🌀৩:১৩৪
الَّذِينَ يُنْفِقُونَ فِي السَّرَّاءِ وَالضَّرَّاءِ وَالْكَاظِمِينَ الْغَيْظَ وَالْعَافِينَ عَنِ النَّاسِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ
যিসকলে সচ্ছল আৰু অসচ্ছল অৱস্থাত ব্যয় কৰে, আৰু যিসকল ক্ৰোধ সংবৰণকাৰী; মানুহৰ প্ৰতি ক্ষমাশীল; আৰু আল্লাহে মুহছিনসকলক ভাল পায়;

[3:134] who (Ellaziina) disburse (Yunfiquuna) in (Fii) posperity (Es'Sarraai) and (Wa) adversity (Ed'Dorraai),
and (Wa) they suppress (El'Kaazimiina) rage (anger) (El'Gai'zo), and (Wa) they are pardoners (El'Ååfiina) of
(Åni) the people (En'Naasi). And (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) loves (Yuhibbu) those who are benevolent (El'Muh'siniin).

📍Verse/Note:
[3:134] who actively spend for the good of social welfare during the times
of prosperity as well as the times of hardship. They suppress their anger
and forgive people. God cares for people who spend for the welfare of
society.

Social Welfare and helping those in need is a duty for every individual. This spending on social
welfare is not an act of charity but a right to be given to all those entitled to it. See verses 2:215🌹(sig).

🌀৩:১৩৫
وَالَّذِينَ إِذَا فَعَلُوا فَاحِشَةً أَوْ ظَلَمُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ ذَكَرُوا اللَّهَ فَاسْتَغْفَرُوا لِذُنُوبِهِمْ وَمَنْ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَلَمْ يُصِرُّوا عَلَىٰ مَا فَعَلُوا وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُونَ
আৰু যিসকলে কোনো অশ্লীল কাম কৰিলে বা নিজৰ প্ৰতি অন্যায় কৰিলে আল্লাহক স্মৰণ কৰে আৰু নিজৰ পাপ কাৰ্যৰ বাবে ক্ষমা প্ৰাৰ্থনা কৰে। আল্লাহৰ বাহিৰে আন কোন আছে যিয়ে পাপ ক্ষমা কৰিব পাৰিব? আৰু সিহঁতে যিটো কৰি পেলাইছে সেইটো জানি বুজি পুনৰ নকৰে।

[3:135] And (Wa) the ones whom (Ellaziina), when (Izaa) they commit (Faålu') an obscenity (Faahishatan)
or (Aw') wrong (Zolamuu') themselves (Anfusa-hum'), they remember GOD (Zakaru'llaha) and (Fa) seek
forgiveness (Es'tag'firu') for (Li) their sins (Zunuubi-him'); and who (Waman) forgive (Yag'firu) sins
(Ez'Zunuuba) if not (illa) GOD (Ellahu)? And (Wa) they do not (Lam') persist on (Yusirru' Ålaa) what (Maa)
they have committed (Faålu') while (Wa) they (Hum') know (Ya'lamuun).

📍Verse/Note:
3:135- The Muttaqeen are those who, if they commit an indecency or a wrong against their own-
selves perchance, immediately bring Allah s Laws to mind and make amends for what they have
done (by performing good deeds 11/114, 13/22). And who else but Allah s Laws can protect them
from the adverse effects of their wrong actions. They do not persist wilfully on a course of wrong actions(pz).

🌀৩:১৩৬
أُولَٰئِكَ جَزَاؤُهُمْ مَغْفِرَةٌ مِنْ رَبِّهِمْ وَجَنَّاتٌ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا ۚ وَنِعْمَ أَجْرُ الْعَامِلِينَ
এওঁলোকেই হৈছে সেইসকল লোক, যিসকলৰ পুৰস্কাৰ হৈছে নিজ প্ৰতিপালকৰ ক্ষমা আৰু জান্নাত, যাৰ তলত নদী প্ৰবাহিত, তাত তেওঁলোক স্থায়ী হ’ব; আৰু সৎকৰ্মশীল লোকৰ পুৰস্কাৰ কিমান যে উত্তম!

[3:136] Those (U'laaika) are the ones whose reward (Jazaau-hum) is forgiveness (Mag'firatun) from (Min)
their LORD (Rabbi-him') and (Wa) gardens (Jannaatun) beneath which (Min Tah'ti-ha) rivers (El'An'haaru
flow (Taj'rii); they will be therein (Fiiha) eternally (Khaalidiina). And (Wa) wonderful (Ni'ma) is the reward
(Aj'ru) of the workers (El'Ååmiliin).

🌀৩:১৩৭(Victory for the Righteous).
قَدْ خَلَتْ مِنْ قَبْلِكُمْ سُنَنٌ فَسِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ فَانْظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُكَذِّبِينَ
নিশ্চয় তোমালোকৰ পূৰ্বে বহু (জাতিৰ) চৰিত অতীত হৈ গৈছে, সেয়ে তোমালোকে পৃথিৱীত ভ্ৰমণ কৰা আৰু চোৱা মিছলীয়াসকলৰ কি পৰিণাম হৈছিল।

[3:137] Examples (📍4:26) (Sunanun) had already (Qad') passed (Khalat') before you (p) (Min Qab'li-kum), so (Fa)
travel on (Siiru' Fii) earth (El'Ar'di) and (Fa) see (Enzuru') how (Kai'fa) was (Kaana) the end (Ååqibatu) of the
deniers (El'Mukazzibiin).

📍Verse/Note:
3:137 Many ways of life have passed away before your time. Travel, then, in the land and see the end of nations that denied the truth.

Mukazzibeen= Those who deny the truth in practice but not verbally = Those who deny the truth = Who live by conjecture instead of the unalterable Divine laws(sa).

🌀৩:১৩৮
هَٰذَا بَيَانٌ لِلنَّاسِ وَهُدًى وَمَوْعِظَةٌ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ
এইবোৰ, মানুহৰ বাবে স্পষ্ট বৰ্ণনা আৰু মুত্ত্বাক্বীসকলৰ বাবে হিদায়ত আৰু উপদেশ।

[3:138] This (Haaza) is declaration (📍55:4) (Bayaanun) for the people (Lin' Naasi) and (Wa) as guidance
(Hudan) and (Wa) preachment (Maw'ezotun) for the pious (Lil' Muttaqiin).

🌀৩:১৩৯(You Will be Tested).
وَلَا تَهِنُوا وَلَا تَحْزَنُوا وَأَنْتُمُ الْأَعْلَوْنَ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ
তোমালোক দুৰ্বল নহ'বা আৰু চিন্তিতও নহ'বা; তোমালোকেই বিজয়ী যদি তোমালোক মুমিন হোৱা।

[3:139] So (Wa) do not (Laa) be weak (Tahinu') nor (Walaa) grieve (Tah'zanu'), for (Wa) you (Antumu) will
be superior (47:35📍) (El'A'law'na), if (In) you are (Kuntum) believers (Mu'miniin).

📍Verse/Note:
3:139- So, O Jama at-ul-Momineen do not lose heart or be depressed for you shall surely gain
ascendancy, provided you are true believers (4/141).

إِنْ يَمْسَسْكُمْ قَرْحٌ فَقَدْ مَسَّ الْقَوْمَ قَرْحٌ مِثْلُهُ ۚ وَتِلْكَ الْأَيَّامُ نُدَاوِلُهَا بَيْنَ النَّاسِ وَلِيَعْلَمَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَيَتَّخِذَ مِنْكُمْ شُهَدَاءَ ۗ وَاللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الظَّالِمِينَ
যদি তোমালোকে আঘাত পাইছা তেন্তে সিহঁতেও তেনেই আঘাত পাইছে। আমি মানুহৰ মাজত পৰ্যায়ক্ৰমে এই দিনবোৰৰ আৱৰ্তন ঘটাই থাকো, যাতে আল্লাহে মুমিনসকলক প্ৰকাশ কৰিব পাৰে আৰু তোমালোকৰ মাজৰ পৰা কিছুমানক শ্বহীদৰূপে গ্ৰহণ কৰিব পাৰে; আৰু আল্লাহে যালিমসকলক পছন্দ নকৰে।

[3:140] If (In) an injury (wound)
(Qar'hun) should touch you (p) (Yam'sas'kum'), then (Fa) an injury (Qar'hun)
like it (Mith'lu-hu) has already (Qad') touched (Massa)
other people (El'Qaw'ma). And (Wa) these (Til'ka) are
days (El'Ayyaamu) which We alternate (Nudaawilu-haa) among (Bai'na) the people (En'Naasi) so that (Wali)
GOD (Ellahu) may expose (Ya'lama) those who (Ellaziina) believe (Aamanu') and (Wa) take (Yattakhiza)
martyrs (Shuhadaa'a) from you (Minkum'). And (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) does not (Laa) like (Yuhibbu) the
transgressors (Ez'Zoalimiin).

📍Verse/Note:
3:140 If a wound afflicts you, a similar wound has afflicted the other community. Such are the days of fluctuating fortunes that We rotate among mankind. God thus makes known (and distinguishes through perseverance) the believers, and takes among you witnesses (as truth personified). God does not love the oppressors.

Shuhada = Witnesses = Those who uphold the truth = Those who uphold the truth even with their lives(sa).
