.
[2:83] And (Wa) when (Iz') We took (Akhaz'naa) a covenant (Miithaaqa) with the Children of Israel (Banii Is'raa'iila), "Do not (Laa) worship (Ta'buduuna) except (illa) GOD (Ellahu); and (Wa) be good (Ih'saanan) to the parents (Bil' Waalidai'ni), the relatives (Ziil' Qur'baa), the orphans (El'Yataamaa) and the poor people
(Wal' Masaakiini). And (Wa) say (Quuluu') what is best (Hus'nan) to the people (Lin' Naasi) and (Wa) establish (Aqiimu') Prayer (Es'Solaata) and give (Aatu') Charity (Ez'Zakaata)." But (Thumma) you turned away (Tawallai'tum') except (illa) a few (Qaliilan) of you (Minkum'), and (Wa) you (Antum) were avoiding (Mu'riduun).
.
📍NOTE: Note(
Salaat =Follow God’s commands closely. Aqimussallat = Establish the System that facilitates the following of Divine Commands. 2:3.
Zakaat= PURIFICATION....by means of ways viz:
Divinely ordained Economic Order in which people work according to their capacity and get compensated according to their needs. It is the System in which all members of the society flourish and, with their basic needs having been met, they are able to rise up on the ladder of self-actualization. The cornerstone of this Economic Order: The God-given natural resources and wealth are the common property of all, and every individual willfully leaves for the welfare of others whatever is over and above his needs. The Central Authority will be responsible for administering and maintaining the Order of Zakaat.2:219, 22:41, 27:12, 53:39.
Unfortunately, under the influence of fabricated Hadith, most commentators of the Qur’an confuse Zakaat with Sadaqaat. The latter means voluntary charity. See verse 9:60. It describes eight categories of the recipients of charity and not of Zakaat. All commentators fail to notice the word Sadaqaat and somehow ‘misread’ the word Zakaat which is not there in that verse. So powerful is the influence of blind following! The current 2.5% giving of one's wealth and the complex and contradictory details of Fiqhassociated with it find no authority in the Qur’an. One example is the flagrant disparity between the compulsory 'charity or poor-due' to be paid by a rich man who possesses gold versus a poor man who possesses some silver. The poor will pay charity on less than one tenth of what the wealthy has! Ihsan= An act of balance = Restoring symmetry and beauty = Social and individual equity = Selfless service = An act of equity. Yateem = Orphan = Who is left alone in the society = Lonely = Without immediate family = Helpless = Derivatively, a widow. Miskeen = The needy poor = One with no means to earn livelihood = The disabled = One whose life has stalled for any reason = Jobless = Truly bankrupt of finances = One whose running business has stalled. 17:23, 29:8, 46:15, 4:36, 6:151, 2:177, 2:215, 17:26.

[2:84] And (Wa) when (Iz') We took (Akhaz'naa) a covenant (Miithaaqa-kum'), "Do not (Laa) shed (Tas'fikuuna) your blood (each other) (Dimaa'a-kum'), nor (Walaa) shall you expel (Tukhrijuuna) yourselves (each other(Anfusa-kum) from (Min) your homes (Diyaari-kum')." Then (Thumma) you accepted(Aq'rar'tum') while (Wa) you (Antum') were witnessing (Tash'haduun).

.
[2:85] Yet (Thumma), you (Antum') are those (Haaulaai) killing (Taq'tuluuna) yourselves (each other) (Anfusa- kum') and (Wa) expelling (Tukh'rijuuna) a group (Fariiqan) of you (Minkum) from (Min) their homes (Diyaari-him'), assisting (Tazoaharuuna) against them (Ålai'him) in sin (Bil' Ith'mi) and aggression (Wal' Ud'waani). And (Wa) whenever (In) they come to you (p) (Ya'tuu-kum') as captives (Usaaraa) you ransom them (Tufaaduu-hum'), while (Wa) their expulsion (Ikh'raaju-hum') was (Huwa) forbidden (Muharramun)
to you (Ålai'kum'). Do you then (Afa-) believe (-tu'minuuna) in (Bi) part (Ba'di) of the Book (El'Kitaabi) and (Wa) disbelieve (Tak'furuuna) in (Bi) part (Ba'din)? Then (Fa) what (Maa) is the requital (Jazaau) of those who (Man) do (Yaf'ålu) that (Zaalika) among you (Minkum') if not (illa) disgrace (Jiz'yun) in (Fii) the worldly
(Ed'Dun'ya) life (El'Hayaati). And (Wa) on the Day of Resurrection (Yaw'mal' Qiyaamati), they will be returned (Yuradduuna) to (ilaa) the severest (Ashaddi) of punishment (El'Åzaabi). For (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) is not (Maa Bi) heedless (Gaafilin) of what (Åmmaa) you do (Ta'maluun).
.
📍Note:
The verse is referring to the Jewish community of MadinahMedina, but as is always the case in the Qur’an, the commands have a wide historical applicability; in this case, to oppressive societies anywhere anytime. Ithm = Any action that depletes individual or communal energy. ‘Udwaan and its derivatives = Wedge = Creating distance between hearts = Discord = Crossing the bounds of law = Committing excesses = Deeds beyond decency = Transgressing moral values.
.
.
[2:86] Those (U'laaika) are the ones who (Ellaziina) have traded (Esh'tarawu) the hereafter (El'Aakhirati) for (Bi) the worldly (Ed'Dun'ya) life (El'Hayaata), so (Fa) the punishment (El'Åzaabu) will not (Laa) be lightened for them (Yukhaffafu Ån'humu), nor (Walaa) will they (Hum') be helped (Yunsoruun).
.
📍Note:
Numerous verses underscore the point that the Law of Cause and Effect has no room for making amends in the Hereafter, therefore, the helplessness. Duniya = This world = Immediate gains = Short term benefits = Short-sightedness = Disregarding the Law of Cause and Effect = Forsaking the Future. Aakhirah = Hereafter = Life to come = Eternity = Long term = Far-sightedness = Future = Logical outcome = Tomorrow as built on today.

[2:87] And (Wa) We certainly (Laqad') gave (Aatai'naa) Moses (Muusaa) the Book (El'Kitaaba) and sent (Qaffai'naa Bi) messengers (Er'Rusuli) after him (Min Ba'di-hi). And (Wa) We gave (Aatai'naa) Jesus (Eesaa),
the son (Eb'na) of Mary (Mar'yama), proofs (El'Bayyinaati) and (Wa) supported him (Ayyad'naa-hu) with (Bi) the Holy Spirit (2:253) (Ruuhil' Qudusi). So is it (Afa-) whenever (-kullamaa) a messenger (Rasuulun) came to
you (Jaa'a-kum') with what (Bimma) your souls (Anfusu-kumu) did not (Laa) desire (Tah'waa), you became arrogant (Es'tak'bar'tum'), and (Fa) a group (Fariiqan) you denied (Kazzab'tum') and (Wa) another group (Fariiqan) you killed (Taq'tuluun)?
.
📍Note:
Also, you attempted to strike a deal with the Messengers to alter the revelations. 10:15, 11:113, 17:74, 68:9. Ruh-il-Qudus = Ruh-ul-Qudus = Ruh-il-Amin = Gabriel 2:87, 2:97, 2:253, 5:110, 16:2, 16:102, 26:193, 42:52.

[2:88] And (Wa) they said (Qaalu'), "Our hearts (Quluubu-naa) are covered (Gul'fu)." In fact (Bal), GOD (Ellahu) has ⚡cursed them (⚡Laåna-humu) for (Bi) their disbelief (Kuf'ri-him'), so (Fa) rarely (Qaliilan Maa) do they believe (Yu'minuun).
.
📍Note:
⚡2:6. La’nah = Curse = Deprivation of God’s grace = God’s rejection = Condemnation = Losing citizenship of the Islamic State = To be downgraded = Abasement = Lasting humiliation.
⚡2:6 Remember that those who have chosen denial in advance, it is all the same to them whether you apprise them(of the consequences of their actions) or apprise them not. They will refuse to acknowledge the truth. [2:89-109, 6:26, 27:14, 35:42-43, 36:70, 41:26, 47:32].

🟣২:৮৯(Authenticating the Previous book):
.
[2:89] And (Wa) when (Lammaa) a book (Kitaabun) from GOD (Min' Endi-llahi) came to them (Jaa'a-hum') confirming (Musoddiqun) what (Limaa) was with them (Maåhum'), although (Wa) they used to (Kaanu') seek for victory (Yastaf'tihuuna) before (Min Qab'lu); over (Ålaa) those who (Ellaziina) disbelieved (🍀Kafaru'), but (Fa) when (Lammaa) there came to them (Jaa'a-hum) what (Maa) they recognized (Årafu'), they disbelieved (Kafaru') in it (Bihi); so (Fa) the curse of GOD (La'natu-llahi) is upon (Ålaa) the disbelievers (El'Kaafiriin).
