّيِّبَاتُ ۖ وَطَعَامُ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْكِتَابَ حِلٌّ لَكُمْ وَطَعَامُكُمْ حِلٌّ لَهُمْ ۖ وَالْمُحْصَنَاتُ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ وَالْمُحْصَنَاتُ مِنَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْكِتَابَ مِنْ قَبْلِكُمْ إِذَا آتَيْتُمُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ مُحْصِنِينَ غَيْرَ مُسَافِحِينَ وَلَا مُتَّخِذِي أَخْدَانٍ ۗ وَمَنْ يَكْفُرْ بِالْإِيمَانِ فَقَدْ حَبِطَ عَمَلُهُ وَهُوَ فِي الْآخِرَةِ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ

আজি তোমালোকৰ বাবে সকলো ধৰণৰ পৱিত্ৰ বস্তু হালাল কৰা হ’ল আৰু যিসকলক কিতাব প্ৰদান কৰা হৈছে সিহঁতৰ খাদ্যদ্ৰব্যও তোমালোকৰ বাবে হালাল কৰা হৈছে আৰু তোমালোকৰ খাদ্যদ্ৰব্য সিহঁতৰ বাবে হালাল কৰা হৈছে। মুমিনা সচ্চৰিত্ৰা নাৰী আৰু তোমালোকৰ আগত যিসকলক কিতাব প্ৰদান কৰা হৈছে সিহঁতৰ সচ্চৰিত্ৰা নাৰীসকলক তোমালোকৰ বাবে বৈধ কৰা হৈছে যদিহে তোমালোকে বিবাহৰ বাবত মোহৰ প্ৰদান কৰা, প্ৰকাশ্যে ব্যভিচাৰ বা গোপন যৌনসঙ্গিনী হিচাপে নহয়। আৰু যিয়ে ঈমানৰ সৈতে কুফৰী কৰিব নিশ্চয় তাৰ আমল নিষ্ফল হ’ব আৰু সি পৰকালত ক্ষতিগ্ৰস্তসকলৰ অন্তৰ্ভুক্ত হ’ব।

[5:5] Today (El'Yaw'ma), lawful for you (Uhilla Lakumu) are good things (Ettoyyibaatu), as well as (Wa) the 

food (Toååmu) of those who (Ellaziina) were given (Uutu') the Book (El'Kitaaba) is lawful for you (Hillun 

Lakum) and (Wa) your food (Toååmu-kum)is lawful for them (Hillun Lahum), as well as (Wa) the chaste 

(El'Muh'sonaatu) among (Mina) the believing women (El'Mu'minaati) and the chaste women 

(El'Muh'sonaatu) among (Mina) those who (Ellaziina) were given (Uutu') the Book (El'Kitaaba) before you

(Qab'likum), when (Izaa) you have given them (Aatai'tumuu-hunna) their fees (Ujuura-hunna) as chaste 

women (Muh'siniina), not (Gai'ra) as fornicators (Musaafihiina), nor (Walaa) to be taken (Muttakhizii) as 

secret lovers (Akh'daan). And (Wa) whoever (Man) disbelieves (Yak'fur) in the faith (Bil' iimaani), then (Fa)

he has (Qad') foiled (Habito) his work (Åmalu-hu), and he (Huwa) will be among (Mina) the losers 

(El'Khaasiriin) in the hereafter (Fiil' Aakhirati).

📍Verse/Note:

5:5 This Day, all good things of your choice are made lawful for you. The food of those who were given the Scripture is lawful for you and your food is lawful for them. And so are the virtuous, chaste women of the believers and the virtuous, chaste women of those who were given the Scripture before you (provided they do not associate anyone with God 2:221). But you must give them their marriage portions🚘 of wealth and property, and live with them in honor, not in fornication, nor as secret lovers.🏄 (It must be an honest wedlock 4:24.) Anyone who rejects belief, his work is vain and he will be among the losers in the Hereafter.⛱️

🌉৫:৬(Ablution for Sala)

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا قُمْتُمْ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ فَاغْسِلُوا وُجُوهَكُمْ وَأَيْدِيَكُمْ إِلَى الْمَرَافِقِ وَامْسَحُوا بِرُءُوسِكُمْ وَأَرْجُلَكُمْ إِلَى الْكَعْبَيْنِ ۚ وَإِنْ كُنْتُمْ جُنُبًا فَاطَّهَّرُوا ۚ وَإِنْ كُنْتُمْ مَرْضَىٰ أَوْ عَلَىٰ سَفَرٍ أَوْ جَاءَ أَحَدٌ مِنْكُمْ مِنَ الْغَائِطِ أَوْ لَامَسْتُمُ النِّسَاءَ فَلَمْ تَجِدُوا مَاءً فَتَيَمَّمُوا صَعِيدًا طَيِّبًا فَامْسَحُوا بِوُجُوهِكُمْ وَأَيْدِيكُمْ مِنْهُ ۚ مَا يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ لِيَجْعَلَ عَلَيْكُمْ مِنْ حَرَجٍ وَلَٰكِنْ يُرِيدُ لِيُطَهِّرَكُمْ وَلِيُتِمَّ نِعْمَتَهُ عَلَيْكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ

হে মুমিনসকল! যেতিয়া তোমালোকে ছালাতৰ বাবে থিয় হ’ব বিচৰা তেতিয়া তোমালোকে নিজৰ মুখমণ্ডল ধোৱা আৰু কিলাকুটিলৈকে হাত ধোৱা, তোমালোকৰ মূৰ মছেহ কৰা আৰু সৰুগাঁঠিলৈকে ভৰি 🔵(Xধোৱা), আৰু যদি তোমালোকে 🐓জুনুবী অৱস্থাত থকা তেনেহ’লে বিশেষভাৱে পৱিত্ৰতা অৰ্জন কৰা। যদি তোমালোকে অসুস্থ হোৱা অথবা ভ্ৰমণত থকা অথবা তোমালোকৰ কোনোবাই মল-মুত্ৰ ত্যাগ কৰি আহে নাইবা স্ত্ৰীৰ লগত সহবাস কৰে আৰু (পৱিত্ৰ হ’বলৈ) পানী নোপোৱা তেন্তে পৱিত্ৰ মাটিৰ দ্বাৰা তায়াম্মুম কৰিবা। আল্লাহে তোমালোকৰ ওপৰত কোনো ধৰণৰ সংকীৰ্ণতা কৰিব নিবিচাৰে; বৰং তেওঁ তোমালোকক পৱিত্ৰ কৰিব বিচাৰে আৰু তোমালোকৰ ওপৰত তেওঁৰ নিয়ামত সম্পূৰ্ণ কৰিব বিচাৰে, যাতে তোমালোকে কৃতজ্ঞতা জ্ঞাপন কৰা।

[5:6] O you (Yaa Ayyuha) who (Ellaziina) have believed (Aamanuu'), when (Iza) you get up (Qum'tum') for 

(ilaa) Prayer (Es'Solaati), then (Fa) wash (Eg'silu') your faces 1

(Wujuuha-kum) and (Wa) your hands (Ai'diya-

kum) to (ila) the elbows 2

(El'Maraafiqi) and wipe (Em'sahu') with (Bi) your heads 3

(Ru'uusi-kum) and your 

legs 🔵(Ar'jula-kum) to (ilaa) the heels 4

(El'Ka'bai'ni), but (Wa) if (In) you are (Kuntum') unclean (🐓4:43) (Junuban), 

then (Fa) cleanse (Ettohharu'). And (Wa) if (In) you are (Kuntum') sick (Mar'doa) or (Aw') on (Ålaa) a journey 

(Safarin) or one (Ahadun) of you (Minkum) comes (Jaa'a) from (Mina) the toilet (El'Gaa'iti) or you have 

touched (Laamas'tumu) women (En'Nisaa'a) and (Fa) cannot (Lam') find (Tajidu') water (Maa'an), then (Fa)

aim at (Tayammamu') a nice (Toyyiban) field (Soeedan) and (Fa) wipe (Em'sahuu') with (Bi) your faces 1

(Wujuuhi-kum) and (Wa) your hands 2

(Ai'dii-kum) thereof (Min'hu). GOD (Ellahu) does not (Maa) intend 

(Yuriidu) to (Li) place (Yaj'åla) any (Min') difficulty (Harajin) upon you (Ålai'kum), but (Walaakin) HE 

intends (Yuriidu) to (Li) purify you (Yutohhira-kum) and (Wa) to (Li) complete (Yutimma) HIS blessing 

(Ni'mata-hu) upon you (Ålai'kum) perhaps you (Laållakum) will be thankful (Tash'kuruun).

Wudhu = Ablution will help prepare mentally for congregational prayer. Tayammum= Dry ablution(sa).

Keeping clean is an important task to be undertaken daily, for your own benefit and for the 

benefit of others. These are the minimum requirements for a clean body. See verse 🐓4:43; 7:31(sig).

(৪:৪৩🐓

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَقْرَبُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَأَنْتُمْ سُكَارَىٰ حَتَّىٰ تَعْلَمُوا مَا تَقُولُونَ وَلَا جُنُبًا إِلَّا عَابِرِي سَبِيلٍ حَتَّىٰ تَغْتَسِلُوا ۚ وَإِنْ كُنْتُمْ مَرْضَىٰ أَوْ عَلَىٰ سَفَرٍ أَوْ جَاءَ أَحَدٌ مِنْكُمْ مِنَ الْغَائِطِ أَوْ لَامَسْتُمُ النِّسَاءَ فَلَمْ تَجِدُوا مَاءً فَتَيَمَّمُوا صَعِيدًا طَيِّبًا فَامْسَحُوا بِوُجُوهِكُمْ وَأَيْدِيكُمْ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَفُوًّا غَفُورًا

হে মুমিনসকল! তোমালোকে নিচাগ্ৰস্ত অৱস্থাত মুখেৰে যি কোৱা তাক নজনালৈকে ছালাতৰ নিকটৱৰ্তী নহ'বা, আৰু জুনুবী (অপৱিত্ৰ) অৱস্থাতো নহয় যেতিয়ালৈকে তোমালোকে গুছল নকৰা, কিন্তু মুছাফিৰ হ’লে সেইটো সুকীয়া কথা; আৰু যদি তোমালোকে অসুস্থ হোৱা অথবা ভ্ৰমণত থকা নাইবা তোমালোকৰ কোনোবাই শৌচাগাৰৰ পৰা অহাৰ পিছত অথবা তোমালোকে নাৰী সম্ভোগ কৰাৰ পিছত পানী নোপোৱা তেন্তে পৱিত্ৰ মাটিৰ দ্বাৰা তায়াম্মুম কৰা, এতেকে তোমালোকে নিজৰ মুখমণ্ডল আৰু হাত মছেহ কৰা; নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ পাপ মোচনকাৰী, ক্ষমাশীল।).
