২:২৮২(Write Down Financial Transactions).
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا تَدَايَنْتُمْ بِدَيْنٍ إِلَىٰ أَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى فَاكْتُبُوهُ ۚ وَلْيَكْتُبْ بَيْنَكُمْ كَاتِبٌ بِالْعَدْلِ ۚ وَلَا يَأْبَ كَاتِبٌ أَنْ يَكْتُبَ كَمَا عَلَّمَهُ اللَّهُ ۚ فَلْيَكْتُبْ وَلْيُمْلِلِ الَّذِي عَلَيْهِ الْحَقُّ وَلْيَتَّقِ اللَّهَ رَبَّهُ وَلَا يَبْخَسْ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا ۚ فَإِنْ كَانَ الَّذِي عَلَيْهِ الْحَقُّ سَفِيهًا أَوْ ضَعِيفًا أَوْ لَا يَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ يُمِلَّ هُوَ فَلْيُمْلِلْ وَلِيُّهُ بِالْعَدْلِ ۚ وَاسْتَشْهِدُوا شَهِيدَيْنِ مِنْ رِجَالِكُمْ ۖ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُونَا رَجُلَيْنِ فَرَجُلٌ وَامْرَأَتَانِ مِمَّنْ تَرْضَوْنَ مِنَ الشُّهَدَاءِ أَنْ تَضِلَّ إِحْدَاهُمَا فَتُذَكِّرَ إِحْدَاهُمَا الْأُخْرَىٰ ۚ وَلَا يَأْبَ الشُّهَدَاءُ إِذَا مَا دُعُوا ۚ وَلَا تَسْأَمُوا أَنْ تَكْتُبُوهُ صَغِيرًا أَوْ كَبِيرًا إِلَىٰ أَجَلِهِ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ أَقْسَطُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ وَأَقْوَمُ لِلشَّهَادَةِ وَأَدْنَىٰ أَلَّا تَرْتَابُوا ۖ إِلَّا أَنْ تَكُونَ تِجَارَةً حَاضِرَةً تُدِيرُونَهَا بَيْنَكُمْ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ جُنَاحٌ أَلَّا تَكْتُبُوهَا ۗ وَأَشْهِدُوا إِذَا تَبَايَعْتُمْ ۚ وَلَا يُضَارَّ كَاتِبٌ وَلَا شَهِيدٌ ۚ وَإِنْ تَفْعَلُوا فَإِنَّهُ فُسُوقٌ بِكُمْ ۗ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ ۖ وَيُعَلِّمُكُمُ اللَّهُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ
হে মুমিনসকল! তোমালোকে যেতিয়া এজনে আনজনৰ লগত নিৰ্ধাৰিত সময়ৰ বাবে ঋণ আদান-প্ৰদান কৰিবা তেতিয়া সেইটো লিখি ৰাখিবা; তোমালোকৰ মাজত কোনো লেখকে যাতে সেইটো ন্যায়ভাৱে লিখি দিয়ে; আৰু কোনো লেখকে যেন লিখিবলৈ অস্বীকাৰ নকৰে, যেনেকৈ আল্লাহে তাক শিক্ষা দিছে। এতেকে সি যেন লিখে; আৰু যি ব্যক্তিৰ ওপৰত হক আছে (ঋণগ্ৰহীতা) সি যেন লিখাৰ বিষয়বস্তু কৈ দিয়ে আৰু সি যেন তেওঁৰ প্ৰতিপালক আল্লাহৰ তাক্বৱা অৱলম্বন কৰে; আৰু তাৰ পৰা একো যাতে হ্ৰাস নকৰে (ব্যতিক্ৰম নকৰে)। তাৰ পিছত যাৰ ওপৰত হক আছে (ঋণগ্ৰহীতা) যদি নিৰ্বোধ বা দুৰ্বল হয় অথবা লিখাৰ বিষয়বস্তু সি কৈ দিব নোৱাৰে তেন্তে তাৰ অভিভাৱকে যেন ন্যায়ভাৱে লিখাৰ বিষয়বস্তু কৈ দিয়ে; আৰু তোমালোকে তোমালোকৰ মাজৰ দুজন পুৰুষক সাক্ষী ৰাখা, এতেকে যদি দুজন পুৰুষ নাথাকে তেন্তে এজন পুৰুষ আৰু দুজনী 🌹নাৰীক সাক্ষী ৰাখা যিসকলক তোমালোকে সাক্ষী হিচাপে পছন্দ কৰা, যাতে নাৰীসকলৰ মাজৰ কোনোবাই পাহৰি গ'লে এজনীয়ে আনজনীক স্মৰণ কৰাই দিব পাৰে; আৰু সাক্ষীসকলক যেতিয়া মাতা হ'ব তেতিয়া সিহঁতে যেন অস্বীকাৰ নকৰে; আৰু সেইটো (ঋণ আদান-প্ৰদান) সৰু ডাঙৰ যিয়েই নহওঁক, নিৰ্ধাৰিত সময় লিখিবলৈ তোমালোকে কোনো ধৰণৰ বিৰক্ত নহ'বা। এইটোৱেই আল্লাহৰ ওচৰত ন্যায় আৰু সাক্ষ্যদানৰ বাবে দৃঢ়তৰ আৰু তোমালোকৰ মাজত সন্দেহ স্থান নোপোৱাৰ বাবে অধিক উপযুক্ত। কিন্তু তোমালোকে পৰস্পৰে যি নগদ ব্যৱসায় পৰিচালনা কৰা সেইটো তোমালোকে নিলিখিলেও কোনো দোষ নাই, আৰু তোমালোকে যেতিয়া পৰস্পৰে বেচা-কিনা কৰা তেতিয়া সাক্ষী ৰাখিবা; আৰু কোনো লেখক আৰু সাক্ষীক ক্ষতিগ্ৰস্ত কৰা নহ’ব, আৰু যদি তোমালোকে ক্ষতিগ্ৰস্ত কৰা তেন্তে এইটো হ'ব তোমালোকৰ লগত অনাচাৰ। তোমালোকে আল্লাহৰ তাক্বৱা অৱলম্বন কৰা আৰু আল্লাহে তোমালোকক শিক্ষা দিব আৰু আল্লাহ সকলো বিষয়ে সৰ্বজ্ঞ।

✨WORD BY WORD TRANSLATION-BB✨
[2:282] O you (Yaa Ayyuha) who (Ellaziina) have believed (Aamanuu'), whenever (Izaa) you mutually
contract (Tadaayantum Bi) a debt (Dai'nin) for (ilaa) a fixed (Musamman) term (Ajalin), then (Fa) write it
down (Ek'tubuu-hu) and let (Wal') a writer (Kaatibun) among you (Bai'nakum') write (-Yak'tub) in justice
(Bil' Åd'li). And (Wa) a writer (Kaatibun) shall not (Laa) refuse (Ya'ba) to (An) write (Yak'tuba) as (Kamaa)
GOD (Ellahu) has taught him (Ållama-hu). So let (Fal') him write (-Yak'tub') and let (Wal') the one (Ellazii)
upon whom (Ålai'hi) is the duty (El'Haqqu) fill out (-Yum'lili), and let (Fal') him beware of GOD (-Yattaqi-
llaha), his LORD (Rabba-hu), and (Wa) he shall not (Laa) depreciate (Yab'khas') anything (Shai'an) thereof
(Min'hu). And (Fa) if (In) the one (Ellazii) upon whom (Ålai'hi) is the duty (El'Haqqu) is (Kaana) foolish
(Safiihan) or (Aw') weak (Daeefan) or unable (Laa Yas'tatiiu) to (An) fill it out (Yumilla - Huwa), then let (Fal')
his heir (-Waliyyu-hu) fill out (Yum'lil') in justice (Bil' Åd'li). And (Wa) quote (Es'tash'hidu') two witnesses
(Shahiidai'ni) from (Min) your men (Rijaali-kum'), and (Fa) if (In) there are (Yakuuna) not (Lam') two men
(Rajulai'ni), then (Fa) a man (Rajulun) and two women (Em'ra'ataani) from those (Mimman) you approve
(Tar'dow'na) of (Mina) witnesses (Es'Shuhadaai); in case (An) one of them (Ih'daa-humaa) errs (Tadilla), then
(Fa) the other (El'Ukh'raa) one of them (Ih'daa-humaa) will remind (Tuzakkira). And (Wa) the witnesses
(Es'Shuhadaau) shall not (Laa) refuse (Ya'ba) when (Izaa) they (Maa) are invited (Du'u'). And (Wa) they shall
not (Laa) be weary (Tus'amuu') to (An) write it down (Tak'tubuu-hu),
whether small (Sogiiran) or (Aw') big
(Kabiiran) until (ilaa) its term (Ajali-hi). That (Zaalikum') is more equitable (Aq'satu) in front of GOD
(Endallahi) and (Wa) more appropriate (Aq'wamu) for testimony (Lis' Shahaadati) and the least (Ad'naa) not
to (Alla) mistrust each other (Tar'taabuu'), unless (illaa An) there is (Takuuna) an existing (Haadiratan)
business (Tijaaratan) which you conduct (Tudiiruunahaa) among you (Bai'nakum'), then (Fa) there is no
(Lai'sa) blame on you (Junaahun Ålai'kum') not to (Alla) have written it down (Tak'tubuu-haa). And (Wa)
quote (Ash'hiduu') whenever (Izaa) you transact (Tabaaya'tum'), and do not (Walaa) harm (Yudoarra) a
writer (Kaatibun) nor (Walaa) a witness (Shahiidun), for (Wa) if (In) you do so (Taf'ålu'), then (Fa) indeed, it
(Innahu) will be immoral (Fusuuqu) of you (Bikum'). So (Wa) beware of GOD (Ettaqu'llaha), and (Wa) GOD
(Ellahu) will teach you (p) (Yuållimu-kumu), for (Wa) GOD is aware of (Åliim Bi) all (Kulli) things (Shai'in).

📍Note-1
The 🌹second woman will not be a witness in the court of law. She is there only to support the first woman if she gets distracted, for example, by her baby. Tardhaun from Radha= Those you are satisfied with = Of your just choice = In the context: You shall choose competent men and women as witnesses. Dhall = To get distracted = Losing focus = Attention getting diverted = Mind getting preoccupied with other thoughts = Losing direction = Straying. Zakkar from Zikr = Advise = Support = Remind = Confirm = Strengthen = Remember(sa).

۞ وَإِنْ كُنْتُمْ عَلَىٰ سَفَرٍ وَلَمْ تَجِدُوا كَاتِبًا فَرِهَانٌ مَقْبُوضَةٌ ۖ فَإِنْ أَمِنَ بَعْضُكُمْ بَعْضًا فَلْيُؤَدِّ الَّذِي اؤْتُمِنَ أَمَانَتَهُ وَلْيَتَّقِ اللَّهَ رَبَّهُ ۗ وَلَا تَكْتُمُوا الشَّهَادَةَ ۚ وَمَنْ يَكْتُمْهَا فَإِنَّهُ آثِمٌ قَلْبُهُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ عَلِيمٌ
যদি তোমালোকে ভ্ৰমণত থকা আৰু কোনো লেখক নোপোৱা তেন্তে হস্তান্তৰকৃত বন্ধক ৰাখিবা। এতেকে তোমালোকে এজনে আনজনক বিশ্বস্ত বুলি ভাৱিলে, যাৰ ওচৰত আমানত ৰখা হৈছে সি যেন আমানত প্ৰত্যাৰ্পন কৰে আৰু তাৰ প্ৰতিপালক আল্লাহৰ তাক্বৱা অৱলম্বন কৰে; আৰু তোমালোকে সাক্ষী গোপন নকৰিবা, আৰু যিয়ে ইয়াক গোপন কৰে নিশ্চয় তাৰ অন্তৰ পাপী; আৰু তোমালোকে যি কৰা সেই সম্পৰ্কে আল্লাহ সবিশেষ অৱগত।

[2:283] And (Wa) if (In) you (p) are (Kuntum') on (Ålaa) a journey (Safarin) and (Wa) cannot (Lam') find
(Tajidu') a writer (Kaatiban), then (Fa) a guaranty (Rihaanun) shall be taken (Maq'buudatun), but (Fa) if (In') you trust (Amina) each other (Ba'du-kum Ba'doan), then let (Fal') him who is trusted (E’tumina) return (-Yuaddi) his loyalty (Amaanata-hu), and let (Wal') him beware of GOD (-Yattaqi-llaha), his LORD (Rabba-
hu). And (Wa) do not (Laa) conceal (Tak'tumu') a testimony (Es'Shahaadata), for (Wa) whoever (Man)
conceals it (Yak'tum'ha), then (Fa) indeed (Innahu), his heart (Qal'bu-hu) is sinful (Aathimun). And (Wa)
GOD (Ellahu) is aware of what (Bimaa) you do (Ta'maluun).

2:283 If you are traveling and a scribe is not available, a collateral of some value may serve the purpose, or a bond shall be posted to guarantee repayment. If one is trusted in this manner, he shall return the collateral or the bond when due, and be mindful of God, his Lord. Do not withhold any testimony by concealing what you have witnessed. Anyone who withholds a testimony will be harming his own ‘self’, loading his heart with a dragging violation. God is Aware of all you do.
