.
[2:274] Those who (Ellaziina) disburse (Yunfiquuna) their wealth (Am'waala-hum) by night (Billai'li) and
day (Wan' Nahaari); secretly (Sirran) and publicly (Ålaaniyatan), thus (Fa) they will have (Lahum') their
reward (Aj'ru-hum') at (Enda) their LORD (Rabbi-him'). And (Wa) there will be no (Laa) fear (Khaw'fun)
upon them (Ålai'him') nor (Walaa) will they (Hum') grieve (Yah'zanuun).
.
📍Verse/Note:
2:274 Those who give to charity night and day, secretly and publicly, receive their recompense from their Lord; they will have nothing to fear, nor will they grieve.,
.
(Usury Prohibited).
.
[2:275] Those who (Ellaziina) consume (Ya'kuluuna) usury (Er'Ribaa') are only (Laa illa) standing
(Yaquumuuna) like (Kamaa) one who (Ellazii) stands (Yaquumu) being beaten by (Yatakhabbatu-hu) the
devil (Es'Shai'toanu) with (Mina) madness (El'Massi). That (Zaalika) is because they (Bi'anna-hum') say
(Qaaluu'), "Transaction (El'Bai'u) is only (Innamaa) like (Mith'lu) usury (Er'Ribaa')." But (Wa) GOD (Ellahu)has made transaction (El'Bai'å) lawful (-Ahalla) and (Wa) has outlawed (Harrama) usury (Er'Ribaa'). So (Fa)whoever (Man) a preachment (Maw'ezotun) from (Min) his LORD (Rabbi-hi) comes to him (Jaa'a-hu) and
then (Fa) refrains (Entahaa), thus (Fa) he may have (Lahu) what (Maa) has preceded (Salafa), and (Wa) his
affair (Am'ru-hu) belongs to GOD (ilaallahi). And (Wa) whoever (Man') goes back (Ååda), then (Fa) those
(U'laaika) are the companions (As'haabu) of the Fire (En'Naari); they (Hum') will be therein (Fiiha) eternally
(Khaaliduun).
.
📍Verse/Note-1
2:275 On the contrary, those who eat Riba (usury), in greed of money, run around like someone who has been bitten by a snake. They claim that trade is like usury. But God has permitted trade and forbidden usury. One to whom the clear Admonition has come from his Lord, must abstain from taking usury forthwith. What he has taken in the past, he may keep and his judgment rests with God. As for him who returns to usury, such are the dwellers of the fire wherein they shall abide.
.
Ash-shayitaanu-min-al-muss = Satan by his touch = Snake by its bite. Satan has been described as serpent in many texts. One who has taken usury in the past, it is better for him to return the interest he has earned, but the law shall not force him to do so. Trade is the return on labor that is permissible, while usury is the return on money and therefore, forbidden.
30:39, 53:39.
[[30:39 When you give to others believing that in return you will get something from their wealth, in addition to what you had actually given (estimating this increase according to your own calculations), remember that according to the Divine Law this will bring no increase in your wealth. (What you get extra in this way appears so because you.calculate wealth on an individual level. However if you calculate it at the level of humanity, you will see that it has brought no addition.) As a matter of fact, the wealth of people increases only when they give with the intention that this will help their own development and bring them in harmony with the Divine Laws. (2:275-276; 3/129; 74/6)pz.
.
30:39 And the wealth you give in usury in order that it may increase on other people’s money has no increase with God. But what you give in charity, seeking God’s approval, these are the ones who will have their return multiplied. [2:275-276, 3:129, 74:6]sa.]]
.
📍Verse/Note-2
Reba(usury) and interest is not same ie reba is not interest: See this important MS video:
https://youtu.be/jBXHMHOwNcE
.
.
[2:276] GOD (Ellahu) effaces (Yam'haqu) usury (Er'Ribaa') and (Wa) raises (Yur'bii) charities (Es'Sodaqaati).
And (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) does not (Laa) like (Yuhibbu) every (Kulla) sinful (Athiim) disbeliever (Kaffaarin).
.
📍Verse/Note:
2:276 God blights usury and blesses charitable deeds with prosperity. God does not love those who defy His laws and drag down the potential of the human society.
.
Mankind will eventually realize that the interest based economic system will have to be replaced with an equitable System. God’s laws of Economics will erase usury and nurture welfare. When numerous people in a society thrive on RIBA income, the society will automatically become fragile because the RIBA takers are not working or contributing to the society while the exploited masses are becoming poorer and poorer.
.
(Divine Guarantee).
.
[2:277] Indeed (Inna), those who (Ellaziina) believe 1
(Aamanu') and (Wa) do (Åmilu') good deeds2
(Es'Soalihaati) and (Wa) establish (Aqaamu') Prayer 3
(Es'Solaata) and (Wa) give (Aatawu') Charity4
(Ez'Zakaata) will have (Lahum') their reward (Aj'ru-hum') at (Enda) their LORD (Rabbi-him'), and (Wa) there will be no (Laa) fear (Khaw'fun) upon them (Ålai'him'), nor (Walaa) will they (Hum) grieve (Yah'zanuun).
.
📍Note-1-⬆️Mark the above 1,2,3,4 points that you will be carried a high status ie Divine guarantee.
.
📍Verse/Note-2
2:277 Those who believe in God’s laws, do works beneficial to the society and strive to establish the Divine System and the Economic Order of Zakaat, have their reward with their Lord. They will have nothing to fear and no reason to be despondent.
.
The government is responsible for setting up the Economic Order of Zakaat.
.
.
[2:278] O you (Yaa Ayyuha) who (Ellaziina) believe (Aamanu'), beware of GOD (Ettaqu'llaha) and (Wa) leave
(Zaru') what (Maa) remains (Baqiya) of (Mina) usury (4:161) (Er'Ribaa') if (In) you should be (Kuntum)
believers (Mu'miniin).
.
📍See 2:279Note.
.
.
[2:279] And (Fa) if (In) you do (Taf'ålu') not (Lam'), then be informed of (Fa'zanu' Bi) a war (Har'bin) from
GOD (Minallahi) and (Wa) His messenger (Rasuuli-hi); but (Wa) if (In) you repent (Tub'tum'), then (Fa) you
may have (Lakum') your (-kum') principal (Ru'uusu) money (Am'waali-), you do no (Laa) wrong
(Taz'limuuna), nor (Walaa) are you wronged (Tuz'lamuun).
.
📍Verse/Note:
278-279 O Jama at-ul-Momineen, abide by Allah s Laws and forego whatever portion of Ribaremains owing. This will show that you are true believers. If you do not do this, be prepared for war with the Divine Order. If you will forego Riba and claim only the principal amount, this will be fair
both to you and to the debtor; Neither will be wronged.pz.
.
.
[2:280] And (Wa) if (In) one is (Kaana) with (Zuu) hardship (Us'ratin), then (Fa) respite (Naziratun) until
(ilaa) there is ease (Mai'saratin); but (Wa) to (An) give as alms (Tasoddaqu') is better (Khai'run) for you
(Lakum'), if (In) you should (Kuntum') know (Ta'lamuun).
.
📍Verse:
2:280 If a debtor is in difficult circumstances, let there be postponement to a time of ease. And if you give up the loan entirely as charity, it is better for you if you only knew.sa.
.
.
[2:281] And (Wa) beware of (Ettaqu') a day (Yaw'man) in which (Fiihi) you will be returned (Tur'jauuna) to
GOD (ilaallahi); then (Thumma) every (Kullu) soul (Naf'sin) will be paid (Tuwaffaa) for what (Maa) it had
earned (Kasabat'), and (Wa) they (Hum') will not (Laa) be wronged (Yuz'lamuun).
.
📍Verse:
2:281 And be mindful of the Day when you will be returned to God and every ‘self’ will be paid what it has earned, and they will not be wronged.sa.
